[Q] IMEI NULL/NULL Unknown Baseband - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S 4

Hi, I got a T-Mobile Galaxy S4 (SGH-M919), after a couple months the phone stopped reading SIM cards, when I checked the IMEI (*#06#) it shows as NULL/NULL and in the settings Baseband Version is unknown.
I tried reflashing my ROM but nothing helped, last week I got a new SIM card reader replacement for my phone, it worked for a day, but the next morning my phone stopped working again.
Any ideas what to do about it would be very much appreciated.
Thank you
I'm currently on KitKat 4.4.2 (the problem started while on 4.2.2).
Update:
When I clear the cache and dalvik cache, fix permissions in CWM (I'm not sure which one helps - it's a bit random), the phone starts to work again and I can make calls, but after about 15-20 minutes the phone loses any signal, when I restart I'm back to Unknown Baseband.
Sometimes I'm able to get the phone working again through EFS Professional - Fix Unknown Baseband, but then again it doesn't last long.

[Q] Phone Modem Problems

My phone modem randomly shuts itself, I think.
My phone was broken about a month ago, no efs backup, generic imei, 00000 serial number. It was fixed by a local shop who has those "boxes".
It was formatted to the early iterations of JB 4.1.2. DMA1 I think. I then updated it through OTA to the latest version DMC3.
Then it happened. My messages would suddenly be lost. I dialed *102# in the dialer then it hangs, The signal icon would then be the circle icon like those in no parking signs after 10 sec. This method actually forces the modem to restart. Then all would be okay again like nothing happened. All messages are intact.
I flashed the stock rom thinking it would repair the problem but I mistakenly flashed Dr Ketans pre rooted rom marked XME which is for Malaysia. Flashed the proper firmware from Sammobile, XTE for the Philippines. No Signal. Restored using the efs I backed up after my phone got repaired. Emergency Calls Only. Installed Ariza Patch. Got my signal back, Imei normal, Serial Number Normal, but my Baseband Version shows Ariza_NII_[V.01].
I thought I fixed my problem but its still there. It still randomly hangs while Im texting.
Could it be a Kernel Problem? What Kernel could you suggest?
Could it be a bug in the messaging and phone app? Even for Google Play apps, it hangs, looses my messages.
Has anyone encountered such?
I would post a video if it happened again.
Please HELP!

[975/977] Recognize Sim but no signal

hi, first of all: I have been searching for solution to this problem for ages but the problem still persists
I bought the phone a while ago, worked pretty much perfect, I experienced some random signal lost but right after restarting or some minutes the signal went back, so after some months and after changing my phone screen my signal disappeared completly It once worked with my friend's sim card but just with that card and just one time, I tried differente sim's and operators but got no sucess, the phone recognizes the sim but the signal strenght is null (X)
I already tried the following options:
reset
hardreset
5 different roms (cyanogen, and some stock 975/977 roms)
flashing another modem
4 differente sim's
didnt tried anything related to the kernel, this may solve my problem? seens like my problem is related to hardware problems, I dont know..
additional info: my imei is not blocked or N/A but my phone cant recognize my sim number
Additional info: on the fastboot menu the baseband is "N/A", is that value normal?
Thanks in advance:

D855 Sim Error

Hi, I have a problem with my device. Disclaimer: I'm very noob so please be patient.
I'm starting to get SIM CARD REMOVED error since i changed my network provider. My previous sim card was not LTE, just 3g and it had no problem with the device. The new sim card is LTE. It took me literally 5 days after enjoying the new network provider till my device acting weirdly.
Before changing, I upgraded to MM. Originally my device does not support LTE, but then I played with the system (sorry for bad terminologies) and make the feature available. No problem detected with old sim card.
So, I tried the old fashioned way; Hard Reset. I had the device reset twice but nothing changes. Frustrated of the constant automatic reboot, I wiped all system, delvik, cache, etc using TWRP. Then i installed CM13 and use it as my OS. It works well. I got the signal with LTE data. Realizing that the ROM does not come along with Google Play Store, i installed gapps. Soon after restarting the phone, the signal only lasts for an hour then it says " NO DATA SIM". I figured a temporary solution which is, rebooting the device after you lost the signal. It is just temporary though. The signal will once again lost.
What I have tried: 1) Locking the simcard while the phone still got its signal.
2) Changing values using this guide-> http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/help/annoying-lg-g3-problem-lte-signal-solved-t3293721
* My sim reader does not seem to be having any defect.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Moto z play with imei and without signal

How are you!
I hope that someone can help me with this, I had installed the Nougat version of January and everything had worked totally normal for 3 months, so yesterday I put the device in airplane mode for a couple of hours and when I removed it I have no signal. Then I decided to install the latest version of Nougat in this case with security patch March, and the problem is still the same, I do not have the problem that my IMEI has been deleted and besides that I start to be without signal with the equipment Fully functional, everything started when I put it in airplane mode.
Does anyone know it could have happened? My device is XT1635-02, my IMEI appears perfectly in IMEI information and in SIM status
Also I already probe with other SIM and neither is that, I have reinstalled three times the last Firmware of March the first time without the modem commands, and the last two times includes the modem commands and I continue without signal and obviously without loss of IMEI

Fresh Note 10 + - Loss cell network

Hello
I have just received yesterday a Note10+ and everythings work fine.
Howover since this morning the cell network just constanly reset (status switch between Disabled network and No Signal)
The phone also asking for sim card pin everytime. (Most of time for the 2nd time but ask some time for the 1st also)
Question : does a full odin wipe with Efs clear can help ?
Thank you
Have you checked the sim card?
Yes phone has 2 sim card from 2 provider tryed swapping, one sim card nothing worked
I finally ended with full wipe with odin and fixed the problem but i guess the background problem is still here since i can see randomly the signal bar going complety disconnected (crossed circle) before going back a few second after
I guess there is a software issue in Samsung rom since odin fix the issue
