is any solution to ready this mobile??? please anyone give step by step guide to ready this mobile.thanks in advnace.

This will delete all your data, but the phone will boot.
1. Install HTC Sync (on your PC)
2. Download this RUU: http://www.htcdev.com/process/legal_download/152 (Also on your PC)
3. Power off your Desire (take out battery, put it back in)
4. Hold the Power button+Back button until a white screen with different stuff written on it appeares.
5. Plug the phone in your PC.
6. Run the RUU exe. It should update the phone. No matter what, do not disconnect until it's done or your get an error.
7. Boot your phone.

Okok.
We'll try another thing.
In my sig, under "Useful stuff", you'll find the Desire 2.3 ruu as PB99IMG.zip. Download it, put it on the root of your sd-card (outside any folder), then boot in hboot, and, when prompted, select "yes".
Tell me what happens.

When I told you to put something on the root of the sd-card, I meant that you put the zip outside any folder, directly on the sd-card, so the hboot can read it clearly.
You will have to enter hboot somehow. Try power+back button, then select 'Bootloader".

With the SD Card inserted, it does the SD Checking! Are u able to navigate to recovery just through hboot with the volume buttons?
If not, if you've used adb before use the command
Code:
adb reboot recovery
Then from there, since you're S-OFF you can do a full wipe and restore a backup or flash a ROM, if you have those things on your sd
Let me know if there are any other problems
Select bootloader option in hboot and then you will see recovery and just hit the power button when you want to enter recovery.

Thanks for the replies, and No, I'm unable to navigate the HBOOT with the volume controls at this point.
Would the ADB allow me to reset and set it into recovery mode whilst its in HBOOT mode? This might be something I'll look into once I get home.

Yes it would
The easiest way to use adb that I've found is to look for leith51's guide to flashing a radio, they have an easy flash guide that includes a zip with adb and all drivers included, and a .bat file for an easy start.
Click start here.bat, then type "adb devices" to see if the phone is recognised (it will print your phone's serial number) then go ahead with "adb reboot recovery"
If you can't find it I'll send it to you when i'm home from work
Format your whole phone and try again
here you go, i had it bookmarked on my laptop

download the Radio flash.zip
double click the Start Here.bat

[Q] Bricked Desire? Plz FAST HELP, Im beginner :-/

I tried to go back to the stock ROM.I've downloaded RUU.exe, installed HTC Sync..I ran RUU.exe, all were fine, but at the 99% (this dont have to be the correct number) it said Error 110..Now I cant do anything with Desire..If I try to turn on Desire with power button, its just in the middle logo HTC and on the edges are 4 triangels or something like that..The same when I try to turn it on with power and vol.down ..:-/
I really dont know that to do,cause Im noob with HTC..I only had Samsung and never got something like this..PLZ help me
go to Desire Q&A/Stickies (first post) and read bortaks troubleshooting guide number [4] i think ruu problems
Sent from my HTC Desire
Thx for reply,so I find this:
[4]RUU PROBLEMS
"I tried using a RUU, but it failed, and now my phone is stuck on a black HTC Screen with /!\ In every corner!"
Possible Causes:
- You were S-OFF and you flashed a custom bootloader from alpharev
- You didn't check the MD5 Sums before proceeding, and the download may have been corrupted.
- You tried using the wrong RUU
Fixing your problem
Your phone is stuck in RUU mode. RUU mode is like fastboot mode, and can still receive fastboot commands, therefore it can be easily "fixed". It helps to have a goldcard for this problem, so that you can use any RUU you want.
S-OFF
[STEP1]- download "Bravo Stock" from Alpharev
[STEP2]- download Android Flasher
[STEP3]- use android flasher to flash "Bravo Stock"
[STEP4]- run the RUU again and wait for it to finish
S-ON
If you're S-ON it eliminates the possibility of you having a custom bootloader, and the only possibility now is that the RUU was corrupted or you used the wrong RUU for your device. Therefore, for this process you need a goldcard.
[STEP1]- Create the goldcard from the tutorial
[STEP1]- Use the WWE RUU
NOTE: If you are restoring for warranty purposes, unless you bought an unbranded phone, using the WWE RUU will VOID YOUR WARRANTY, and you should use the 2.3.3 RUU (link available from #resources)
Im really beginner ,I dont know how can I do it..Im S-OFF..They say I need to download bravo stock from http://alpharev.nl/ But there are 2 bravo stock:
bravo_alphaspl.img and PB99IMG_stock which should I download and how can I flash it? I cant turn on my desire and I cant turn it with power+vol.down.. what can i do now?
pull the battery out and put back in, hold volume down then hold power, tell me what happens

