[Q] Stuck in "mute" after undocking - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note II

After the OTA update my phone occasionally gets stuck in a quasi mute when I undock it. It's weird. Mute isn't selected but the volume is all the way down and no matter what I do, it stays that way. Is anyone else experiencing this?
I tried a factory reset and the same thing happens.
here's a link to the dock I have. http://goo.gl/YfUd4x
Galaxy note 2 AT&T running 4.3, rooted, KNOX disabled, stock recovery.
Any help or insight is deeply appreciated.

[Q] T-Mo Galaxy S3 goes to sleep, wont wake up?

I haven't seen any one discussing this with the T-Mobile Galaxy S3 (SGH-T999) yet, so I'm guessing its just an issue with my phone but I thought I'd ask first..
My phone is a brand new T-Mobile Galaxy S3 (SGH-T999) 16gig Blue, fresh out of box. Not rooted. Running stock rom.
Searching, I've a seen similar issue mentioned for other (older) phones, the fix seemed to be disable auto-rotation and auto-brightness. I've turned both off, and still have the problem.
If I let my T-Mo S3 sit, and the screen has been off for a few minutes (usually two or so will do it), I can't get the screen to turn back on.
The LED will blink, and if I hold the power button long enough, the phone will restart (and the screen will turn on).
I've tried a factory reset via the settings menu, going into stock recovery and doing a wipe cache, as well as a factory reset and wipe cache in the stock recovery. I still have the issue.
Have others experienced this? Is there a fix, or is it time for me to get with T-Mobile about a replacement?
Note: My VZW S3 (SGH-i535) doesn't have this problem).

Exact same issue here ... Do you have power saving enabled? The only other option I play with is NFC ... although not sure why this would affect it. I have now disabled power saving and NFC to see if problem persists.
I did get a replacement phone. The replacement works fine.
Did a factory reset and haven't had an issue since. Definitely an app causing it ... just not sure which one!

I had tried several factory resets. Didn't fix. I even tried re-flashing via Odin.
Mine even "stayed alseep" at the "welcome" screen pre-setup (after factory reset).
newbie with the same problem..
My GTI9300 is doing the same thing. If I leave it idle for a while, then press the power button, the phone is unresponsive. Pressing the home or vol buttons does nothing. if I call it, the phone recieves the call, but no ringtone is played and the screen stays off.
It started doing it since I updated to the official 4.3 rom. Its been happy and dandy on 4.1.2
I have a sneaky suspicion it's a samsung service app causing problems. Once (still on 4.3) the screen wouldn't turn back on after a Skype call. I had to call it to unlock the phone, when it did come back it said "samsung push service stopped working." Today while browsing, the hyperlinks became disabled for a short while until an app update notification showed up. Then it was normal again. It may be unrelated, but could it be the push service interfering with wake from deep sleep?
Could be, kinda hard to say. But if you haven't already you should factory reset. If some data from your previous build is not being read correctly it could cause any number of issues. (You could try clearing data on and disabling the service app first if you like)
Beyond this though, you should probably post in the international forum. Our devices are very different and I for one know very little about yours.
Good luck!

[Q] Phone Shutting Off

I have previously made a thread asking about the power button issue that was running rampant. I have had to "fix" my phone multiple times because of it and it is growing to be a major hassle. Now, my phone is rebooting every time I turn the screen off whether it be with the power button or with apps such as "Screen Off" which is free in the market. I am running a stock rom and kernel currently unrooted because I ran into a problem and had to odin back to stock. My question is, is there a permanent fix for this? If not, does anyone have an idea as to what Sprint would be willing to do about this problem.

[Q] Phone locks up, reboots when taking a picture?

Need some help. My wife's Tmobile S2 locks up and freezes when she takes pictures. Only a battery pull will get it going again and once it restarts, the picture is no where to be found. Its not 100% of the time, but it does happen too often. We have a 17 month old boy and she is constantly frustrated when trying to capture random acts of funniness.
This originally happened on a rooted phone. Tried switching where the pictures were being stored from phone to sd back to phone with no luck. Tried a factory reset and went back to the stock rom. Still no dice. Did all the stock updates. No luck. Sent the phone in for a warranty exchange and had the same problem with the replacement. She is now on her third S2 (completely stock, latest firmware) and she is still having the same problem. I don't know what else to try. Hoping someone out there has had this issue and found a fix. Thanks in advance everyone!

[Q] Phone won't turn on after trying to update via KIES - rooted

My Samsung Galaxy S4 (rooted with CM, but stock otherwise) will not power on at all after trying to update it via Kies. It got stuck on the screen where it shows the green Android guy, with "Do not turn off the target" for well over an hour. I had to pull the battery to get it to get off of that screen. When I went to power it back up, it does nothing. Tried every combination of buttons that I could think of, but the phone will not respond.
Is it bricked? Please help!

Sounds pretty bricked. If you can't power it on at all, even to recovery or download mode, I'm not sure what you could possibly do to fix it. Nothing that interface with the phone to fix it if the phone can't power on.

Crap. I guess I'm going to have to head over to T-Mobile to see if I can get a warranty replacement. I think it's good until May.
Edit: T-Mobile Rep thinks that it's a hardware failure of some sort, so they're sending me a "new" S4 overnight. At least I'll be able to get 4.4 without too much trouble now.

touchkeys and hawrdware keys stopped working?

So i got my galaxy note 4 today and rooted it and was happily enjoying it until all of a sudden after a reboot all of my soft and hardware keys stopped working. the only keys that work are the home and volume up button. I tried factory resetting my phone and everything and it still wont work, anyone else encounter this?

Probably should not have rooted till an official root for this version as in AT&T, not T-Mobile has been made. There could be some hardware differences since none of the roots in the international version are cross compatible.
There's plenty of others in the forum I know that have used the T-Mo root method without encountering my issue. I doubt that's the issue

Turn off power saving if on.
