Thinking I might do a Jump and get a One M8, just wondering if anybody has done a Jump and what I can expect. Getting some strange answers from the T-mobile Chat about assessing the trade in value then subtracting the value from the new phone I want. Sounds strange. Also, what should I bring to the store with me as far as chargers/box/etc. Thanks in advance.

wondering this as well not sure im going with the m8 or the lg g3 id like to know what i would need to return with
The way they explained it to you was probably confusing....
When you get jump you are paying extra to essentially "feel like you are upgrading" faster so they do not lose money. You trade in your phone which then t-mobile takes and pays for no more then half. If you have $400 left on a $600 device you are stuck with the difference (around $100~) to use jump. Then TMO makes money right back off you by selling then again as refurbished. Once that happens you are contracted back to a new EIP with Jump, which if you had to pay a down payment on first device it WILL happen again, So do not expect to get the $0 down snowflake upgrade eligibility if you did not first time around.
Lets just put it this way, You have JUMP! for 6 months with a NOTE 3
Device Contract Cost: $717
JUMP! x6mo: $60
6 Months with 0 Down $179.40 payed off $537.60 Left
Trade-in Value : $300 MAX They "will" pay : $358 (Half)
That is $237.60 left to pay if they honor the rest up to half thing they say.... That is still $179.60 left for you to pay before using JUMP!
So $179 + 60 = $239 for "upgrading" even more if you have to swallow the entire $237
IF YOU USED SWAPPA THOUGH!
6 Months with 0 Down $179.40 payed off $537.60 Left
AVG Selling Price: $450~480 (say it sells at 450) You only have $100 left to pay out to upgrade to a new device after fees

phone + cables box does not really matter.
I just moved three phones over from Verizon and had Tmo pay my ETF. They only care about two things: 1) The phone has been factory reset and 2) they take the battery out to check for water damage. That's it. No cords. No boxes. No headphones. Just bring the phone.
Did my Jump this morning, all they wanted to see was that the phone wasnt damaged beyond normal wear and tear. I had a scuff on the lower corner of my N3 and he said that was fine, no real damage. I didnt realize that they had changed Jump after it had been launched. The guy at the store informed me that I had the good plan, and after February of this year the device has to be half paid off so its a losing deal now. They gave me a prepaid shipping label, and a padded envelope to ship my N3 to whoever gets it now. they didnt care about any cables or chargers etc. Looking forward to my new HTC One M8.

so wait they ship you your new phone or did you leave with it ?
I left with a new phone and a prepaid envelope to ship my old phone back. New phone was 0 down and tax free (delaware) so it cost me nothing to even jump.
Yeah its gonna cost me nothing not jump but to pay the taxes which is $42 so that depends on a person credit run.

So far I love this phone. I've never had a LG smartphone, don't know that I ever will. It would take something very impressive to sway me I think. The m8 is a fair deal smaller than the note but is well made. I don't miss the screen size. M8 is much easier to sneak out of my pocket when I'm sitting down. M8 supports Google wallet tap and pay so major points there. I don't have to deal with frustrating Samsung TouchWiz. Sense has gotten much nicer lately and I love the blinkfeed. Battery doesn't last quite as long, but is comparable since sense seems to be quit a bit less bloated than TouchWiz is. At the end of the day it all comes down to what you prefer. I had htc phones for a few years and during one upgrade trip they failed to impress me so I started getting Samsung phones. I was basically waiting for HTC to make a home run of a phone and I think this is it.
I had the lg g2 when I was on Verizon. It was OK. Lg ui is similar to touchwiz. Quite frankly I'm tired of touch wiz so I might go ahead and pick up the M8

