Actually device memory is too low and despite having 16 GB external SD card, i cant install apps from Google Play Store, it says not enough space avaiable. I have selected SD card as Default Write Disk but it is not helping. I want to allocate 4-5 GB from my external SD card to applications so that i dont have to face memory issue while installing heavy applications. Also, the processor is 1 GB and not supporing Heavy games, can i speed up the processor with rooting and how?

Hi I'm thinking this info that phone provides is fake. Probably is some MTK device, which was named as I9500 for the app compatibility. Try if MTK Droid Tools finds the phone

GT-B5512 my experience
I also had endless problems with this (otherwise good when it works) phone. I strongly think its a problem with the stock firmware and at the moment I've installed the custom kernel (v1.2.2) as developed by user nitubhaskar in the following post, which seems to make the phone very stable and fast, with increased battery life.

But do you know any way to update it by cm or miui custom Rom?

Can i root and then flash my Auxus Prime without a problem?

Info
Android version 5.1
Version: MOLY.LR9.W1444.MD.LWTG.MP.V16.P10
Kernel Version: 3.10.65
Build number: ALPS.L1.MP3.V2_NB6753.65U.L1_P22
Custom Built Version: AUXUS_PRIME_20151105
CPU: MT6753 64-bit Octa Core
What customized android ROMs are available for me to choose from?
Would any of them have a higher OS than 5
Will any of them introduce OTG support (hereto not there on my phone)
I need Google Playstore and other Google apps to use after the ew ROM is flashed
Please recommend one of the modded roms for me if at all this phone can be flashed
I am a complete beginner in these things and barely know the meaning of rooting and flashing so I do not intend to brick my instrument with a wrongly flashed modded ROM
Thanks in advance for any help on this

Yes depends on your sw version & binary version
I have SM-G9880 S20 UltrA 5G Hong-Kong, and its firmwares bit number is 3 for Android 11 OneUI 3.1.
I want to downgrade to Oneui 2.5, but its firmwares bit numbers is less then 3 for all firmware versions.
Ive read that i cant do downgrade to firmware whose bit number is less then existing.
Is that means that for my model there is no possibility to downgrade from OneUI 3.1 to OneUI 2.5?
Even for OneUI 3.0 the bit number is 2, wich means that Samsung upped the bit number to 3 in OneUI 3.1 thus closing possibility to downgrade even to OneUI 3.0.
What can i do with this situation?
I need to flush my modem firmware.
I hope somebody can help I have the same issue I need to download grade to 2.5 from 3.1 on my SMG9880 (BRI)
