are you talking about keyboard? if so, you must go to settings>language&input>android keyboard (aosp)>input language>and then choose every language you want

No. I talking about dialer.
I have: rghost.net/40009902/image.png
I want to have: rghost.net/40009893/image.png
In stock rom settings i can choose English (Russian), but CM10 havnt that localization. Only Russian (Russian).

You can try to use CustomLocale.apk. Did the trick for me
it's here: hxxp://folk.ntnu.no/sibtehai/CustomLocale.apk (replace hxxp with http)

How can I get the Spanish language back into the keyboard .apk the rom i'm using was stripped of all the languages but english and I would like to use the spanish language keyboard as well.

I am using going green 1.1 sense 3.0 android 2.3.5 byt Robert. I'm looking to use the keyboard from HTC qith the bilingual feature.
Ive downloaded arabic language for the stock keyboard but cant seem to find how to change language when typing.

when using the keyboard just swipe the space key and it changes the language

I could do everything in French, except the keyboard.
More préscisément the language of the text input.
So when I write a French words , that I said all the words in red.
It does not make with Blade Elite 1.3
What should I do to install the French language for text input?
Well, in the first post of the ROM there is a link called Keyboard Languages AddOn, maybe you have to get them.
I installed it, but it changes nothing

Hey Guys, i use Masik as my ROM. So i had my OS on my native language, Portuguese, BR. How ever i changed to english but now it wont show Portuguese on the language list.
Is there a way with Root or in TWRP that i can set it back? Even if cosmetic to the apps i have install, i need it back.

I though masik doesnt provide multilanguage and there is no portugese?

Funny thing is that the ROM it self is in english, but with the PT-BR as it was, the apps and some system features (such as weather) were in the right language.
I ended up solving via ADB by "force" the language locale
