I've been trying to find a script/mod for looping scrolling, that is, when you get to the furthest item to the right, and click right once more, it goes to the first item in the list. Perhaps I am not searching right, but anyone have any thoughts?

Just flashed to the Ricky's latest Opera ROM, and starting to explore the new system, but I am having an odd problem. The home screen keeps popping up while I am in the middle browsing through menus. For example, I was trying to change my connection settings, and in the middle it just put me back at the home screen. This has happened at all menus, so I can't pinpoint the issue. I browse back with no issue, but it is annoying to be half way through something, and get booted back to the home screen, and have to start all over. Anyone have any insight into what my issue would be? Could it be a process, or program?
Edit:
Ok, my issue was a user error. I didn't know what the Time Out setting did under the Home Screen settings, and had set it to 10s. Should have played around more before post.

Oh ok glad you found the error lol. So is everything okay no with your phone? if you have any other problems or concerns please feel free to ask. We are all willing to help out
Sometimes after the page finishes loading, my firefox freezes for a several seconds while loading stuff from ads.netshelter.net.
I understand that you need avertisments for proper running of the page, but this one is so annoying especially because it freezes firefox completely and i can't go to other tab while waiting
Anyone have the same problem?

You are right--this shouldn't happen. We are looking at ways of making the ads load indepedent of the rest of the page. We've just been so busy with the redesign lately... this is on my list though.
Can't use the forum at all today.
Takes over a minute to do anything while staring at "Connecting to ad4.netshelter.net..." in the status bar. Took me 10 minutes just to be able to post this.
I'll come back when it's gone.

Ever heard of adblockers?
Recently I have been noticing that I cannot use my back button. I'm using IE9 and clicking the back button doesn't seem to do anything. If I click and hold the back button I can see a list that is:
http://ads.xda-developers.com/tags/3884
If I click on the bottom of the list and click and hold again I get a long list of the same url. If I do this eight or ten times, I finally see the actual last page I visited. I'm not a programmer but I believe that what is happening is that all the ads on the page are reloading several times.
Is this my setup or is this happening to everyone? This has never happened here before and it happens nowhere else. I have found sites that don't allow the back button or somehow reload the current page but I have never seen this long list of seemingly meaningless identical urls.
What's going on?
I am having the same issue. Anyone ever find a solution to this?
You had another thread like this. Are you sure it is not just your back button? Are you clicking it right lol. Again, please for the good of humanity use a different browser. You will be very happy with chrome or firefox. But because many do not use IE, they cannot help.
Also the link is broken for me.
And does this have anything to do with XDA? I think Microsoft have their own dedicated forums for this kind of thing.
I'm not sure how to describe it - I may be paranoid or something but I've observed that sometimes while scrolling on the screen, i see a very thin line flickering on the touch screen for like 0.05 second then it goes away. It happened on the middle left side of the screen.
If anyone has observed this issue let me know as well. Thank you.
I've seen this as well, it didn't occurs everytime but you can see it, sometime on the left side close to the notch, sometime on the middle of the screen..
But until now, nothing to horry about, lets see in the next 3 months
Alright glad to know it's not happening to me only.

I've written about it with detailed description in the following post
https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-8-pro/help/strobing-horizontal-stripes-rn8-pro-t3990077
I think we have send bugreports using "Feedback" app.

I'm just not seeing what you report, either in the video or on my own phone, sorry.
I kind of see a jump. It looks like multitouch is acting up. Do you have anything on the screen (or touching it in any way, such as a case or protector). If there is no physical input to the screen maybe a factory reset? It could be defective.
turn on "Show Taps" in developer mode to check for ghost touches,
Return it
