Wondering if anyone has any solutions to the following 2 questions?
1) Any fix on showing embedded pics in the stock email app; and
2) Any fix for notification sounds to play through bluetooth ear piece instead through device when bluetooth is connected?

I done a cold reset as thought this was my software build problem but the problem still remains so must be the bluetooth driver with the HTC touch pro 2/Rhodium
1) connect any mono bluetooth headset
2) under settings, you will see headset option to allow system sounds to go through bluetooth headset, tick this.
3) Now when the headset is in range any system sound will be routed to the bluetooth headset.
3) Run any app that uses the mic (Skype/VOIP/sound recorder)
4) The sound from the device will will be routed fine but you will notice that the mic from the bluetooth headset to device will not sound ok - the speed will be very fast like a robot.
If the bluetooth is making a standard phone call via the phone, it is perfect.
Anyone tried this and discovered this problem - is there a fix?
Anyone confirm this fault on their phone?
Fault when routing bluetooth system sounds
Hello,
I have this same problem again with my HTC Touch Pro 2 (and my bosses 10 months ago)
Anyone has a fix?
Thanks
Hello,
When I enable bluetooth I am able to listen to normal Windows Media audio through my bluetooth headset (Motoroal H350). However, when I use the built-in YouTube application in my stock Tmobile 6.1 phone the YouTube audio goes to the regular speaker and not the bluetooth headset (like Windows Media player).
Has anyone run across this issue? Is there a possible fix?
Thanks!
Bump...
Same problem.. Verizon w/ stock ROM.
Suggestions?
Thanks
I never got an answer for this either.
I'm sure there's an application that would allow for this functionality.
Hi,
I'm new with android and the defy device. I would like to output the sound out of any application (e.g. Navigon) over bluetooth to my carspeakers. Atm its only possible to play music from the musicplayer, the sound from Navigon is outgoing to the device speakers.
Has anyone a solution?
Does anyone have this problem here? I just want to be able to make or receive a call with out hearing the navigation talk over the person I am talking to.
I have tried every thing from enabling / disabling A2dp, pairing / unpairing, unchecking the media checkbox in the Bluetooth settings. Could anyone help me with this plz thank
btw i have HTC Thunderbolt android 2.2
I have a motorola bt headset that I use with my EVO and have exactly the same issue. When on the phone using google nav it is quite distracting hearing the navigation directions over bt. I would like to know how to disable nav over bt as well.
I also wish I could figure this issue out because it is annoying. Unfortunately I do not think there is a fix currently for this problem!
After seeing a lack of replies, I too am wondering if there is no fix.
Swyped from my EVO using XDA app.
when in Navigation just hit volume down. It isolates the Nav volume when in the app.
Anyone know if having to manually remove sync in jawbone updater for every rom is a common issue?
Blundered from my Dunderbolt
I used to listen to music with my bluetooth headset.
Everything just works as fine as it should when my phone is still running Android 2.3
After I flashed a 4.1 ROM, I found that:
1. When I am listening to music with my bluetooth headset, the notification sounds played on my speaker.
2. After I disconnected the bluetooth headset, the volume of notification and ringtone become really low. I nearly hear nothing when text and email are arrived.
I have searched with Google for a long time, but I found nothing that can solve my problem.
Do anyone know how I can solve these problems? For example, editing some system file, or installing some app?
Thank you very much.