I have two questions.
I have been eyeing either this phone or the GN for a while now, and I am about ready to just shut up and grab the SGS2 already.
Looking online, the only thing that should be coming out anytime too soon is the Blaze which I am still assuming is not an upgraded SGS2 (I don't know if people are just paranoid, or ready for another Vibrant 4g situation). So it seems like I won't be kicking myself in a few months about the SGS2 (minus, MAYBE, a GN release).
So long story short.
Question 1: Have I missed evidence on why I should wait 1 or 2 months to grab a new phone?
Question 2: What would be the smartest way to get one?
Short story long again:
Ebay has new in box phones starting at 499 with shipping, but one has no returns and the other has 3 days. Will ebay/paypal protection save me if I find out there are problems with the phone outside those few days?
I hate asking this, but what problems would I want to look for? Unless they develop over time I don't want to know about the screen issues I have heard mentioned vaguely, but others seem to imply it's not a big deal so if I never notice it then it's not hurting me.
I am wanting to use Ebay because it is 100 bucks cheaper than Amazon but Tmobile would only be like 598 or something. Should I stop being so paranoid and just grab it from ebay?
Sorry, I stayed up way too late with my finger over the mouse button and I am now just about ready to start pacing but I am not getting google search results to do anything to calm or warn me yet. Is it worth the 100 bucks to buy it from Ebay instead of straight from Tmobile?
Sorry, I will stop spazzing.
Those people who have unopened boxes of galaxy s 2 are people who are eligible for an upgrade but like their current phone so they decide to make money of their contract. I recently did this.my mom didn't want a new phone so I used her upgrade to buy a new gs2 and sold out on Ebay for $500. These people are legit and Ebay will make sure you don't get scammed.you should just buy it
Question 1: Tmobile is not releasing a new amazing phone for awhile. (unless somehow the galaxy s2 HD comes over). But that is not likely at all.so there is no need to wait.unless you want to wait another year for the galaxy s3. Ice cream sandwich is just around the corner. Right now is the best time to get it.

Thanks for the response, I am just worried I get it and, say, the speaker phone is messed up and I learn about it a day or two after the return window and then I have trouble getting it fixed instead of just returning it or exchanging it.
I have never had to do that though, so 100 bucks is a lot to KNOW I can.

Seriously? You'd advocate risking getting your phone's IMEI number blacklisted to save $30?
The phones are $529 from t-mobile.
Why risk it for $30??? These "new" phones can be reported as lost then the insurance replaces it and they block the IMEI number and the sucker is out $400-$500.
BTW, Getting a "free" phone on a subsidy plan doesn't make the phone free, you're still paying for it over the 2 year term. With T-mobiles Unlimited Talk,Text, Web for $50 + buying the phone outright, over the 2 years a contract would run, you are paying out $1200+$530 for the phone so $1730. For the equivilant plan with a "free" phone you're paying $80 a month over 24 months so $1920.
So $1920 - $1730 = $190 You pay more for the phone than if you bought the phone with cash. And just looking now, you have to pony up $280 to buy the phone when you "upgrade" then a $50 rebate, so you're paying even more.
Heck, with T-mobile you can ge tthe non subsidized plan for $0 a month, pay $200 down, and finance the phone with T-mobile for $20 a month and come out ahead if you are looking for the least amount up front.
BTW, Ebay buyer protection is only good for 30 days after the sale, on day 31 the seller can report the phone "lost" and have it turned off and get their replacement.
i agree with gallaxxeess
no point saving $30 if you have a high risk of having your IMEI black listed
there's a topic about it in General

You're assuming it's claimed as insurance fraud... and with taxes it's a 100 dollar difference. I do agree there is a risk though.
Edit: so thinking about that possibility I realized its sort of dumb for me to not just call up T-Mobile and see what they say about these sort if things (knowing they'd rather I give them NY money). I am legitimately thanking you for helping me solidify my paranoia to a point.

If you wanna be happy, keep your vibrant and wait a few months. I recommend getting the GN if you have the money because it has a better screen, but if you want you could wait until ICS is offically released and then buy it.
If you have been used to the iphone screen, or any good res LCD screen, youll notice issues with the display on our GS2.
I get the phones for free by price matching at best buy.thus makes them have no mail in rebate and no monthly additional fee.

I appreciate the opinion, although I am banking on "ignorance is bliss" when it comes to higher res screens. The expandable storage and currently only over seas options of the GN are why I am just going with the SGS2, but with sprint releasing one it is making me wonder if waiting would be smart. I would be happy with whatever I get, but I am pretty sick of my poor old vibrant.

Similar situation. I just traded some BMW work for a NIB SGS2 off of craigslist. Upgrade phone he didnt want.
Just contacted CS
I asked about what they said and all they could say is "maybe...". They can't/won't verify that I purchased the phone so if the person were to claim it was stolen I would be SOL (I have read about a guy who got the seller in trouble in a similar situation with Sprint, but I don't want to go off something like that).
I guess I just have to re-budget 600 instead of 500.
why not just print the page ur phone is advertised on ? if its ebay the guy would have to setup an account every time he wantes to scam someone

Pay with paypal. If the seller claims insurance fraud Paypal will get you your money back (may take time while they investigate but they will get it). Ebay is safe to buy from with all the fraud protection especially when you pay with paypal. DON"T DO IT ON CRAIGSLIST!!!
Don't wait for the Blaze, trust me, just get the SGSII or GN.
FYI, T-Mobile doesn't make money off handsets. When will people learn this. They make money off the monthly service. They are a SERVICE company, NOT a phone manufacturer. Go ahead and ask any question you want. In fact, T-Mobile prefer you have your own phone so they don't have to subsidize you!