"I tried using a RUU, but it failed, and now my phone is stuck on a black HTC Screen with triangle In every corner!"
yes i know but in first post u said power and vol down. just thought u did it wrong. did u try hold back button and hold power? that takes u to fastboot and u can get to hboot from there. u need to get to the hboot menu for the PB99IMG to work

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1256720
I want to try this,but I dont understand :
turn it off, plug it in via usb, hold back and power
if you know where your fastboot.exe is then cd into the path in cmd.
if you don't then unzip my attachment and put it in your c:\ and type these commands
Code:
cd\
fastboot devices
if it gives back a serial then it is not bricked and you can flash a RUU
ok download the file and unzip it, click my computer and drop the file into C: then follow the other instructions
Sent from my HTC Desire
Exactly this I understand :
"ok download the file and unzip it, click my computer and drop the file into C: then follow the other instructions"
But I dont understand to this: if you don't then unzip my attachment and put it in your c:\ and type these commands
Code:
cd\
fastboot devices
if it gives back a serial then it is not bricked and you can flash a RUU
What commands? where should I do it??
click my computer then C: drive find the fastboot file u put there then open it, then in a empty space in the file hold shift then right click and u should see "open command window here" click that to open cmd window then type in those commands that bortak said

Wildfire stucked on boot scree volume keys not working

Hi greet to all,
I bought HTC Wildfire before 3 days it was working perfect just i installed a theme changer application named "SPD Shell" then i restarted my wildfire it came to boot screen and volume keys and power button are not working and i am unable to select any of the option " BOOTLOADER , REBOOT, REBOOT BOOTLOADER, POWER DOWN ". I removed battery then put it back and hold the down volume key and power button it came to HBOOT screen but there too i am unable to select any of the options. My all keys are perfect and not defected. I have so many times flashed roms which upgraded my HBOOT to different version i.e 1.01.0001, 1.01.0002, 0.08.0008 and some thing like this but after all my htc not loaded its OS. I tried to install revolutionary & unrevoked but these software demand to connect phone in charge only mode with pc but i can't load OS so how can i connect my phone in charge only mode. Following are the important details.
Kindly Help me.

No i downloaded SPB Shell from another site and it may be incompatible with my HTC Wildfire but i installed it. Yeah i can't select any option from the Fastboot menu, Power and both volume key do not work in fastboot and hboot menu. Recovery option is not available because i have not installed (Clockworkmod Recovery Application) and i can't install it because to install clockworkmod recovery software the mobile is to be attached with pc in charging mod only but my OS is not booting so i cant connect my phone with pc in charg only mode. Please have a look in the bootlader details ganied by fastboot getvar command, there may be some clue about my problem. thnx
I'm pretty sure spb shell didn't cause this, at the end of the day its just a launcher which is very much incompatible with a wildfire. In my eyes the only damage installing an incompatible launcher can cause would be if you have ticked the default setting and rebooted because obviously after the restart it won't work and you would be unable to change the default. It cannot harm your devices hardware buttons especially when the system isn't loaded.
Why you don't have a recovery loaded I just don't understand, you can still use fast boot to flash cwm and then adb command "adb reboot recovery" to enter recovery and try to flash it if the buttons still don't work try an ruu.

