Does anyone know of a simple flashable mod for stock rooted s3? Had one in the last rom I used. but I had to go back to stock and NEED a louder phone.
Naddict has one that he sent me, you might want to hit him up. If not I can send you the one he gave me.

Try this one. It increases the volume across the whole system 2-3%. Make sure you thank Naddict.

Hey guys,
I rooted my epic 4g the other day with the Zedomax kernel. I am having a bunch of radio issues and battery problems as well with this kernel.
I would like to go back to my oem/factory kernel and unroot just for the mean time as bugs get worked out. Does anyone know where I can get the factory kernel that comes from sprint and to restore it completely?
When I went to settings>about phone>Kernel it said -
2.6.35.7-SPH-D710.EG30-CL435735
Anyway to get that back?
Thanks!
DT
There is no where to get the stock kernel as of now

Funny, as I wrote my last comment, I followed the steps in this thread and it seems to have fixed the issues.

This is the T-mobile ICS Original Kernel if you want to go back to Stock Kernel. I didn't do anything but upload the Stock Kernel.
I did re-upload the file again. The boot animation is T-mobile Boot Animation.

Ill just keep this one in my pocket, just in case with the new kernels that will show up soon
That is exactly why I uploaded the original kernel because I needed it and I couldn't find it as flash zip without flashing a full ROM.

Hi all, I'm a newbie. I currently have three things I want to learn how to do to my Samsung Galaxy SII (Epic 4G) 1) Root it 2) Install Jelly Bean 3) Install SIII theme This is a Sprint phone flashed to Page Plus. Will it cause me to have to get the phone flashed again? Thanks in advance and I would appreciate help.
If you go here you can read and download everything you probably need to stock root via PC Odin one clicks (much thanks to devs theyre awesome and make it easy)
Once you've one clicked and green light for pass then you should be able to boot up and find super user or super su and have root.
Then search threads and forums for the rom or roms you want and read, read, read the how to's..then read some more.
Find the rom you desire and follow the op and should be good.
SG3 style rom that is crazy good is gdings touched by sgs3 its awesome as well as this jellyverse is amazing.
When in doubt..read...read...read..dont guess or you'll [email protected]#$ your phone...thats my experience.
Have fun and good luck

I can't seem to find a kernel that will play nice with my phone. I'm running the latest dandroid rom, and every kernel I've tried makes everything all glitchy, and after minutes unusable. I'm not new to flashing, or modding my phone at all. I've done all the wiping and permission fixing. Anyone have any ideas? I'm trying to find a kernel that will keep my bluetooth connected to my car when playing music. That's a whole other problem I've been having someone suggested trying a new kernel.
Have you given the stock md5 kernel a shot? I've got one that'll remove anything added by other custom ones and has the correct stock modules if you want to give it a shot.
I'll post the link in a few. @TheLastSidekick has a kernel thread in the General section too if you want to look there.
