What type of S3? i747?, If so download this https://mega.co.nz/#!ot93EJCb!k9p5tBXX9fVlBhpjCBHfArqsMI3xRcEC6QrjHH2jB0Y USE ODIN 3.09 ONLY. Match each section with each file, and then check repartition. The only things that should be checked, are AutoReboot Repartition and F.Reset Time.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply, but what do you mean by match each section with each file? Also I extracted the zip file and I got 4 .tar files, which should I flash?

Use all 4 files. Use PIT . PIT Ap in Ap Bl in BL CSC in Csc and Cp in Cp and let it all flash at once, with only Repartion, AutoReboot and F.reset time checked

You are trying to flash the International Galaxy S3 9300 firmware which could brick your phone .
Start all over again and this time odin flash the Tmobile T999 stock-rooted firmware.
Here is the download link for it: http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=9390169635556426451
This stock firmware is pre-rooted, so no need to root.
Good Luck!
still doesnt work

I'm sure flashing the i9300 stock rom on a T999 isn't going to do anything helpful.
I'm sure if you send it in to these guys (link below) they'd be able to fix it. I'd rather pay $60-$100 to fix my phone than buy a new one or pay what Samsung would charge to fix it (if they would).

Why are you flashing a PIT file? Stop.
Stop trying to flash and international rom on your tmobile gs3. Flash the tmobile version

When it ask for the Pit file you have to use the PIT file for the t999 and also use the PDA file at the same time.
Don't use the PIT file by itself.

There is no need for a separate pit file. Just the Odin .tar package. Please don't suggest this. I have odined this phone countless tines and I only use the .tar file for original stock image. I've never used a separate pit file nor have seen anyone here suggest it or post it in any tutorials.

Sooner or later most likely sooner you will have hard bricked your phone
by trying to flash 9300 firmware into a t999 phone.
You need to delete all the 9300 files from your computer and
from your phone which you may have already downloaded.
Only use T999 roms, firmware, mods or any other device
specific apps and software.
What you need to do is to find the correct PIT file for your T999 Tmobile phone
and odin flash it in the PIT slot not PDA. I am certain it's here on XDA but I don't
have the time to look for it, that's something you need to do.
Only the proper PIT file will solve the problem you are having.
The PIT file will re-map your partitions so the phone will be able to
accept the odin flash stock firmware successfully.
Anything else will give you even more problems or a bricked phone.
You already messed up the partition tables on your phone already you are only
about one step away from bricking the phone.

Try using odin version 10.3.6 and also download the latest TWRP package for odin (not the zip recovery package) for our sprint note 4 SM-N910P. Another thing, make sure you select the "BL" (boot loader) button to start the flash process in odin. If that fails use the "AP" button just below it. Not sure what else could be causing your problem.
im on latest odin and tried both ap and bl and still fails and its the tar version for odin not the zip

im an average user when it comes to rooting. flashed a new rom and then kernel and then ended up with bootloop. i didnt make a backup. we used kies 3 and smart switch for emergency firmware update, it finish the whole installation but when it comes to restarting the device it is still stuck on bootloop. after that we have tried flashing factory image including pit file. the firmware were tried to flash is G925TUVU3DOI1_G925TTMB3DOI1_TMB.ZIP and G925TUVU2DOH6_G925TTMB2DOH6 from sam mobile. halfway through installing the firmware we saw the cute android logo and then it says erasing.
the download mode now says
odin mode

system status: custom
frp lock off: off
secure download: enabled
knox warranty void: 1 (0x0304) tripped knox long time ago trying to root it. nothing bad happened
AP SWAREV: B:3 K:2 S:2
factory recovery mode says efs not mounted. were able to push files through adb fastboot.
would gladly appreciate if anyone can help us. thankyou
I noticed you said you tried to flash a .zip file through ODIN. I'm not sure if that normally works, but everything I flash through ODIN is a .tar or .tar.md5 file. There is a link to download the full stock DOI1 firmware somewhere on here. Find it and try to flash that, and then re-root using UniKernel.
Edit: Here is the thread with the DOI1 firmware file. Be sure to thank @Alex9090 for posting it.

Hm. It looks like the ODIN flash didn't fail, which leads me to believe the firmware you flashed was somehow bad. Maybe try downloading the firmware from a different site? But if you got it from Sammobile, it should be good though. Curious. I still recommend trying a different download. Short of that I have no more suggestions. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help. I hope you get it figured out.

Thank you so much. I have downloaded the file. and tried to update it and i was able to flash it and phone booted well, but it restarts again and again. it happens with all the file. Thank you so much for this atleast phone booted. I loaded all the 4 files except the PIT file.
Should i also try to load the PIT file? How to load a PIT file what should i do, should i check the partition option in ODIN with PIT file. What should i do, is it any solution? of this restart again and again, i also tried to wipe cache in recovery, now my phone is able to run into the recovery.
Thanks a million time.

Put every file in his right section and load the pit, in Odin there is a menu hidden by a button on the left, one of the three let you load the pit (now I don't remember very well the interface hahah give a try)

one tar file: N7105XXUFOB2_N7105OLBFOD1_N7105XXUFNI2_HOME.tar.md5
My phone can go into recovery and download mode.
Cannot clear cache or data in recovery mode as mount or read error occur
When flash in odin, re-parition operating error
Is there anyway to flash from sd card or anything like that?
Hope someone kindly shed the light.
Thank you!

Yes different ports
Yes different usb cable but none are samsung's cable though. thanks.
Btw, firmware and pit file must be the same or doesn't need to be?
PIT file is only matter for the model?
Thanks.
The pit file must match the model number and amount of memory.
Do you get pit error when trying to flash without the pit file?

No, I didn't get PIT error without PIT file.
In my experience, pit files are only required if Odin is not able to pull the partition information from the phone during the flash process.
You might want to look into having the phone flashed via jtag.