I bought my s2 from craigslist for $550 (white). It came brand new in a box, however headphones were missing. I have bunch of good headphones here and there so i didn't care. But the phone was in original packaging and I got within 3 days. I am happy with my purchase.
The last time i bought my galaxy 4g first series from someone advertising on craigslist, brand new phone but when i brought it home and try to use, the phone mic never worked. I called samsung and they told me to ship it to them and I received my phone back within 5 business days. They fixed it for free and even paid for overnight shipping.
I never had any issue with Samsung or Apple.
You don't wanna know my story with Dell and ATT when I ended up paying almost $2000 for a Dell Streak phone I never received.

My trusty Gnex was recently stolen http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1863863, and I am currently facing a troubling dilemma. I realize there are something like 5 "Nexus" devices being released this fall/winter. I also realize that isnt "all" that long from now. However, it is a few months away and a lot will be going on. I have a little one at home and they grow so fast at this age. These next few months have Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years which are all key photo/video opportunities. The phone I am currently using is an old Gingerbread device that is "ok", but certainly not able to take the quality pics and videos like the Gnex.
So my dilemma is do I drop $350 (directly from Google) and pick up a new phone or wait? To be honest, if I could get the Gnex for like $150 or $200 I would be happy to sign a service contract. I am currently on Tmobile and they have told me I am upgrade eligible since I havent had a contract in many years, but they dont sell the Gnex! Due to the fact that all CDMA providers SUCK (and are so expensive) I cant consider moving away from Tmobile, so changing carriers is not an option. I checked around and I cant even find a 3rd party retailer that sells the Gnex AND can provide me with a new Tmobile plan. The biggest problem is I know the minute the new Gnex drops I am going to want it, but I dont know if I can justify spending $350 now plus another $500 (or whatever) in a few months.....

Don't know why you're even considering this, considering that service contracts cost way more than the $150-$200 that you'd save.
Not going to kid, it does suck that you lost the phone at this particular time. There aren't very good options when the next big thing you want isn't out quite yet; they all cost money. Buying a new Nexus will be $350ish, a new contract will cost $1400ish (depending on the upfront price of the phone and your opportunity costs); that comes out to $800 even if you resell the phone for full price (an unrealistic scenario) when the next Nexus comes out. If I could stand it, I'd just keep using your gingerbread and pray it comes out soon.
Getting a used GN if you want to pay around $200 (as Jason suggests) is also another option. Hell, you might even be able to resell it for a similar price (though naturally there will be a price decrease when the new one comes out).

Trust me, I am very aware of how annoying contracts are and that is why I have been without one for so many years. However, I currently get a decent discount from a company I used to work at (6 years ago!!) which makes my bill comparatively low. If I switch to the new Tmobile unlimited plan I will be all in (taxes, and everything) for just over $60 per month. I do see that Straight Talk offers "unlimited" everything for $45, but I don't know if that includes taxes or if it is truly unlimited. I have given thought to going to prepaid however, so you do raise a valid point. In either case though, I still need a new GNEX!!

The S III seems like a nice enough phone, but its really just not for me. I swore I would never purchase another non-Nexus phone again as I do not care for the horrible "tweaks" these companies do to core Android OS. I would end up rooting it and then installing a vanilla JB ROM on the thing, and then being frustrated that it wasnt actually a Nexus device!

