Yes, though it will be clear enough when you tried listening through Beats Audio Headphone or Earphone
How can I check the existence of a beats mod on my phone or if it is working/running?
yes it does make a difference
i installed "Black Notes Hybrid 2nd Gen" yesterday
it has beats in it and i can clearly hear the difference.

audio driver problem?
Hey guys. I recently installed BeatsAudio driver and my phone doesn't play mp3s anymore, in the stock music player, sound in videos, but most importantly in settings - my phone doesn't ring anymore.
Since it was a fresh firmware update followed by some system app cleaning (google+ etc etc), i don't know if this problem was before the new audio driver or only after. can i get somewhere the original audio driver or what should i do?
i'm running the latest EU firmware now.

I am not sure how much the A is having common with my I847 Rugby Smart. but I know that your camera Mod only worked for pictures then force closes for vids! so I guess the audio I'd to blame.
i managed to installed this via Recovery Mode & install from SD card. The sound is now much better. But there is no indicator wether you have successfully installed in your phone. just install it & enjoy:victory:
i am on cm9 b3 should i flash beats audio ?? aswel there is no music efect tab in ma sound settings.
should i try?

I made my own boot sounds and liked to share em in xda
you can download em in attachements and flash em via cwm
no neede to backup or wipe nothing
u ll have the sounds when starting you r phone or shutting down

Examples of the sounds. All you have to do is unzip the file and convert from .ogg to .mp3
You can try at mediaconverter.org
Boot sound 2 and gangnam aren't working.. it keeps the Samsung sound, so the start sound isn't replaced unfortunately.. I'll try the other two and let's see :thumbup:

You can change the bootsound manually. Unzip the folder and extract the sound (system > media > audio > ui > and they are
Then in your GS3 > Go to system/media/audio/ui and place the new sound; change the permission to rw--r--r--
you can also save a copy of the original changing the name to poweron.ogg.bak or something like that

Application Volume + does work , but the sound does not increase , on the Huawei P1 model Volume+ worked perfectly .
No one really knows how to increase the sound manually editing a system file ?
I use the ROM version BlueAndroid V02 (4.2.2 . / B116 )

Already I tried Volume + application and if i increase the volume, change nothing .

bro try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2393643 but before instaling this plz BACKUP UR ROM FROM RECOVERY bcause there is no way to unintall this but this realy worked for me.
one more thing DO NOT TRY TO UNISNTALL FROM THE APP it will give u a bootloop,,
try it on ur own risk but this definatly work for u,

I don't think this has been posted on here before.
I used this build.prop mod on my P6 weeks ago and it seems loud enough through the speaker for me when watching movies. I havent got any decent, working headphones to try.
Add a new line to your build.prop
ro.config.vc_call_vol_steps = 10
(the 10 is the percent of the extra volume)

So I tried your process does not take place again and no change will increase the volume. Probably not achieve that , I had a loud speaker as the Huawei P1 .

Um flash in recovery. Last I heard TWRP wasn't experimental. There is a thread with a lot of users that have it installed.
Or if your rooted, download the zip and extract the file, and go rename your stock one with a .bak after it, and paste new one in. Follow the files in the zip to locate the file, my guess is /system/etc somewhere.

I have been using twrp when it was first released on here i have tested it, made backups/restore, i also flashed .zips and everything has worked it will work for anyone else imo.

It should work with stock odexed. The odexing is only to the apk's, not specific files in /system/etc

Just to add for CWM. I've been on CWM since CM10.2 came out, and the CM team recommened it. I haven't had any issues at all. I rooted my Note, and went the CWM way, and still working flawless. Just make sure you use the one that is 4.3 compatible (you can find it somewhere in the threads around xda).

my sg4 i9500 mod is louder
its maybe it doesnt have a good kernel like wanam to adjust it with stweaks

Has it increased the volume on the overall device? Like the music app's volume (with earphones/headphones) or just the speaker volume?
Might have to root my phone if this increases the volume in every aspect.
