(Solved) Rooting Symphony W50/Micromax A75

Hi Guys !
I'm here with a tutorial for Rooting Symphony W50/Micromax A75 !
Which many of you Guys Requested !
OK ! First things First !
I'm Not Responsible For any damage of your phone !
Lets Start -
1.Backup UR data and ROM !
- If you wanna keep all the app you currently have in your phone because all your Contacts , Massages , Apps will be removed during the process
If you wanna make a backup of those APP thn you might try some APPS to make a Backup of those files here are the name -
a) File Expert
b) Android Assistant
2.Rooting Process -
a) Now download the drivers from this link https://sites.google.com/site/ultimatebrainguide/micromax-a75/installing-drivers ( If you have 32bit download the 32bit ver. and if u have the x64bit download the x64-bit ver )
b)Download your preferred driver and Copy and paste it to your desktop and install it !
c) Driver installing Instructions -
The the driver_win_64.exe as administrator or it will fail
When it tell you to press enter - Press Enter
Now type one and press enter then there are 3 options choose your windows and type the number and press enter and you are good to go !
d) Connect the device -
Connect the device and check the Device installs successfully !
e) Now Download this Zip file https://www.dropbox.com/s/3hqk9uymdnlrr53/[Megafileupload]SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v2.1121.01.7z
f) After Downloading Extract it to your Desktop !
g) Now go to Sp_Flash tool folder and run Flash_tool as administrator
h) After the program loads click on the Scatter-loading and there's and scatter file inside the SP_Flash tool folder go to SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v2.1121.01\SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v2.1121.01\Android and select the Scatter file
i)Now tick the recovery and press on it Now find the CWM file that is in the zip file ....
j) Now turn of ur device
k) Now this is important SO Be careful .....
Click the download button on SP_FLASH_TOOL and a timer starts So connect the phone between 12 sec' ( and make sure ur phone is off ) and the process bar will complete and and it will show you a green mark that means it worked !

Now open Your phone while Holding the Power Button + Volume UP and a screen appear As Clockwork-mod 5........
the screen will look like this
Now make sure to make a backup of your current ROM ! Which is easy
in the Clockwork-mod menu use the Volume keys as up and down and and the Option button as OK ! So navigate to the BACKUP AND RESTORE Option ! and select backup as shown below
and here are the button config cause ur screen will not work around here
and how to make the backup
it might take a while !
And after the backup finishes .... and show successful Disconnect the cable and power off the device .....
Now remove the SD card and Connect it to your Computer and Go to SD/Clockworkmod/ and cut the Backup folder and keep it safely on your PC !
Now Download this File http://www.mediafire.com/?hid0ega7lek65u9
Extract it .... And Copy the backup folder to Clockworkmod/ and put the SD in your phone,
Now again start your phone by pressing And Holding The Power Button + The Volume UP key until the Clockworkmod interface comes and now go to the Wipe data/factory setting and select Yes after that do wipe cache partition now go to Backup again and press restore and select the 2012-06-10.08.17.26 and next screen press the YES Option .. wait until it finishes and reboot the device Confused ? See screenshots below !
After Wiping Data and cache partion do this
and now selcet the 2012-06-10.08.17.26
Select yes and wait for it to be done !
Now start up the device and if it boots up fine then Congrats ! ( usually takes more time in the start time start-up )
Now download this file http://downloads.noshufou.netdna-cdn.com/superuser/Superuser-3.1.3-arm-signed.zip and copy it to the SD card
Now power off your phone and go to Clockworkmod again and select install zip from SD and again select Install from SD and browse and select the Superuser.zip u have just downloaded and press OK ... again select YES and wait for it to finish and restart your phone and you will find the superuser app in the Application menu !!! here are the screen shots ! -
Install Zip from SD
Press Install Zip from SD again
and Locate the Superuser.zip u just copied to your SD
and wait for it to be finished
and Your are done now turn on your phone and u'll be rooted ! with a fresh rom !

