not to do more to make

Try testing your device with your wife's SIM card, and test your SIM card in her device. If her device has problems with your SIM, then you need to replace the SIM.

greetings
I did change the sim card from my wife, the problem continues
look in google was saying off gps, gps and disable the problem continues
My last resort is to find a sim card from claro.RD (verizon) that works with the same band tmobile ...

So your wifes phone started having the same problems when you put your SIM card in? If so then yes, you probably just need a replacement.
You should also put her SIM card in your device, just to make sure everything works as expected.

I have a small problem
T999 lose my signal everywhere for 5 or 10 seconds. and this is bringing me business and personal inconvenience, I tried to fix but nothing
methods applied unsuccessfully.
1) probe orangeRD my sim card in another T999 did not lose the signal, use another sim card in my T999 orangeRD and lost the signal.
2) He had lost the signal os 4.1.2, upgrade to 4.3 uvuemjc stock lost the signal, change the os 4.3 uvuenc2 stock lost the signal.
3) buy a bottle of compressed air to cumputadoras and take you where you go sim card, lost the signal.
4) with the code * # 2263 # on automatic loses signal more often so I have only gsm 1900 is where only works with less loss.
5) buy a sim card claroRD my T999 never lost the signal.
6) mobile data off, remove APN. Lose the signal.
7) Gps Off, notification off wifi available. Lose the signal.
my carrier is orangeRD, my wife is also orangeRD but their T999 is the same model as mine, the same type of sim card and not lose the signal.
I can do?

Your SIM card doesn't allow a connection to this network.

Hi folks,
My wife went back to South Korea for a bit and when attempting to put her old KT sim card (which she had before she moved to the US) and she's getting the "Your SIM card doesn't allow a connection to this network".
The phone is the US version.
She cannot make/receive any calls or use the data.
However, under the phone status, she does see her phone number and also sees all of the networks (SK, KT, LG Uplus).
Any ideas?

I'm using KT on my Nexus 5x without issues, so I don't think it's necessarily phone-related. I did buy the phone here in Korea, but I am using the normal radio and bootloader images from Google.
Is it an LTE SIM? Have you checked at a KT store if there is the subscription is still valid?
Hi.
Yes it is an LTE sim. I will ask her to call KT and verify if the subscription is still valid.
From what I remember, she suspended the account (but kept it alive) when she came to the US. But from what I understand, shouldn't dialing 114 work even if phone is suspended or not valid? She can't reach even 114.
Thank you.

Using Dual SIM On XT1676

Ok, and advice appreciated.
Have just put a SIM in the second slot in my G5. Am running a Vaya SIM (voice, data, sms) in the actual primary slot and a Telstra (voice only) in the second slot.
If i select the Vaya as primary SIM for all three (voice, data sms) in settings it works fine.
But using an app (Dual SIM Selector) to select what SIM on a call by call basis, it wont send or receive calls on the Telstra SIM and tells me mobile network unavailable for voice calls.
If i go to settings, and set the Telstra SIM as primary for voice, data and sms (needs to be set for all 3 regardless no data plan on that SIM) then i can make and receive calls from the Telstra SIM no probs.
So both SIMS are active, and both SIM slots work with a 3 or 4G card. Have swapped SIM cards in the slots and all as above. SIM cards are good and slots both work.
What i was hoping for with a dual SIM phone was for the Vaya SIM to be active for making / receiving calls, SMS and data as normal, but for the Telstra SIM to be "listening" , be able to receive calls , and make calls when selected on a call by call basis.
Now,being in Australia and having had the 2G network shut down late last year (3 and 4G only now) i am wondering if that has something to do with this??
Anyhow, wondering if there is anyone out there who knowing more about this dual sim thing than i has any ideas??
Hmmm........did some checking and think my problem with the dual sim thing is due to the 2G network on telstra and optus being shut down.
Seems under the software on the G5, whichever SIM card that is NOT set to handle mobile data, tries to default to 2G as preferred network (under Settings / More / Mobile networks) and the "Preferred network type" button is greyed out and inactive.
Of course no 2G network when you try and make a call it tells you no network available. Sadness.
So, unless Motorola come up with a fix, or deal with this in their next update for Australian phones, i think i'm stuck on switching between SIMS, and NOT having the second SIM able to listen out and receive calls, which even if both SIMs share a radio seems a no-brainer capability to have to me. Have sent a begging email to Motorola asking if they have a fix / workaround and would they consider thinking about this for next update? Pretty much all i can do, although if there are other Australian users with similar issue wouldn't hurt for them to contact Motorola support as well??
Anyone know how to set up a "shortcut" direct to the SIM config page in settings?? App or widget for that??
Am hearing on the G5 Whirlpool thread that there is an update / fix in the works and maybe on the way from Motorola to deal with the dual sim issue (defaulting to 2G) on the Australian G5.
Got the below from Motorola support today. So, fix is on the way.
Good day!

HTC 10 partial vodafone network registration

I have and HTC 10 from Taiwan, which I use in Netherlands. This was working well until the upgrade to Android 7.0. Since then, I get only partial network registration on Vodafone NL.
Nature of the problem:
- Calls and 4g work, SMS does not work.
- Menu selections in calls ("dial 1 for ...", etc.) does not work.
- After coming back from flight mode, calls work, but 4g only works after phone reboot.
- No display of cellular network signal strength.
- Network settings does not show information on cellular network.
- Phone identity does not show IMEI.
Other aspects:
- When roaming in any other country in Europe, there is no problem.
- SIM card of different network (T-Mobile for example) works fine.
I have called both Vodafone NL and HTC NL. Vodafone refers to HTC, which I believe is correct. HTC admitted after some time that there were some complaints, but have not offered any solution so far.
My question is if this is a problem that can be solved on the phone as it is, or should I install a different ROM version?
My current (stock) ROM version is 2.41.709.7 and I have friends in NL with a different (stock) ROM version which works fine, but these are NL phones and I have a TW version which I am not sure if there is any risk for HW incompatibility.
Thanks.

Weird N976N

Hello every body
I bought this used note 10+ 5G from Dubai in last September, It was N976N/DS dual sim and I was working good in both sim cards but software in the mobile was too old so I tried to get KOO firmware to get OTA updates.
Now my mobile became so weired,
1- It became single sim phone only "N976N"
2- It considers the phone outside korea and anything related to network it named "Roaming" which made the phone loses network frequently to connect to another available network. Some times the phone changes time to show me both Seoul local time and Cairo local time same as roaming.
3- Cannot disbale or enable VOLTE option.
4- When it loses network it show me "Limited Services only".
5- Signal strength is very poor compared to my old Note 9, many calls are poor.
Notice:
On the back of the phone, it's written that the model is "N975FD" note "N976N" but the two IMEI & S-N are the same in the back and inside the options menus.
I'm bored with this phone and I didn't any person can deal with this phone.
Thank you
