so I try to follow the instruction to make the navi bar work in Cm9
and oke finally I can make it work to Cm9, and I have made a flashable zip
VERSION 1

Go to cwm recovery
mount & storage
change mount system into unmount system,

Can you give me detailed instructions? Cant seem to follow the unmount system part. Sorry for noob question. Thanks
ummm.. i THINK it should be "mount system" instead of "unmount system" in your instruction. the system is unmounted by default in cwm (CMIIW), i tried several times with no luck hahaha then i tried to mount the system then flash the zip file aaand it works :laugh:

btw, I have the latest cwm 6 intalled.. but may be for lower version of cwm try a normal install

You gave a wrong step. It should be mounted to flash it. How can you install it if the system folder hasn't mounted?

bugs of Cwm maybe,
but try you dont have to unmount
but do fix permission after done install it
and it work I use my method

I will Tell you how to install this.
1. Go to CWM.
2. Go to mounts and storage
3. mount/system
4. Install Zip from sd card
5. Choose zip
5.Reboot.

I have given the flashable.zip to disable navi bar n revert back .. follow the instruction
could I disable it without flashing via cwm? like turning off in setting.

no you could not, you only can add or change the position button by editting @ system setting , Navigation Bar.
but I'll try to make the nav bar can be disable trough system Setting menu .. you just keep up to date with this Mod

yes I know how, but I skipped that step when I modify the framework-res.apk , but I'll try in the next update Mod..
I think the resolution changed..
First. I am not the dev and I am not the one to be questioned about ....
Second. I am just reporting a free METHOD that I am using to have Call record and some status bar mods available on my ODEXED MC2
Third. I have JKAY last version 14.93 with deluxe ... and for this I can anly modify the clock color on the status bar .... MAY BE THAT ... other mods are working on stock rom ... I really do not know
Fourth. I do not take any responsability for what are the consequences
The method in VERY SIMPLE STEPS is the following
1) Backup your ROM (you never know)
2) Download XPOSED FRAMEWORK from here (PRESS ON ZIP TAB)
you can have further info about XPOSED here .... also about how to uninstall it
3) Install XPOSED
4) Open XPOSED and press on the INSTALL/UPDATE
5) Reboot your phone
6) Download TWEAKBOX from here
7) Install TWEAKBOX
8) Go to XPOSED Installer, tap on "Modules" and enable TWEAKBOX.
9) Reboot again.
10) Open TWEAKBOX app, tap on ''Statusbar'' and adjust the settings you want
11) Download CALL RECORDING module from here (PRESS ON ZIP TAB)
many other modules are available here and here
I DID NOT TRY ......
12) Install CALL RECORDING module
13) Go to XPOSED Installer, tap on "Modules" and enable CALL RECORDING.
14) Open TWEAKBOX app, tap on ''phone'' and adjust the settings you want
15) Reboot.....
REMEMBER THAT CALL RECORDING WORKS ONLY AFTER THE MEDIA SCAN HAS FINISHED SACNNING YOUR FILES.....

I am using hyperion 8 rom final build.( http://d-h.st/7p4) .nice rom for Samsung galaxy y gt-s5360.but I was facing little problem with status bar.1)bigger icons.2)quick panel toggles.3)smaller size of internet data icons that I can't see.4)closing notifications...etc...
So I modded this status bar(systemUI.apk)I CHANGED ONLY ICONS & NOTHING ELSE..IT WORKS PERFECTLY ON MY GALAXY Y.YOU CAN SEE THE SCREENSHOTS.
Do on your own responsibility.
[IMPORTANT]Have a titanium back-up of status bar apk so if you don't like my mod you can restore back your original status bar.
HOW TO USE?
Press the Thanks button...then....

i cant install apk file on my device,on install menu i am unable to choose install option doesnt matter how many times i press it it doesnt even get selected(blue colored on pressing) i have downloaded the recent version of rom available on page hellboy kernel given on page..even on play store it says installing only but doesnt download any data but it loads all replies and images for given app plz help me thank you

You should drag Halo to 'X' icon/close Halo first. Then you should be able to tap 'Install' button.

You should also check where the .apk is going to install, you may need to change the permissions in /system/ if its a system app you are trying to install

To clarify: double tap halo and you'll see a red circle appear. Drag it to the circle.
Halo block apps from installing. Known bug.

I'm trying to apply this theme (bought on Play Store of course) and it doesn't work asides for already themed apps from OOS dark theme.
Is there anything special to do in order to make it work ?

Did you choose Oxygen version in the left top corner of the app list? Swift black is working well for me on OB6.
Same thing happened tonme..infact none of substratum themes working. overlay getting installed successfully but nothing is getting themed..not even after a reboot..tried clearing cache nd dalvik but still nothing..

It was a little tricky for me to but here's what I did
1. Open Swift black selected OOS from the top drop down
2. Make sure your select the option for every app that has a drop down confirming your app version# for each one Instagram, play store etc....
3. Click the FAB SELECT BUILD /UPDATE
4. repeat step 2
5. click FAB SELECT BUILD/INSTALL
make sure you the "THEME INSTALLED WITH NO ERRORS" message in status bar wait 30 sec for system UI to restart you should notice some changes now
REBOOT- PROFIT ENJOY:good: much WoW,??

Thanks, it works for me.
The steps are different in custom ROM tho (OmniROM case)
1- Build and update
2- Reboot
3- Activate
Yep, it's odd imo ,but that's how it works lol
Or, after installing the themes, reboot. Then go back into substratum to the manager page and select all themes and then enable selected. You will have to reboot again for apps like Google to to theme. Enjoy.
