Reflash the stock rom with Odin and do a full wipe after the flash, that should fix it. Or first do a full wipe first (dialpad *2767*3855#).

Waiting for the "correct" param.bin file from the developer "as i9000" to make it odin flashable.I'll tell him to post the .tar file here and of course he takes the credits

Ohhhh, thank you so much to Chenglu and afilopou.
So I follow this or not.
Flash stock rom before then flash bootloader.tar, is it right? And put this file in bootloader , yer or not?
Again, can you tell me what I did wrong so had the problem?
I want to know because I don't want it happen again.
Last time I used pc odin v3.07 Flash stock root odex LJ1 , everythings pass and reset but when phone reboot I saw splash screen changed.

Even with the rom you are using now just put your phone in download mode and flash with pc odin the bootloader.tar
I put it in bootloader slot but you can put it in pda slot as well.
You did nothing wrong.Looks that the stock root rom we flashed had "wrong" sboot.bin

When I did this, I had to ODIN the stock .tar file back on to fix it. I could still get into download mode, but not CWM
Go here and get ODIN(if you don't already have it)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1722686
Go here for your stock ROM(I hope you remember which you were on)
EDIT - you're on a Canadian model, not sure if the stock file is the same as the AT&T version but if it is

When I did it, all my apps and everything was still there, but I had to redo the root and reinstall CWM again.

I just switched over from iOS and found the guides on here were easy to follow and didn't have any issues . Getting the right downloads is probably the key
And what do you mean by "Phone will not fully boot after flashing a rom" How far does it go when booting and what happens?
Just boot screen doesn't fully boot

It is worth the trouble if...
A. You know what you are doing.
B. You read and research.
C. You know how to recover in the event something goes wrong.
Flashing isn't for everyone. Even if you follow directions things can still go wrong in rare situations. That's just the nature of flashing.

I was trying to install viper4android and it got out of hand. i decided to factory reset then restore a backup i had made earlier, when i try to do this it says it failed and then It asks me if i want to install supersu but i already have it installed so i put no. Also when i try to reboot it says Set Warranty Bit: kernel on the top right. What can i do? everytime i try to reboot it gets stuck there. Also on a possibly unrelated note the backup was compressed when i made it, do i need to decompress the file?

This will work. Download the stock tar from: http://www.shabbypenguin.com/getdownload.php?file=Sprint_Note_4-trltespr/Stock-NIE/N910PVPU1ANIE_N910PSPT1ANIE_SPR.zip
Get into download mode and use odin. You will be fine.

It's kinda really hard to permanently brick these phones. As long as you can get to download mode you can usually get back with odin.

If I remember correctly there has been a change in partitions with Android 4.3, so hopefully not more than the firmware will be needed.

I also have the same issue. No matter what i try (Kies or Odin) everything fails.

After u hv formatted the partitions namely system, cache, dalvik cache, data, etc. Flash the stock firmware u have used earlier using Odin. F u hv the pit file for the phone use it to repartition bt be very careful.
As it looks there are no partitions, so there's nothing to flush/format/mount.
You will have to use a correct PIT file to recreate the partitions.
However, this means that your EFS is gone too. I hope you have a good backup of that!
After the PIT, you can flash TWRP and ROM as you like

you should flash the PIT with the ROM.
place the ROM in "AP" slot, and the pit in "PIT" slot :good:

i read in a thread about the same problem as well, you either need a Firmware with pit file included, or other people say it's a cable issue, you need to change the cable, the cable is probably the problem, i had many Odin errors because of wrong cable.
did you try flashing TWRP recovery and see if it boots?

you don't need root to flash TWRP, there's a .tar file for it that can be flashed with Odin.
