[Q] And good music mod / EQ for clean jellybean 4.1.2 ?

Hi..
Are there any one here on forum who knows anything about a good EQ or mod that works on Jellybean 4.1.2 clean rom?
Im running IceColdJelly bean with Bricked kernel and want a good Music player or mod / EQ that works with the rom..
Tryed Aroma Beat enhanced but didnt boot up after installed, my guess is that it dont work with CM / AOKP roms.
I would appreciate if someone could provide a link or tips on a good EQ / music player

an app in the market namend "pimp my rom alpha" has the bravia engine as mod that u can download ... or in an jb aosp rom, i do not know wich it was, there was an app namend noozxoide eizo rewire Pro ... also available in the market

Thanks man.. DPS manager is stock in some roms, but there nothing that beat the beats audio that you can get in Pimp my rom
Its nearly the same as DSP but heavy tweaked with Beats Audio sound profiles and stuff.
I recommand you try it

[Q] About ACID Sound Mod.

Hello. I just want to ask, can I install acid mod v5 directly because I'm using v4 now or should I flash a fresh rom first?

step two of installation :
§2 Be sure your ROM don't have any other Sound MOD preinstalled
so yeah, you have to reinstall rom

I have upgraded from v3 to v5 on stock rom, but before that I removed all mods (previous AC!D and all sound enchaments) worked for me

1) just in case backup in cwm,
2) replaced build.prop from clean rom (backup->restore->>restore..)
3) with titanium backup removed ac!d mode
4) flashed ac!d mode
this worked for me

[Q] Awesome Beats does not work?

So i installed Awesome Beats v.5 on my HTC One V and it installed perfectly but i don't hear ANY difference at all.I tried disabling it and there was still no difference in the sound.What's up with that?

What sound mod should i install for have the sound volume better in my free handset ?

I'd recommend NEAK Kernel which integrates a really clear and higher sound thanks to Wolfson Audio settings.

ok, then i tried NEAK kernel and installed "uNEAK engine free".
Under Wolfson audio control, i set headphone volume to 63 and ok.
There is absolutly no effect !!
More, when i quit uNeak engine, and go in again, under headphone control, the value comes back to 50 itself !

Try to downgrade to v1.9 because latest NEAK versions have some bugs...
I don't have any problem with this version.

i tried this mod than you suggest in an other post, it's a little better.
If i installe neak v1.9 with uneak, is it possible that they work together, unleak control audio and ViPER4Android ?

UNEAK and other wolfson dac mods do not affect bluetooth audio as far as I know.

If you use XHiFi I think you can disable Wolfson Audio to have a better user experience witht V4A.
But I didn't have enough time to try for the moment so I can't be 100% sure.

So, i tried the version 1.9 neak kernel, and there is no effect to the bluetooth, with internal speaker and headset, it's ok.
There is only V4A wich have a little effect to the bluetooth

Is there a way to flash back stock kernel without restaure nandroid ?

Which ROM do you currently have?
Btw you can only restaure modem partition when you go to advanced restore in your custom recovery (if you have one).

Simply flash stock again without wipe if you want stock kernel.

Boeffla Sound Control is great, it's on google play. Don't know exactly which kernels it supports. I'm running WanamLite with Adam kernel.

i think boeffla is a part of uneak because it's the same setting

Which version of android you are using
flash only for appropriate version
And i personally confirmed it working on all lollipop roms
and follow the instructions delete stock music and audiofx from system/app and system/priv-app

I am using cm12.1, i had followed the instructions, i think xposed is behind of it, romracer's version is still buggy, i'll try it later without xposed or with rovo's exposed
One more question, would it work fine with viper4android? Because i really love with the sound production of it

I am using it right now with xposed installed.
Its not the issue and no it wont work with viper4android instead we get clear audio+ which is good and with xb 50ap earphones my phone is rocking with the settings
I have reset the links try again

which rom buddy and working perfectly on moto e and s iii mini too,just try clearing data and delete audiofx from system/priv-app and even stock music player too (ignore if u did these)

Tried everything u have said but no use. Still the app is forseclosing. I'm currently using cm 12.1 on my redmi 1s.

It will only happen if u have downloaded and flashed extra addons or using sound mods like dolby or viper or something else

No i haven't flashed anything except walkman. I did a clean install of the rom and flashed the zip again but the issue still persists

If flashed did u do it in order after flashing walkman then z3 build prop fix ?
It working for me look for screen and same on cm12.1