I already have a decent digital camera, but using it feels like a throwback to 2002. It far thicker than my (any?) phone, requires I carry two devices, and can't record in proper HD. Yes, it does take nicer pictures but the "cons" of constantly needing to remember to carry it make it frustrating. I also must say that I got used to the convenience of my photos automatically syncing to Dropbox!
Regarding the suggestion for a used GNex, I do like the idea and I am currently searching for one. The problem is that Craigslist is so full of scammers these days. Even the people that DO actually have it will tell you its a "9.5 out of 10" in terms of condition and then when you go meet them the thing looks like it went through a cement mixer.
I definitely would never get a non nexus android phone again including the S3, I would rather go back to using an iPhone than do that.
I just went to T-Mobile's trade in program to see what I would get for my GS3. The T999 fetches a pretty penny - 225 bucks. On top of that, the "new" T999L only gets 190 and the Galaxy Note 2 gets 265. A 64GB iPhone 5 is 269.99 for comparison.
Looks like T-Mobile wants to buy back as many T999s as possible, probably anticipating an uptick in exchanges on the heels of the LTE model launching.
Interestingly enough, this is much better than their father's day trade-in deal for the iPhone since it applies to any phone. Something I'm thinking about but I don't have the cash to pay the down payment up front and I'm pretty sure you still have to pay up front if you go to the store as well (although I'm not sure, I haven't called).
Just thought I would post this since this is even more than what HTC was offering on their competitor trade-up offer!

Yeah that was my idea too. Seems kind of silly they can't just do a quick in-store inspection and give you your credit. All they have to do is power it up, make sure its not rooted, plug it into a USB charger, and check for damage. Wouldn't take more than 5 minutes total and would dramatically increase sales for T-Mobile if everyone knew they could trade in their phone - T-Mobile still makes a profit, gets new customers and upgrades old ones, and the best part is that it moves them closer to having everyone on LTE so HSPA can be phased out sooner or left for customers that don't care about their network speed.

That's all I saw of your post.
Just looked on eBay at recently sold phones... Average seems to be around 250 but mine is in MINT condition - hell one with a cracked screen sold for 250... The Titanium Grey is selling higher than the others (probably because its the rarest filtering by listing) which is what I happen to have. Prices are all over the place on Craigslist.
I've had eBay for years but never sold anything on there. Too bad my PayPal account got frozen or I'd consider it.
Still wish T-Mobile would just inspect it in the store though, much less of a hassle. lol. I suppose I can call them and see if they can just bill the phone to the account - we've had them for forever.

I had the same problem also. I had my sgs3 on cl for 2 weeks. No takers except for scammers. Just last year is get a couple hits within the first couple hours. Seems like no one can afford to fork out 350 . I ended up selling for 240. Just a little over what Tmobile offered me

If I had a regular SIM card I would just use my Samsung Captivate for a little bit while I sold my SGS3 (its really not a bad phone, hell LiquidSmooth 2.6 is even out for that old thing and I'm in a refarmed market to boot so I wouldn't lose 3G) but I don't so yeah.
It doesn't surprise me that people aren't biting on Craigslist. Although here in Denver that's how most people buy and sell things online, hardly anyone I know uses eBay for anything other than super rare stuff so who knows.
I think I'll have to talk to my roommate about billing it to the account if T-Mobile will let us... I don't know though, my S3 still does everything I need it to and I don't have any real issues with it, I just want something new. LMAO.

Have you checked Swappa. Here is the link. The recent sales are at the bottom $275 up. People are willing to pay more for some protection against blacklisted IMEI phones. Got my Note 2 there and had a reasonable experience.

If you have an older sim for your other phone you should be able to reactivate it. I've done it online before, or you can call or go to a store and they can do it for you.
Anyone have any idea what theyd give for my s3 with a cracked screen? Works perfectly and you can't see the cracks while its on, but something tells me they wouldn't give the full $225!

I've never used Swappa before, might have to check it out. I was going to list my two Droid RAZR Maxx's there but never got around to it and found out that they're pretty much worth nothing even though they're both in mint condition.

Unfortunately the Captivate is Samsung's Galaxy S I for at&t, I never had a full-size T-Mo SIM for it
They wouldn't give you 225 at T-Mobile but I saw one on eBay sell for 245... I would go to eBay and filter until you get your device and then select show sold only and see what they're selling for. Might surprise you.
EDIT: Damn frozen PayPal account - that's what Swappa uses for payment >_<
Any ways T-Mobile dropped that GS4 to $99 who cant afford $99? trade in your phone with tmobile and use it as credit to pay for the phone faster. I seen a lot of post of people saying that the s4 is not a big upgrade from the s3.. I played with one today at the store.. First time I played with an actual live show device. And I put my s3 next to it.. There is a huge different between these 2. If you see them side by side in person.. Now in pictures not so much

People on extremely fixed incomes can't afford 99 dollars. I'm fighting disability right now so I get 175 a month from the state of Colorado while I go through the long process with Social Security.
Oh and I fixed my PayPal account... I can't believe all I had to do was call and verify some information with them. If I had known that I would have done that back in October! So now I might just sell my GS3 and get an S4 or One. Torn between the two - don't like non-expandable storage but the One being able to run any ROM from at&t, T-Mo OR International is a HUGE plus to me.