This is the first time i posted in XDA !
And i took some screenshots too but how can i add em ?
like in the middle of the post ?
and gave a video tutorial for all SP_Flash tool work !

to add screenshot 1st upload that screenshot to any image hosting site like imgur.then copy the bb image code of that specific photo and paste in the middle. it will show image.

Yes !! Its totally the same !! All this Rooting rules Are almost same as A75 ... Even the Rom i've included is Micromax A75's. And i even updated the Karnel which was provided by Micromax officials !

It will be real nice if you can post the recovery image only...
I have a Pakistani Clone of the Above stated phone... Qmobile A5
and I want to root it... as its nand is locked... i cant do that using SuperOneClick
I have all the tools just need the recovery image.

Apparently my device does not support bootloader download DA
How can i use BootRom Download DA?
This error is given by SP Tools...
Cannot pass bootrom start command via USB Cable

i was able to flash your recovery but now a bigger problem arise.
When I boot into recovery it just hangs at boot logo
Nothing comes after that...
My Phone is working... just not the recovery...

I diden't understand your problem so well .....
Anyway here is the Recovery.img

The Problem is that when i flashed my phone with your recovery it now wont boot to recovery... just hang there on the logo...
the phone works fine normally but it just hangs on the recovery....

Well i have attached the original Recovery .. try flashing these one .... and try to boot up the recovery ...
if it boots up then maybe the CWM for Our is not working for your Phone !

reflashed it and it doesnt work...
Our phones are same... exact copy of each other... same finger print and everything... then how come mine has a larger mp camera and no 3g?
I mean its like the removed these feature.. but i know the didnot...
if something is disabled in kernel/boot it wont show up as it doesnt exist right?
(just a theory)

Symphony W50 New Rom Tutorial !

Hello Everyone !
NOTE : i am not responsible for Dead SD cards , bricked Phones
As Some of you know The Symphony W50 and the Micromax A75 is the but is also has some differences ...
This for all the user of Symphony W50 in Bangladesh .....
Fully Screenshoted
Well ... Symphony W50 and MMX A75 is not the same but almost the same !
So in order to Enjoy a Custom rom that was made for A75 you have to Flash all the A75 files .
The driver for Symphony W50 -
The Driver installation !
a) Now download the drivers from this link https://sites.google.com/site/ultimatebrainguide/micromax-a75/installing-drivers ( If you have 32bit download the 32bit ver. and if u have the x64bit download the x64-bit ver )
b)Download your preferred driver and Copy and paste it to your desktop and install it !
c) Driver installing Instructions -

2nd Step : Making your phone what is supposed to be !

2.Then Download this http://www.sendspace.com/file/19ma4k
3.Extract both of the files
4.Go to the SP_Flash_Tool folder and and Open Flash_Tool as Administrator .....
5.Click on the Scatter-Loading And select the file MT6573_Android_scatter from the other file you downloaded As A75_0201_V3006
6.Now untick Preloader
87Again go back to SP_FLASH_TOOL window and Click on the recovery and select the CWM.img file you just downloaded !
8.Now Make sure your phone is turned off and also the cable is disconnected ! ......
9.Now press Download on the SP_FLASH_TOOL and as soon as the Timer starts Connect your phone ........
10. Now this will take a While ! And Your phone will boot up with the Stock ROM !
3rd Step : Are we there yet ?
1.Now download this http://www.mediafire.com/?9yqj5si81kzapeg and Copy it to the Root of your SD card ( No need of Extracting )
Now Power Off the phone and Start it By Pressing Volume UP and Power Button !
Now a Screen like this will come .......
Now Do As Showed Below !
First Do wipe data/factory reset
The Select Yes ....
After That do a wipe cache partition
Again Select Yes
Now Navigate to Install Zip from SD card
Now ... Choose Zip from SD card
And Now Browse for the ROM (ZIP File) You copied to your SD and Select it !
Again Select Yes .....
And Wait for the Installation to be finished !
After Installation Finishes Go back and Reboot the Phone !
Wait it's not finished Yet .... Still There's a Lot !
Nah ...... Just Kidding ... You are all done !
Note : First time it will take much more time to boot up so be patient Please !

Now this Rom is Named SilverLight_4
There are Ton of other roms for MMX A75 feel free to try those too ......

