I have got the same problem.
I am going to downgrade the kernel until it is fixed.

I got it. There is no 4.4.3 for LTE version that's why ElementalX 13 didn't work. ElementalX 12 works fine...

Maybe the problem is that your modem use WEP,
I found this tread here:

In your wifi advance setting select any wifi region code.
:fingers-crossed:
Make backup!
Flash new bootloader in fastboot
Reboot into recovery (I used TWRP)
Factory reset
Flash 4.3 Maguro ROM
Flash Toro Switch v4
reboot
Enjoy!
Root is lost, recovery (TWRP) still intact.

Looks like there is a tiny kernel made for 4.3 today, might help. I'm gonna install this here in a few minutes...
That was awkward.

Devs have started dropping fully functional 4.3 ROMS for Toro.. Probably better off installing one of those..
Got a link for the 4.3 Tiny Kernel?

Just checked tiny's thread, I don't think he has released a kernel for android 4.3. His current kernel release is 4.3.0 which is only for android 4.1.x and 4.2.x.

I've been doing some testing Trying to get xbmc to work on an aftermarket ROM and its a no go for me. I tried stock and it works perfect, other Roms, it crashes. I boiled it down to kernels. Can anyone else test my theory? I even tried stock ROM with other kernels and it crashed. Put stock kernel back on and it works perfect.
Xbmc works perfectly fine. I'm running Paranoid RC2

Hi,
Just installed the stable CM 10.2 today, and I still cannot switch on bluetooth. When I select "ON" it stays grey for a while and then switches back to "OFF"
I am using a baseband of 5.1201.167.31, are other people having this problem?, is there a better radio version to use that will solve this problem?
Previously I have been using nightly 10.2 3/11/2013 version which worked perfectly
Thanks
try the rc release. Works fine for me

hmm works fine for me with the RC1
I've only had this bug so far when I was not running the stock CM kernel.
I am currently using the repacked xm kernel which gives me better battery life due to the cpu freq not getting stuck and bluetooth isn't working. It was working before, though.
Bluetooth is working fine here. CM 10.2.0 stable. Stock cm kernel.

Hi, assuming it is the kernel, I suppose that I just fastboot flash the boot.img contained in the CM10.2 download?
If that is the case then I am already using Stock CM10.2 Kernel
Thanks for the help

Maybe fastboot erase cache will help...
Or
Maybe try a clean flash again? Including a /system wipe...

Hi, I've upgraded to Hboot 1.72, full system wipe, and reinstalled CM10.2, and now it all works great
Thanks for the help:good:
Earlier today I updated my rooted nexus 7 (2013) from 4.4.2 to 4.4.3, and then to 4.4.4 using the method described in this article
nexus5.wonderhowto.com/how-to/update-your-rooted-nexus-android-4-4-4-without-losing-any-data-update-0155334
It seemed that everything went perfectly. Then I changed to franco.kernel r16. I'm not sure if it was before or after I changed my kernel, but now my WiFi will not turn on! I go into settings and flick the switch to turn it on, but it just stays grey and gets stuck if I don't close out of settings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Had the same problem, and I found out my kernel was for 4.4.2 and I was running a custom ROM 4.4.3...
That was my problem but I hope it helps