Then i removed and placed battery so my phone came again on the fastboot screen. I tried to install revolutionary & unrevoked & clockworkmod recovery but these all application required phone to connect with PC in CHARGE ONLY mode but my OS is not starting so i cant connect phone in charge only mode. Only fastboot command is working with the following options " getvar & reboot & devices ". I tried to send file to phone using fastboot command it gave me error [ melformed 1 ]. and adb command is also giving me same response. one more this when i place some files in my SD CARD and place it in my phone and start the phone and comes to hboot menu where my phone scans SD Card for the files " PC49IMG.ZIP PC49IMG.NBH PC49DIAG.ZIP PC49DIAG.NB ". I placed recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-buzz.zip file after changing its name to PC49IMG.ZIP in SD Card the booted my phone. My phone scanned PC49IMG.ZIP file but didn't install it.
I hope now everything is clear, and you can help me.........
Try with this PC49IMG.zip
http://www.mediafire.com/?398dklf1uzss5f6
Hopefully that'll work to get recovery, if not I'd try a different ruu next.
In fact you may as well give this a shot too, on your PC click start or the windows orb and type %temp% to open your temp folder, run the ruu and look for some new files appearing in the temp folder. Look through the new folders for a file named rom.zip and drag it to your desktop, this basically contains the whole phones os, bootloader and all. Here you can either rename that zip to PC49IMG.zip and drop it on your SD although it does ask to press volume up to install so that may not work still. You could also try extracting the rom.zip and fastboot flash the files to your phone.
Thanx for your effort. My phone updated from this PC49IMG uploaded by you but after rebooting nothing changed, still same condition. i tried your second advice of rom.zip from temp. I placed rom.zip in my SD CARD after changing its name to PC49IMG.zip then rebooted and installed it but after installation nothing happened my phone came to FASTBOOT screen after reboot.
Did you try adb reboot recovery command?
I'm all out of ideas it seems your boot loader has somehow corrupted I'm pretty sure if you could somehow flash the bootloader or get an ruu to successfully flash it may fix the problem. Only other thing I can think of is a different ruu (eclair ones always seemed to work best for me) if you haven't tried one already.
If you have then maybe its a good excuse for an upgrade....
...
Yes i have tried adb command but it does not work, it says " device not found " because my phone is connected in fastboot screen condition not properly. I think adb required charge only mode from the OS but my OS is not starting. I have installed the following RUU successfully because it's a EXE file so when i run this setup from my computer it identifies my wildfire and install the RUU and it reboots my wildfire after rebooting HTC logo comes with white background but doesn't go ahead and stick on that screen. then i remove battery and place back and turn on again so it comes to fastboot screen.

Try using fastboot to reboot into the the recovery.
I think the command is just "fastboot reboot recovery"

This command is not working giving no any response.
OK try boot the device without the SD card in. Then test and see if the volume buttons work. I have seen an issue similar to this where the SD card was defective and hboot got stuck in a loop when trying to scan it resulting in the buttons appearing not to work.

yeah - very unlikely hardware nor any useful error messages - if flashing PC49IMG.zip files does work there might be hope, though
I am using Stock Hboot not revolutionary. and i have tried PC49IMG.ZIP, my phone updates from this file but after restarting mobile nothing changes. I have only used my phone only one day it's very painful for me.

hm, but as scratch mentioned (if I'm correct I remember that, too) you have to confirm the installation of the PC49IMG.zip (with vol up? - not sure) - so if your volume keys don't work: how do you know the update did work?
My volume keys are perfect but not only working in fastboot n hboot menu. When i place PC49IMG.zip in my SD Card and start the phone by holding down volume key + power button it brings me to HBOOT menu where it stays for a while then starts reading for PC49IMG.zip. After reading it give me the option to " Press Volume up key for update & power button to reboot " then i press VOLUME UP button and it starts updating, after updating it says OK and it tells me to press power button to reboot. After reboot nothing hapens it comes to fastboot screen and still volume keys not working on this screen.
Same here
Hi. I just signed up to post here that SAME ISSUE is happening to me.
I can use volume keys to enter boot screen; but then I am not able to use them to move between the options.
I have an HTC DESIRE device.
Before happening that to me I DIDN'T:
- Upgraded Android OS
- Installed new programs
UPDATED: After sending this post; my device, suddenly, started to shake!!
I had to remove battery to make it stop!