That GS4 is able to run any rom from any carrier in the states and even the international! Go to any carrier s4 forum and you will see... One of the reason I would trade my s3 for the s4 in a heart bit because of it.... And you know samsung is faster than htc in updating phones.. So if a new update comes to the international you can flash it on any carrier us s4.. Witch is pretty cool in my part..

Okay well you just made my decision a ton easier, especially if the 99 down price point is T-Mobile's now standard pricing for the S4. I couldn't really see any other reason to get the One (I really like having an SD card and "Boom Sound" is nice but I found myself covering up the speakers anyway holding the phone in landscape) and with the 7500mAh Zero Lemon battery out for the S4, its kind of a no-brainer especially since it fixes the design flaw with the speaker on the S4 and shoots the sound out the sides.
I wasn't aware that you could flash any carrier ROM to the S4. Apparently that was just in the beginning of the launch then? Sweet!

Yeah people with the s4 are flashing international roms like crazy out of the box... But remember dont flash a rom with the modem witch now days none comes with a modem hehehe.. I played with one today and I really liked it.. I think I may get it and not wait for the note 3.. Really I like the note 2 and that 5'5 screen is big enough.. I Kinda think about it if i want a note 2 but rumors says the that note 3 will be 6'' screen.. I really dont think I will like it that much..
As we on the S3 we can port any carrier rom to ours but not international.. And look how long they been having 4.2.x roms. and we dont have a leak yet.. Flashing roms from international like on the s4 is priceless lol.. I really dont know why XDA had to split these forums.. And not make one. Like on the HTC Sensation.. It was one forum for all Sensations worldwide.
Not to mention that Samsung is MUCH more dev friendly than HTC. Since the One series it just seemed to me that HTC was trying to become too much like the icrap. Plus No expandable storage, no removable battery, locked bootloaders, etc.... any one of these is a deal killer in my book.

Its so small, yet noticeable. Paid the full price for the phone, but I'm thinking if I take it back, they'll think I did it. Just because its there, its driving me crazy. What would you guys do?

Basically, I'd like to know if I should return it. It's so small.
If you got it from an authorized retailer and you've only had it for a day or so I would bring it into the retail store and try to have it switched out. Call them first, be honest. Hopefully somebody decent will help you out or get authorization from a manager.
It will help if you have some sort of print out (order tracker details stating delivery date and time if shipped or receipt if bought in store) saying when you bought or received it. Call multiple stores until you get the answer you want. Be somewhat confident and aggressive that you paid good money for the phone and you deserve a minute t condition decide upon arrival.

It depends on who you bought it from. If you boutch it from a retailer take it back they'll replace it. But if you didnt you may have a hard time returning it, much less getting a replacement from the same person. Thats why whenever I buy something ie ebay/craigslist/amazon, as soon as I get it I take pictures of it, with the same days newspaper in the picture so it validates the date. and i make sure they have pictures of it before the package it.

I would take it back today. Same day with the nick almost guarantees a replacement even if they do think it was you. You probably lose 50 percent of your chances even by the second day and then from there you might be screwed.

I don't think so I purchased an AT&T version and a tmobile version both were perfect. I haven't seen any complaints on the forums, although a few they seem to be very few and far between. Good luck I'm rootin for the little guy.

Update: Ok I went to the T-Mobile store and they really hesitated to swap out my device. The girl had to call her manager. She did question if I did this, and I told her very humbly that I did not. She was like, well you had the device for 10 hours. Her manager then agreed to let her swap it out.
New device seems fine. No nicks on the bezel.
Hell yea buddy. I was very persistent with them and finally they sold me an sm_s900t with no service plan. It's funny though, I'm actually cancelling my att service tomm and headed to a T Mobile store to start using them as my new wireless carrier. I had no idea that their data plan was so good until today. Peace ATT. I've been with them for 5 years and I still pay 110 a month for my current plan. Better plan for $40 cheaper on
Congrats

