[MOD] com.android.phone FC - FIX JVR/S & XXJVU Phone odex & deodex

Hi there,
The credit of this fix goes to SAMSUNG, as the code used was from XXKH3 Phone.odex from the SGSII.
The com.android.phone FC's while the screen is off and the call is terminated by the other end are completely gone.
Please test and give feedback.

So has anybody been able to reproduce the FC with this or experienced any other side effect? This seems more enticing than using 2.3.3 files.

increasing Ringtone
Could you please also provide a version with increasing ringtone, as the stock phone.apk? I like the slightly lower first ringing as it is more gentle. Thanks!

Back for my feedback, tested the odexed version. 20+ voice calls, ended by the other side while screen off, no reproduction.

What volume mod? If you want louder headphone/speaker max volume level, you can install gvm app or edit default_gain.conf file in /etc manually.

With this app you can increase/decrease max volume levels.

Siyah or any other custom kernel is not compatible with omega v21 or any other sammy jb rom.

siyah kernel isnt supported by jb roms ;D

Gvm app wasn't working properly on jb. If you want loud volume download the zip from this post. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1722136
Manually replace default_gain.conf file in system/etc using rootexplorer or similar. Don't forget to set permission to r-w-r-r.

[MOD] UI Animations

Hello again people I've been testing a few different animations on my phone and they seem to work for me.The animations have only been tested on ordroid(12.5) but might work with other roms.If i get time i might make youtube videos of the animations in action but since youtube is blocked in my country ,the chances are pretty slim.But still wanted to share them for anybody who wants them.
Credits:
The great shnizlon(I used his jellybean animation zip to replace files and flash them as i don't know how to make an update zip file )
CAUTION:
1.This was tried on ordroid with beats audio mod installed.It shouldn't mess anything up but in case it does PLEASE make a backup
2.MAKE A BACKUP.
In case it doesnot work for you and you want a specific animation for your rom please upload your framework-res.apk (found in /system/framework)
and i'll do my best to mod it for you.
I will also include a back to stock mod so anyone who wants to go back can do so easily.
HOW TO:
1.Just flash the zip with the animation you want.They are named appropriately so shouldn't be a problem.

TUTORIAL:
some people might prefer to do it themselves.I'm making this tutorial for them.
1.All you have to do is download the animation zip file you want.
2.Take the file framework-res.apk from the zip and save it on your computer.
3.Open the framework-res.apk using a zip opener (winzip etc) and look for the /res/anim folder.
4.Now if you open this folder you might notice a lot of xml files which are actually animations.
5.What you need to do is extract the anim folder and put it on your computer.
6.Next take the framework-res.apk out of your phone.it is in /system/framework folder.
7.Open it using a zip explorer and delete its anim folder.
8.Drag the anim folder you previously saved into the zip.
9.Put the file back into /system/framework using whatever methods suits you (e.g adb or a file manager)
10.Reboot and you will have your new animations.
CAUTION:
it does not matter from which rom you extract the anim folder so download any one the above

I don't think it will,as far as i know viper might have a heavily modded framework.If you guys want to i can start porting to other roms as well.Comment below and tell me what rom do you guys want it for

A port for Zeroinfinitys Jelly Sense would be good, cause a far as i can make out the anims do not work on that rom,

Don't worry about me, I can easily just re-odex the rom
No need for ports actually, just tell me what animation you want from this and if the owner does not mind, I'll use it in my ROM

(audio mod) MegaBass for cm10.1 android 4.2.2

I'll share megabass for cm10.1 android 4.2.2 by Erickas.
Just to the point, for fitur:
- New MegaBass
- 30 step volume increase
- Changes default audio stream to 22 value ( more fowerfull I thinks )
Installation:
- Backup your rom
- Put the file in sdcard
- Delete dspmanager in system/app
- Go to recovery
- Install the file
- Reboot and enjoy

am using Samsung gio Gt5660 I have issue with mega bass by Erickas its not working with latest cm 10.1 roms its last worked with Erickas ROM dated 20130224 will plz fix it if possible as I like this mod. It cause bootloop latest cm 10.1 dated from 20130310 until 20130615. am using cm 10.1

Instructions for manual installation :
(Take a backup , just in case , not needed actually, ive tested all files) (Make sure you have enabled custom bootanimations , IF not go here - Enable Custom Bootanimations Hit thanks to the dev there)
1.Download manual installation file,
2.Copy file to phone.
3.Backup your current bootanimation from system/media folder using Root Explorer or other root file managers ,
4.Copy the bootanimation.zip to /system/media folder , Mount R/W (make it writable) , overwrite the previous bootanimation.zip , set permissions to rw-r--r-- and reboot and Enjoy !
5.Dont forget to hit the thanks button !

Should work, as long as you have enabled custom boot animations on your phone. .. If not go to Anbech's thread and flash his enable custom bootanimation zip file and tell me if it works :thumbup:

Did u flash the CWM file or did u do the manual installation?.. could you please try the Manual installation , you just have to place the file in system/media folder and set permissions .. can u try it?

i'm using ur CWM file..now i try to install manually...
i found what is causing issue..because i'm using glamour s4 rom he is adding more s4 stuff in system so out of memory,after freeup some space now every thing works perfect...