Hi guys again,
This worked for me like charm. Check in Google:
Restarting or factory resetting your phone
I can't put HTML link because of stupid 'no link before 10 posts' policy. Sorry guys, one thing is to fight spam; but this is too much.
Check this section; where it explains how to perform reboot without the need of getting into boot screen:
If you cannot turn on your phone or access the phone settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using the buttons on the phone.
Press and hold the VOLUME UP, VOLUME DOWN and END CALL/POWER buttons.
When you see a warning message on screen, press the VOLUME DOWN button to perform the factory reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.
After factory reset is complete, press the VOLUME DOWN button to restart your phone.

Download the official 2.3 RUU from my sig. It's named PB99IMG.zip. Take the zip, put it on the root of your sd-card, boot in hboot, and select "yes".
Yout data will be erased, but your phone should boot.

However below on the left I put out one marked "safe mode"

Other way to enable USB Debugging

Hello,
I've recently got a HTC Desire which is stuck on a white screen with the green HTC logo.
So I've decided to flash the ROM, in order to do this operation I have two choice :
- Flash a custom ROM and so switch the HTC Desire in S-OFF mode
- Flash an official ROM so I'll need to build a GoldCard
Anyway, the phone is really stock, I mean even the Debugging option is not enabled on it ... So I'm stuck because I cannot use all the commands with adb (as adb devices or adb shell ...) but fastboot scripts works, with the commands fastboot getvar all I got that :

I tried to install a new recovery with the command : fastboot flash recovery but I got an error : " Signature failed ..." (maybe it must be S-OFF to do that)
Actually my one and only question is, is there a way to enable USB Debugging in my situation ? Or an other way to flash de ROM with theses conditions ?
U dont need a goldcard if u use the 2.3gb update from htcdev. U can get the ruu from bortaks troubleshooting guide in my sig. Also to s-off u will need ur phone to be booted for it to work. Once used the ruu, use revolutionary to s-off ur phone.
Actually to update via htcdev, it is required to enable the USB debugging and I can't access to this option.
I follow the link in your sig and I downloaded this RUU :
RUU_Bravo_Froyo_HTC_ARA_2.32.415.3_Radio_32.49.00.32U_5.11.05.27_release_157343_signed.exe

Nope thats froyo ruu, u want 2.3 gingerbread. In bortaks guide, go down to resources and ul see it. Then run the ruu from bootloader. If it dont work then google 2.3gb upgrade as PB99IMG and do it that way.
Edit: 2.3gb PB99IMG link below

And How to flash PB99IMG (thanks andu)

I used the RUU from HTCdev 2.3 and the installation took a very long time at "Updating recovery" then the smartphone turned town (after 5-6 hours ^^) and when I tried to restart it I get 4 (!), one in each corner.
I read on your guide that is a common issue when we installed the wrong RUU. To fix it, you said in your guide to use a goldCard but I don't know if I can build one ...
When I tried to relaunch the upgrade, it works but still stuck at the same point

Its not my guide i only suggested the "2.3gb upgrade" because u dont need a goldcard. Read more carefully before jumping into things, things can go very wrong very quick. Anyway the 4 /!\ means ur stuck in ruu mode, so now try the 2.3gb ruu and hope it works

First, thanks you very much for your help
Actually I said I used the wrong RUU but I don't think it was the wrong one because the first one I used wasn't recognize by the phone and this one works but stuck during the upgrading.
I retried to update with the same update and now it's stuck at updating recovery ... (as soon as it was written "updating recovery" my phone vibrated 7 times and became stuck at this position)
Actually, before flashing and doing something on the phone when I tried for the first time to run the recovery from the bootloader the phone did this strange thing (vibrate 7 times) maybe something wrong happened in the hardware stuff.
EDIT : I managed to finish the updraging (100%) but at the end of the updating I got this message from the software img15.hostingpics.net/pics/616271screen.png (can't post n picture because I'm a new user sorry) My phone showed a result of the updating and everything went right except the radio updating ...
I got the same screen at the boot, 4 (!) in each corner. I'm really wondering which update I have to use ???
Oh rite, yh the 7 vibrations means hardware problem im affraid. The only fix is taking it to repair shop.