Exactly my scenario. Using TMO on an unlocked att iphone 5S, they sucked. Using a TMO GN3, it's a whole another story. I'm using the $70 prepaid plan, but plan on porting my two att lines over soon. I am so sick of AT&T's locked boot loaders, and them throttling my data every month. What pisses me off the most is not everyone on the old unlimited data plan gets throttled. I was really shocked to see TMo LTE light up in so many places today. With one bar, I pulled 25 down. Yea att is faster, but who cares. Now I won't have to monitor my usage with my unlimited plan.
Yup that's the first thing on my to do list tomm. Att who? Never heard of em.
Should be no problem returning it
One of my buddies, we'll call him " Butterfingers" dropped his brand new T-mobile Note 3 2 hours after opening, while sitting in his room. It fell and slightly dinged a corner. He went to T-Mobile the next day and they overnight a new phone for him, no questions asked. LOL
Glad it worked out for you.
I pre-ordered the device via BB only to find out that several stores in my area only received a handful of stock ( less than 8 within a 90 mile radius .) So, I am trying to figure out if this is a nationwide thing? Whats the advantage of pre-ordering when you can go to sprint on launch day and pick one up? I called BB mobile number and they told me that they were waiting on the manufacturer. Has anyone else experienced this problem, or is this just an isolated issue for my area?
My store had 2... TWO im so pissed i even was going to buy it at sprint but they said the double buyback credit was over ...
Yeah same here in east Tennessee, pre ordered last month to only go in bright and early today and be told they don't have mine in, that I didn't pre order as early as some (also on my date of pre order the lady that helped me said "we will have enough that if you change your mind about the color you want you can change it that day" well she was wrong, and they told me to keep calling back and that they may get a shipment TONIGHT. It really blows to be let down by a terrible product release on the release date. I so happened to eyeball the cage with the phones in them and they had only around 15 note 4's, needless to say I will never pre order with them again and plus the misinformation given to me they should be held accountable due to the lack of training they give staff (that or the staff was trying to get rid of me).

YOu guys are absolutely right, I asked a manager about the issue and they blamed it on the manufacturer saying that samsung didnt deliver enough of them. Whats the point of pre-ordering if I can go to the sprint store on launch day and walk out with a phone? Sprint stores in my area are still offering the (up to 200 trade in) but not the samsung guarantee 200 with the trade in, of a phone worth atleast 10 dollars. YOU SUCK BEST BUY!
I just got off the phone with my best buy and the guy told me they got 10 in only 5 for att and 5 for Sprint.

i just called mine and they where to busy to talk or give me a idea if they had any. i left my number for the callback
I called mine, and they said they had a lot of ATT models, and I was the 3rd person from Sprint to preorder.... This guy told me that they only got 2 sprint phones. and I'd have to wait on next shipment.... Best buy is garbage. It wasn't Samsung, its Best Buy, because if sprint has a surplus and has Pre-Orders AND walk-ins, there is a gap here. They better honor the deal considering it's their fault they don't have my phone ready. I plan on going in and paying 100 + taxes give or take.
Man, this sucks that you guys are having all this trouble.
The whole double buyback thing is a farce anyway, especially if you're dealing with a relatively new device. No way would I have traded in my LG G3 for $200. I'll sell it on eBay and get at least $350 - $400 for it. This is why I normally just go with the carrier stores. Sure, their promotions aren't always great, but I paid $79 less than Best Buy would have charged me ($720 vs. $799) and I had the phone in my hands yesterday, delivered right to my door. To boot, I'll make almost double what Best Buy would have given me for my old phone. All that combined is totally worth foregoing the promotions in my book.
Regardless, I hope you guys get your phones soon That's total BS. What's the point in pre-ordering if you can't get the product on release day? Isn't that the reason pre-orders exist in the first place?
My sprint store told me the 200 buy back ended

Im actually trading in a note 2 i think its worth 10 bucks
I am quick to let my S3 go. lol, its ultra outdated. I just find it so crazy that best buy can't ever get it right come pre-orders. I think if they reserved the money aside they can come with the phones... They don't delay in taking payment, they shouldn't delay in giving the product. Now if I could go to them and say I want a pre-order and we both take our times in delivering money and product, then sure take as much time as need be.
yeah i just talked to them and they said no ETA on next shipment and mine did not come
I called my BB cause they are 45 min away. He said they had my phone set aside for me and it would be there waiting.
I believe that whole being clueless on when next shipments and things coming in, is utter crap. I've worked in retail, and for them not to know not only would be unprofessional its completely incompetent of the employees. I believe that is just what they are trained to say. Ehh, what do we do though. Might as well sit it out n wait. I think if people are just better informed things wouldn't be so bad. Don't give the "I don't know" line as a business.
