[Q] wrong android version detected by lg support tool

I am new to this forum...
Does anyone know why my LG G3 is on lollipop (5.0.0) but the lg support tools says it runs on jelly bean and have to update to kit kat then to lollipop.
(software version: V20G if it can help)

I want to upgrade my LG G4s to Marshmallow , Is that possible ?
I tried to install LG Bridge to check for software updates , but it says that I already have the latest updates installed .
My phone model number is LG-H735

i dont know which variant is that .. as i have heard some phones dont have MM yet. but if they do search for KDZ file for your variant if exist flash it with LGUP. search for it too.

I tried to root the phone and really messed up. So I recommend to run stock phone.

Need help updating HTC M8 Eye

Hello Devs,
Today i bought an HTC M8 Eye (its says its M8 Et) and the problem is that it's stuck on kitkat 4.4 and i do not have the Software update button, any suggestions on how to update this phone to android N or M ? i will provide any informations needed if i can do so (Was an iOs user don't roast me ) any input would be greately appreciated, thank you )

I recommend you to looking for how to root your device dude, and then flash an s team ROM or snapdragon ROM cause are smooth and nice, i have an HTC one m8 and im running a crdroid ROM based on Android 7.1.1

He has a M8 Eye, normal M8 roms won't work.

Yes i know, but is they same way to root it and have to looking for a stable ROM

Hello, is your problem finally solved?

I found a CM ROM that supports MTK mt6795 & Kernel 3.10

Though it says it support MTK mt6795 & Kernel 3.10, which is exactly what HTC One E9plus is running on but unfortunately it doesn't say which model.
So if anyone willing to give this one a try please help us out, I for one not willing to risk my phone since this is the only phone i have at the moment. This could be our only hope to ever experience Android 6.0
