Did you check for wakelocks?
Whats your screen on time for this?

Use this, it's easily readable for beginners.

Yes.
Something prevents your phone from going into Deep Sleep. Because 51% awake is way too high.
But it seems not to be an app which is causing this.
Other users who had this problem often solved it by disabling the location services or sometimes by just restarting the phone.
If you want to, you can read through this http://forums.androidcentral.com/go...no-apparent-wakelocks-android-4-3-update.html
Should not matter that this is about Nexus 4.

Maybe you could try taking a look at BetterBatteryStats, and then report back to us. You would need to drain your phone again, though.

I just meant that you need to install the app, charge your phone, and then let it discharge to about 10% of your battery. When on 10%, go into the app, go under Kernel wakelocks and Partial wakelocks, and send us screenshots of those.

Lately Ive found that It takes an incredibly long time to charge however, it seems less time for it to go dead. What am I doing wrong?

Not sure if this is the correct area but I have been having issues with battery drain. I even went as far as to get a new OEM battery from sprint. I tried clearing everything and reflashing CM10 and still horrible battery issues. I even tried the tweaks flash after and it still didnt help. Can anyone point me in the right direction please.

Oh and its no the battery. You have an app, or process using CPU. I cannot find the cause of mine but these k workers show up no matter if fresh flash to anything other then rooted stock

I am sorry I do not know what that is.
I'd recommend downloading Better Battery Stats too. You can get the xda edition from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1179809
After you install it, reboot your phone and let it stay idle for about twenty minutes. Then go under "partial wakelocks" in the app and you'll most likely find the culprit.

No Deep Sleep state

I've noticed the phone has no Deep Sleep state, it will always stay at the lowest CPU speed of 384Mhz, have you noticed the same?, thanks
I am hoping that some modified kernels come soon that will allow this, but YES. I have noticed it as well.

I tried re-flashing that kernel, as well as tried the one for the E988- no luck. I even uninstalled all my apps and did a factory reset. Still my phone would not really enter a deep sleep.. (stats showed it would hit deep sleep for about 4 or 5 seconds every once and a while.)
Broke down and flashed the stock image that includes the recent value pack update from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2361928 and NOW it will deep sleep.
Re-rooted and ran freegee to get a recovery...
Not sure what it was that was killing it so I will re-install my apps 1 at a time and check...
I have e extremely horrible battery life ever since I upgraded to the value pack.

Update: so there is definitely something about the Value Pack that is causing me some serious battery drainage. I just went back to stock and said screw it. Like it better anyway. Been sitting at 100% for the past 30 minutes while browsing Facebook. Did the same test before on the Value Pack update and I would drop to 97% within 15 minutes of taking it off the charger, and that's not even using it.

I'm no expert but that doesn't look like it's eating your battery. Rather, it looks more like your battery is not properly calibrated or the battery itself is bad. I would wait for someone to confirm though as I am not an expert. My HTC One XL had a miscalibrated battery after flashing cm once. I used the battery calibration app which deletes the batterystats.bin file (details are in the app description) and all was well again.

In case anyone comes across this, deleting batterystats.bin files has been known to do nothing for your battery life or calibration. https://plus.google.com/u/0/105051985738280261832/posts/FV3LVtdVxPT From one Android Googler but there are other similar statements.
I actually believe there are times when this file does not get deleted or becomes corrupt. I am not saying that this is some magic tool that enhances battery life. I am saying that there are rare cases where the batterystats.bin file does require manual removal and before running out and replacing the phone, it's worth a shot.

first of all try to charge your battery to 100% after that open app battery calibration (http://d-h.st/DR1)
after that hit the calibrate button and power off your phone and take out the battery for 2 - 5 minutes, after that boot up your phone and keep discharge until battery is low, and when battery low recharge your phone untill full and recharge again
install pimp my rom (http://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/?id=com.androguide.pimpmyrom)
and open menu kernel, after that go to i/o schedulers
hit enable disable i/o stats to avoid overhead on device
and go down again and search vsync
select re-enable vsync and close that app, after that use your phone normally until battery level is low, and give a full charge untill 100%
and try how your new battery
