MIUI (ICS) 2.10.26 For Acro S (Locked Boot loader)

Hey guys... I found latest Miui Rom for our beloved and awesome acro s..
Its from the original MIUI site.
All credits goes to the original developers and translators..
Im just sharing it here..

What you need:
The ROM from the link above.
Rooted
Recovery. I suggest u start with CWM for Xperia 2012 devices.

Then download this flashable CWM:

Google apps:

Steps:
1) Root you phone
2) Install CWM from the link above.
3) Transfer Miui Rom.zip, CWM.zip (flashable) ,Gaaps.zip to your sd memory (not ext card)
4) Go to recovery make a nandroid backup first.
5)Then wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, in advanced menu wipe dalvik,
in mounts and storage format system
6) install zip from sdcard then choose rom zip to install. do not reboot system as yet
7) install gapps
8) install cwm zip
9) reboot system
This worked on my acro s...
Im not responsible if anything happens to your phone....

Flash Failed :'(

Hey guys,
I have a problem... :'(
I tried flashing (with cwmv5.0.2.6) either JellyBread and marcin's cm7.2 and both failed.
I did everything, I backupped all, i factoryresetted, i cleaned cache and dalvik cache.
I flashed it, it says it's succesful... Then i fixed the permissions.
But when i try to boot it up it is stuck at the JellyBread splashscreen of with cm7.2 the samsung one.
And it does NOTHING ! Well, the first time i tried to flash JellyBread it did create android.secure,
Lost&found and somthing else but that was it.
I can still boot in recovery so it's not hard-bricked or anything...
I tried restoring my nandroid backups: "Can't mount /system!". *OHNOES*
Did I just brick my device?????
I'm so desperate, i need my phone every day... OMG Hope it's not bricked!!!!!!!!
Please help... :'(

You need to first wipe everything and then format your file system to ext4. Our gio has rfs file system. Custom Roms require ext4.
First Flash This Recovery
Then Flash This ext-4 formatter
Then flash any ROM
Reply if it worked

no your phone is not bricked
so first wipe /system /data /cache and /sd-ext (but NOT /sdcard) then flash the rom and DON'T set the permission. Reboot your phone and everything should work
btw: you can't restore the backup of a stock-rom because of different file systems...

Since my thing worked now i can tell u too...
1) Backup all your apps with TitaniumBackup.
2) Backup all you messages with SMS Backup/Restore.
3) Backup all your contacts (by syncing them with your Google account).
4) Flash the cwm deadly46 posted.
5) Reboot into recovery and take a nandroid backup.
6) Copy all important stuff (or even better; your whole SD-card) to your computer.
7) Reboot into recovery and: do a factory reset, clear the dalvic-cache and clear the cache.
8) Run the ext-4 formatter deadly46 posted.
9) Copy all zip files needed for the flash to your sd-card.
10) Flash them.
11) Do a factory reset, clear the dalvic-cache and clear the cache again.
12) Reboot and don't get scared when it doesn't boot withing a minute, the first time always takes a while, but it can never
take more than 5 minutes (I read).
13) Login with your google account.
14) Install TitaniumBackup and SMS Backup/Restore and restore everything you need.
And your good to go!

Or should I flash the ext4 then flash the rom then reboot my phone??

you don't need to reboot your phone after flashing the ext4 formater afaik but you can do it if it's not working

Now go to mount and storage and format system
Now Intall Vision_v1_droidtricksqvga.zip from sd card by going to "install zip from sd card"
It will take a few times
While rebooting click fix root
You have flashed this rom successfully

I did factory reset n also cleared cache but there is no option for mount sd card or to format system.
In spite using rom manager in recovery mode i tried to install vision1 rom but it end up showing a error that SIGNATURE VERIFICATION FAILED .. What should i do to install it . I really want to install it I did not bother bother about memory or any other problem just help me to
install this custom rom.

hey dude u have to disable signature verification by selecting toggle signature verification in clockworkmod recovery option.
but remember one thing
JUST BACKUP UR EXISTING ROM BEFORE INSTALLING THE NEW ONE

Recovery vanished ....
I flashed my recovery with mobile uncle tool....but it didn't work and now I don't have my stock recovery. I have many things from this forum but no method get worked....so now what can I do for getting back my recovery .......plz help

[Q] About swaped memory

I just swaped memory (vold.fstab) on my rom cm 10 alpha 7, why on settings (storage) can't to open? i had a force close. anyone can give me a solution?

flash rom again and flash this file

2- wipe cach and dalvic cach
3- flash zip and reboot

3g version is working but available only english language. I enabled my language using "Language Enabler". download from play store.

This is a complete backup of this rom.
Download the rar file, extract it, copy the TWRP folder to the root of the external sd.
Install the TWRP present in the rar file like this:
Open odin, click on PDA / AP select Twrp Recovery For Sm-n7505 4g only.tar.
Put your phone into download mode with Volume - home and power buttons.
Connect the usb cable.
Press start.
At the end of the operation, enter recovery with Volume + Home, and power.
Select Wipe / adwance wipe.
Select System, data, cache, internal storage.
Clean.
Press back.
Press restore backup, select ext sd card.
Click on Backup, swipe.

I followed every step you listed, until I had to restore, but no file was detected to be restored as a backup from twrp, I put the "TWRP" file containing the backup in the ext sd as you said, but nothing. another question, is data and sim working on this rom?

Do this:
With your rom, even if it is stock, install the TWRP, make a backup even of the cache.
Then take the file linked by me, and replace it in your backup.
should recognize it.
Data and sim work.

I don't know what version it is.
For the 4G version, it didn't make multiple versions.
If you go to the second post of the developer who created it, there is a version, while for the 3g model the V4 is mentioned
