No SIM card error when flashing ROM - T-Mobile, Samsung Galaxy SIII

My phone does not detect my sim card anymore whenever I flash to a cm10 based rom or when I reboot after flashing a custom rom.
I try doing a full wipe before and after flashing and it doesn't solve my problem. Does anyone know how to fix this? It detects my sim card fine if I go back to stock.

[Q]Bootmanager, stuck in CM7 with no gapps.

Hey guys. I have a slight problem.
I have MIUI as the rom on my phone. I then used bootmanager to install CM7 to my SD Card (slot 1). Then I installed gapps on to slot 1 as well (without any wipes). Then I booted in CM7. It booted up fine except now I have no gapps or any of the apps I had installed in MIUI except for the ones that come with CM7. I don't have Boot Manager or any way to install it. I tried restarting my phone too No go. Help me out guys!
Edit:
I have figured out how to get back to your phone rom. If you should get stuck in an SD card rom so you cannot get back to the phone rom using boot manager then just do a few steps:
1. Reboot to recovery
2. Choose Flash Zip from SD Card
3. Go to BootManager/phone rom folder
4. Flash update.zip (No need to wipe anything beforehand)
It should flash successfully. It went really quick for me too. I'm not sure of that was because of MIUI's size or because it was already installed.
I don't know why gapps didn't install, I'm pretty sure I flashed it correctly. Any help there?
I had the gapps flashing issue when I tried CM7 on my Desire S using the same method if that helps at all?

[Q] All security levels are 'off'. Still asks for sim card.

So I have more than 6 hours straight trying to unlock this boy and It's giving me so many problems. I downgraded from JB to ICS 4.0.3 and flashed UVLE1 Radio. Did the 30seconds/1minute procedure couple of times and 'nothing'. To my surprise I go and check the Network Lock status (*#7465625#) And says everything is OFF. It 'should' be unlocked but It still asks me for a sim card. Any help on this?
Things I've done:
- Flashed many different radios
- Tried the EFC repairer from the PlayStore
- Tried to Unlock via the S2 SIM Unlock app from the PlayStore
- Tried different roms(Stock and modded ones)
Bump
Asking you for a tmobile sim? Did you try other sims. Att for example
Sent from my SGH-T989 using xda premium
Odin recovery
I had that issue when I first got my phone going from JB to ICS as well. I did an Oden Stock Recovery or Return to Stock.

Try using that, then going back to installing TWRP or CWM whatever you prefer, then go from there. That is what I had to do
Return to stock.
flashed recovery (TWRP or CMW)
Install latest radio if you want to go JB
reset
Full wipe
install Rom and Gapps
See if that works.

HTC Desire Bricked?

hi guys, need some help. I tried upgrading my GB rom to Beanstalk kitkat 4.4 but came across some problems. I installed 4ext custom recovery. i partitioned the sd card to the recommended settings and then tried installing rom. got the status 7 error several times. i then decided (stupidly) to install TWRP custom recovery. i then tried flashing my rom and got updating partition error and everything try to install is not failed. I cannot restore cause i wiped my phone clean and there is no rom/stock running. any ideas what i can do?

Did you, by any chance, change your hboot? Or are you on stock? Changing could explain the status 7.
There should be a "mount usb storage" option in the recovery. Use it, connect the phone to your PC, and put a different ROM on the sd card, then flash it.

I need to flash stock ROM if I don't have sim card dectection

If I clean flash (format everything) to install a custom ROM, generally my sim card won't be detected, so I have to flash my stock ROM again, and carefully choose what not to format. Basically I have to semi-dirty flash in order to get most custom ROMs to work with the sim card.
Anyone have a workaround so I can do a clean flash because I seem to have stability/bug issues with 'Lollipop' ROMs if I dirty flash, but if i clean flash it seems to work as it should except my sim is not detected...
EDIT: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317776 This is supposed to work for the Galaxy S Advance I9070, I'll see if mine has the same folder... - Nope didnt work as I did not have the folder..