Change the boot.img to original in the custom rom, then try it

How to Root Nokia X after new update ( 1.2.4.1) without USB Drivers

Hello,
I've update my Nokia X in new update official (1.2.4.1 & plateforms 1.2) -> update is ok BUT, when i connected my phone on my PC, drivers are not recognized ... :/ .... so i found with web (fb group )
1- Download this How to root without drivers
2 - Copy UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.01.zip in your SD card or internal memory (folder Download for exemple)
3 - Boot into bootloader :
a) switch off your phone
b) then press power and volum down and when your device vibrates release the power button ONLY (no volum down)
c) after 15second release the volume down and connect your phone on USB (PC)
d) click on recovery.bat (folders download) : a command prompt will open,and after closed or whrite "done" -> disconnect your phone
e) remove battery and reinsert battery
f) boot into recovery (power + volum up) and flash UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.01.zip next reboot ...
.. and now, your device is root ... you can swap memory extern for exemple ... no need USB drivers
(NB : after this operation all OK, but USB drivers no found .. so wait for this ...)

Then goto CWM Recovery Thread for Nokia X and learn how to manually flash it.
The update package won't work on Stock Recovery.

I apologize for my error but I had write on the wrong thread.
I have not tried the solution proposed here , I tried the solution proposed in the other thread, with the update 1.2.4.1 .
Unfortunately they were open both and I responded to the wrong one.
I hope you will forgive me and especially yoann44 .
I can not download the package because i think that in my country is impossible to pay . I continue to put the code but says it is wrong.
Nor with safari or google chrome I can finish the procedure.
How can I do?

I don't understand about what are you saying, I think you phone is full brick if you are unable to enter in Bootloader Mod, so check your productcode and discribe you problem
Just Download and Follow the Guide from Below Links if you are able to enter in bootloader mode (Half Brick). Otherwise claim you warranty.

Ok now I tried it but without success.
I have done everything.
However :
1) "done" it never arrived even after half an hour
2 ) I repeated the operation
3 ) at the end everything is back (hopefully) normal without root
For me, this method does not work: installation aborted.

So you are removing some apps from system/app

You can remove app the apps that you don't need.
[MOD][Flashable] Remove all Bloatware apps from system/app Partition within 2 Seconds
Attached is the flash able zip file read the instruction from above post and edit script file from attached as per you requirement.
I have removed Mix Radio, Music, Store, Launcher, Keyboard and replaced them with Google Ones

Thank you very much! But to be sure I 've done the factory reset and I will use after your precious advice , the apps have been restored , but the process does not work've done the factory reset, the apps have been restored, but the process does not work.

Why it's necessary to pay from software that is free form the autor's site?
The proposed solution isn't working on 1.2.4.1 is there another usefull solution to root?

pay off? who said he had to pay ??? lol ... my tutorial is functional! anyway, there's no point really, because since then, the problem was corrected in USB drivers, so possibility via toolkit x or nokia manager ^^

Have you tried to turn it off and on again? That was not a joke. Press the POWER Button for 10-15 sec and when the screen goes black use the VOL UP + VOL DOWN + POWER Button. Now you shuld get to the recovery. Please use Ascend P6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting the next time.

Your phone boot or not ?
"Yes" > You can update throught the settings > More info > Update > Local Update
The update.app need to be in \sdcard\dload folder if you don't have create it If the dl file is a .zip unzip it into you will see the update.app
and if you allow debuging mode (Spam the build number in settings > More info and you will be allow to access to the dev section (in settings) and tick debugging mode then connect to your pc (check the debugging mode in the notification bar)) you can now access to the recovery using adb
For Adb you can dl it here > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2636231 and follow the instruction to connect your phone then write this line in the command window
Code:
adb reboot recovery
your phone will boot into recovery
To update The update.app need to be in \sdcard\dload folder if you don't have create it If the dl file is a .zip unzip it into you will see the update.app
The version you have dl is old, latest JB is B132 and KK is B513 for the p6-u06 international (these rom are multilanguages)

but i´ve run into some problems.
I cant get my phone to go in fastboot and ADB keeps saying Waiting for devices or says Error device not found.

