[Q] Official Samsung galaxy w i8150 jellybean please - Samsung Galaxy W I8150

I've been trying to find official jellybean firmware for my samsung G w i8150 but it proved very difficult till i found this file: Android 4.1.2 XXAMH2.zip only problem is the host (hotfile) has been closed
so please does anyone here have the update file or any other official firmware for sgw? (ICS or anything newer will do).
i have tried many custom roms and they're nice but i feel like going back to an official frimware just not the boring aging gingerbread.
thanks in advance

Latest official firmware for wonder is 2.3.6 jellybean, with value pack, which is an update to put some improvements and face unlock from ics, but it's still jb and Samsung won't update our w anymore. Here you can check for all official firmware http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/1/?model=GT-I8150&pcode=0#firmware

Don't EVER flash an ICS+ ROM that claims it's an official Samsung update on your Galaxy W. The last official update, like chris096 said, was 2.3.6 Gingerbread. You'll most definitely brick your device.
However, check around the Android Development section. There are some great ROMs around that look identical to Samsung's TouchWiz.

[Q] Android 4.4 KitKat on Galaxy Wonder (i8150)

Hello my friends, so im reading about the new version of android : KitKad, i found an information that older devices with 512 Mb of ram will get this firmware !!!! (( i hope isnt fake ) , so what do u guys think will the WONDER GET the Kitkat firmware ?
No. Samsung dropped support for our phone, so there's no way we'll ever get an official KitKat update.
As SGWUser said, we'll never get an official KitKat update.

I'm agree with you.. custom roms are not the same...they are BETTER!!!:victory: let's try!
One of the features of the 4.4 KitKat I've seen leaked was backwards compatibility, for us Galaxy W users this might mean we might get a best possible ROM for our phone which is up to date, no matter whether it's official or unofficial, Let's keep the hopes up!
Well for me stock roms made by samsung are unreplacmend, but however i belive that if the kitkat will be for older phones, why not being for our phone !!, I hope they wont go with kitkat on Galaxy Mini
I think not

there is two liquid smooth and aoip, well if we can count it as official, hehehe, the end is very close to our devices anyway, but still my hope kitkat will be last OS for my beloved galaxy w
officially samsung never provides good updates to most of its phones
thats horrible on their part, its like they dont have a software department that cares, just look how HTC keeps updating its phones
unofficially its a totally different matter
Our wait is over and Android 4.4 Kit Kat is finally released and there is a whole section about it supporting 512mb ram devices which might be great news for us.

Use the newest paranoid Android rom. My wife uses it on her t989, it's perfectly stable and it is super fast. I mean really really fast. It's 4.4.4 too. Best rom she has used by far.

If that's what you want to do, go to www.sammobile.com and make an account. Then, go to www.sammobile.com/firmwares/1 and select the options in the boxes for
TYPE: Smartphone
OS: Android
MODEL: SGH-T989 - GALAXY S II
COUNTRY: USA TMOBILE.
Next, select the 2012 August T989UVLH1 for Gingerbread.
Like everyone else said, I would recomend that you flash the latest TWRP recovery and then flash the latest Paranoid Android 4.4.4.

Need AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3 Stock ROMS

Hello members of xda, I'm in need for some stock ROM's for the AT&T S3 (SGH-I747)
I recently got the device and it was on Jelly Bean version of 4.1.2
I tried flashing a ROM and it got soft bricked and I had to install stock firmware that consisted of Jelly Bean 4.1.1
Now that I'm on JB 4.1.1, it says that it can't find an update. It did the same thing to me when I was on JB 4.1.2
I'm looking to upgrade to 4.3 or 4.4 whether it be Jelly Bean or Kit Kat, I don't care.
Can anybody link me to a thread that has a list of stock firmware's on it? (Yes, I have searched before hand, to find nothing of help)
I prefer the firmware to be installed via Odin if possible, but I just need some stock AT&T firmware/ROM's
Greatly appreciated beforehand for any help that I can get
Check sammobile.com for stock i747 firmware.

Thanks, I'll go check them out now!
EDIT: The only firmware they have for US:AT&T is 4.1.1
Are there other firmware's for the i747 that I can use?
AT&T hasn't released as you saw a stock firmware file since jelly bean's early days.

After flashing the 4.3 firmware you can either try to update with the official OTA here:

or by using one of the two threads linked above. (2nd one is probably best after flashing 4.3)

SGS4M from 4.2.2 to 4.4.2

Hello guys,
so recently if you haven't heard Pokemon Go was released and of course as a huge fan I want to play it. But it requires 4.3 or higher. So i want to upgrade my 4.2.2 to 4.4.2. I went to wikipedia to see if it has an official upgrade and it says it has but not in all regions,(The S4 mini got the android 4.4.2 'KitKat' update on June 2014 (though not in all regions), bringing some minor UI changes as seen on the Galaxy S4 and S4 Active.) and I tried from my phone to search for an update but it says there is not one so I guess I'm not from those regions . So is there a way to manually upgrade to 4.4.2 ? The model number is GT-19195.
Thank you.
Region is not important. You can download and flash official firmwares in sammobile.
Be sure that you have backup before flashing firmware. Because you can lost your data

I recommend to not update!
4.4.2 is the worst update ever for s4 mini
1.Terrible battery
2.Bad performance
