Like to see what temps everyone is getting on cpu during idle, browsing Web etc., I'm getting 55c browsing webs, and 45c to 50c idleing

Hey!
im having isssue with my cpu freq steps. this is what i found in 5 hrs with screen Off:
CPU FREQ 200 & 800 Spent time about 2 hrs.
Others CPU FREQ Spent time about 45 min.
Deep idle or Idle status spent the rest of time.
Is this should be normal? bcse i think thats drain the battery. i aklready changed the governor but stills happening. any help plis?
Thanks
U have a app or media that is keeping the phone from a deep sleep. You have to use an battery checker type app to what it keeping it up. Something like battery monitor.

I starting a gaming a little on my Note 4 and noticed the phone got very warm thru the case.
Battery Monitor shows the temperature was between 35c and 36c for about 30 minutes.
Is this too hot?
What is the normal temperatures for the battery and CPU for this Phone?
Googling did not locate the answer for me
Thanks
It will get hot when you play games but it will slow down or power off if it gets to hot.. if you have a case on it try taking it off when playing games
Did some testing of my Note 7 using the apps CPU TEMP and CPU-Z and running ANTUTU and found that under load my cpu temps spiked @ 80c, but battery temp was 31c, also tested unit while charging. battery never went over 28c yet the unit jumped up to 62c removed charger and the unit cooled down to 30c very quickly. I thought this odd as one would have expected the battery to heat up on charging not the CPU's
Cpu will heat if you bench it if thats. What you mean
I know that thus why i did the test, but 80c is extremely high, I did the same tests using same apps on my S7 Edge and it never went over 33c.. my posting was more about the CPUS's heating up and NOT the battery
Mine was at 82c when i ran benchmarks
Mine Battery temp always stays 29c to 34c (while charging).
CPU temp < 42c
I've seen mine get as hot as 90/79Âșc for CPU/battery temps. Its a safe to say that I plug my phone in the corner of my room now. Not even kidding.
(Using stock charger btw)
My cpu temp was 52c max when testing and battery was 34c

What is your CPU temperature?
Mine jumps from 45 to 65 when in idle and that seems kinda high to me.Measured with antutu benchmark tool
Hi guys. I've searched every post about heating problems but I have a question about S20/S20+.
When I use it for basic stuff like Facebook and whatsapp, my phone battery temperature gets 35c after a few minutes. If I open intensive cpu apps, it raises to 39, 40. I am using Ampere app to monitor.
Is that normal? Do I have to worry about it? I live in Brazil and ambient temperature inside my house is 27c.
Can you share your battery temp here after using the device for a while?
35c to 45c is well within the thermal limits of your device. Naturally if you live in a tropical area the ambient temperature is going to be higher and thus would have a negative impact on the device's temperature.

Just realized that if device hits 40c Celsius, it automatically turns off 120hz. Just happened with me. If I use camera for more than 15 minutes, it hits 40

That's normal. I'd be more worried if the device didn't do that automatically. Prolonged camera usage (esp 4k) causes a lot of devices to heat up regardless of the brand.