Hi guys,
I can get to recovery mode and the initial splash screen, but not into Android OS on my Huawei p6 U06.
I tried reflashing the rom via SD card with UPDATE.APP B111, but it still fails to boot and hangs on the splash screen.
Another weird thing is that my splash screen doesn't show the huawei logo but an android logo....
I tried to adb the phone but there are no suitable drivers for phones in recovery mode... only for USB developer mode...
Hopefully there is a fix to this.

The debugging mode is off so the device can't be found by adb.
If you can't use stock recovery and you can't flash any recovery because you can't access throught adb, your phone don't boot .. I don't know what to tell you .. your phone is dead ? .. how your phone is in this condition ?

Which Recovery ? Stock or TWRP ?
You can't flash/update ?

Stock :
Try with B125 or B132 because B111 is too old maybe it's the cause of the problem.
sdcard\dload\Update.app and reboot into recovery "Power (hold) + Volume up (hold) +Volume Down (hold) then when you see the ascend logo just Volume + & - (hold)

i dwoload p6-b132 and put dallod insid sdcard and the problem when just press volume +&- go to recovery only and gave me 5 choosin
1- reboot system now
2-apply update from extrnal stoarge
3- wipe data/factory
4- wipe cache partition
5-apply update from cach
when i choos apply update from extrnal stoarge and select dload no theing apper all empty folder like 00/
and is F A I L

Have you put Update.app in /sdcard/dload ?
You can try with a formatted sdcard sometimes it's the problem

and put dlaod insid memory card and go recovery and i changed other sdcard sandisk 4gb but not slove my problem please help me

Here is the step by step procedure for install twrp recovery on moto c plus with locked bootloader​
Instructions:-​The simple way to install twrp recovery on devices,, is to unlock the bootloader..and flash the recovery through fastboot..
I'm going to show you step by step instructions to flash the twrp on moto c plus WITHOUT unlocking the bootloader or lose any data.
1. first thing u need to some files..
Download and extract my ported recovery & files from here Tools NEW G-DRIVE LINK UPDATED!!!

extract it and copy [I]SuperSU-v2.82-201705271822.zip[/I] file in ur sd card,,,,
DONT FORGET to flash SuperSU-v2.82-201705271822.zip file
after write memory ,,otherwise your device will stuck at
moto logo or soft brick
2.Open download tool(file provided in the above link,use provide sp_flash tool only because moto c plus have secure chip,need to authentication file,, so u cant flash through normal sp_flash tool) and load the download agent "MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin" & authentication file auth_sv5.auth from download_tool folder
3.Load the scatter-file found in the provided file.. select preloader only..but don't flash it.
4. Click Alt + Ctrl + V to activate advanced mode in sp flash tool.
5.Click on "window" up there and select "write mode"
6. Change the Begin address to "0x2d80000" and click on "file path" and choose the TWRP RECOVERY.img from extracted provided zip file
7. Click on "write Memeory", then Power off your device and remove the battery.. press and hold vol- button, then connect phone to pc via USB cable.. press &hold vol- key until pc detect...wait for Write memory ok window appears,, now your recovery is ready.
8.Next insert ur battery, press vol+ and power button simultaneously.. than select recovery mode..& boot into recovery
9.In twrp recovery select install and locate SuperSU-v2.82-201705271822.zip file in ur sd card and flash it..
10.After successful flash... hit reboot device..
!!!NOW YOU ARE ROOTED MOTO C PLUS!!!! Enjoy!!!!:good::good:

I double checked evey file and the begin adress, and i remove the battery hold vol - and connect the phone until in the status shows write memory but getting the same error in my 1+16gb

Bro , TWRP successfully flashed but after flashing TWRP my moto c plus was not booting up strucking on MOTO LOGO ( I again flashed full firmware for use my phone )

Have double checked all the steps, using supplied cable and tried different ports on the PC.

u need to flash super su file.. after writing the recovery provided in link.. otherwise u will bricked..read 9th step,,,,it's the problem u have facing
