Help with rom - T-Mobile, Samsung Galaxy SIII

i have sgh t-999v with root and clockwork recovery ,i really dont know what roms are compatibe with it i see roms mostly for sgh t-999 or t999L i have t-999v can i flash a t-999 rom on to my t-999v or i have to flash a rom for my exact model....if so where can i get roms for my t-999v,also im on version 4.1.2

you can flash T-Mobile and at&t ROMs. just don't flash the modem from those carriers. typically most ROMs don't include the modem so you should be good.

TMO S3 Kernel on my AT&T S3 ?

All is in the title
Can i flash a TMO S3 Kernel on my S3 AT&T without brick ?
And what about TMO roms ?
Thank you
I've flashed some of there roms and kernels, most of them work. Trinity kernel will not work with our leaked firmware though, if your rom is based on that. With the ROMs you will have to change your apn settings as well to att from tmo.
Just make sure you backup before trying anything.

they are a unified kernel, but you might have to change the apn settings. which kernel are you looking to go to?

do you get charged for this any costs??

Limited roms for use with tmobile sim on atti317?

Ive done flashed one t889 rom on my i317 att note 2 its basically a modded t889-i317 zip rom that works with the att note 2 and wifi calling works also but its a stockish build with only mulit window support
Are there anyother 4.1.2 roms that are t889 based that I can flash without issues...
As far as it seems ive read that you can pretty much flash any tmobile rom on an att s3 or note 2 and everything is issue free..since the variants are literally built with the same hardware
Any truth to that all I want to do ia flash a few diff roms with WIFI calling a must have for me on the i317.
Instead of sitting here on the stock att rom.

[Q] Can i flash an at&t rom on a n7105

Hi,
Ive looked into flashing an AT&T rom on my Canadian n7105 LTE Note 2. I searched the forum and some people said they have flashed it no problem. Other roms only say for n7100 only...
I am positive on my old note2 i flashed an AT&T rom. Ended up dropping and breaking the phone so i bought a new one. I don't require to have LTE but i do need 3G data connection.
Can i Flash a MI6 ROM like Hurricane Rom on this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2467910
Thanks
That rom is for the n7100 if you flash it you will lose phone and data and be left with just a tablet. Afaik there are no stock based 4.3 roms for the n7105. Some of the American roms work on the n7105, there is a list somewhere

[Q] Will a 4.3 ROM (like CM 10.2) work with the ND8 modem?

Currently running stock 4.4.2 (ND8) and looking to try out Cyanogenmod 10.2, which is 4.3
The only other phone I have any experience flashing ROMs on was a Sprint S2 (D710) and no custom ROMs were compatible with its Jellybean modem, so you had to flash an old modem separately. Is there any similar situation with this phone? Does it make any difference that I'm trying to flash a 4.3 ROM? I'm not very familiar with how that stuff works.
This will answer a lot of your questions.

But yes you can flash any ROM you like, still, but do not ever try to downgrade your modem (or bootloader) now that you're on the full Knox ND8 bootloader. You'll hard brick your phone if you do.
I have no personal experience with just how well the "old" ROMs work with the ND8 modem, FYI.

[Q] Custom ROMs

I am currently on stock unrooted 4.3 Canadian I747M (rooting it later on) and was wondering if I could flash any custom roms for e.g. PA, CM or Quantum? After rooting it of course. And if I could, I've read that having different bootloaders will brick the device so is there anything i'd have to do before flashing those roms?
Thank you.
Being on stock 4.3 you should be good to install any of the latest custom ROMs, as they all work on 4.3 bootloader/modem
