I can't figure out how to do it. I know it's easy, but can someone help me out? LOL.

Yeah I totally said the wrong thing. Not from the gallery, but when you have instant upload on and it uploads then to picasa. Sorry for the confusion.
I think you have to do it on the official Picasa website or Google plus.

Yeah this is what I can't figure out. I deleted the Google + account, but they are still showing on the phone in Picasa. I guess Ill try that next.
If you don't wan't your online photos to sync with your device, you can turn off sync via settings (settings -> sync -> Google account -> Google photos/picasa).
If you want to delete the photos, there is a button on google+ or picasa that will let you delete them.
go into the G+ app, or G+ on your computer, or the Picasa website. Sign in, delete the pictures, sign out.
Done.
uncheck google photos sync and then clear cache for gallery
Uncheck syns with google pictures in account settings, then wipe app data in \settings\apps\gallery. Unless you wipe gallery data, the images will shoe in the gallery.

I don't understand why people reply to the post and repeat what the person right above them said. But yeah, do what I said.. it should resolve all the problems OP is facing.

So today on the g+app I went through and deleted all the pictures in the 'from your phone' album. As it had loads of blurry shots and old stuff.
And it deleted all the photos on my phone!
Anyone else had this?

That's what it does, delete is delete.

What you really want though is the deletes on the phone to get deletes from my Google + account.

It'd be nice if deleting from the phone didn't always delete from the account. I was pretty irked when that happened despite the fact that I wasn't logged into Google+

That's what happens. If you just go onto the web and delete the photos, they won't be deleted from the internal storage of the phone.
Doing so from the app, however, does delete the original photos from your device.
I have turned off most of the syncing but pictures from blogger and Picasa still show up. I have cleared all app data for gallery and media storage + rebooted too.

uncheck "Sync Google Photos" in your sync settings?
Thanks but that isn't checked either.

Perhaps delete your google account and then re add it without picasa sync?
Just to make sure, disable Instant Upload for Google+.

You need to delete the cache AND saved data for the gallery app after disabling sync. Once those files are gone the synced photos will not show up.

In Gallery app, I have 3 photos in Albums that marked "Instant Upload". I would like to delete them but cannot find the delete buttons. Other photos within Albums can be deleted except these 3. Can someone advise how to delete them. Thanks!

Thanks for your advice. I cannot locate where All Applications are and can you give me the guidance. In Gallery, I have other photos taken by the camera. Should I back them up first before clear gallery data?
Go to applications is after you hit settings and scroll the collum across till it says all applications scroll to gallery and clear data.. and dint worry sabot backing up your pics it never swelled any of mine when doing this

Been trying to delete my Picasa photos but they keep on appearing in my Gallery. No Picasa sync is set up. Even Google+ is off. Deleted the Gallery cache and Media Storage data but they are still there. I'm on stock yakju 4.1.2.
Any suggestions?

I tried that myself with no success. Even cleared data in the gallery only to have them reappear. Seems the only successful method is to remove them from Picasa. Definitely something that needs to be fixed. Maybe in 4.2...

Setup a firewall to block photo sync.......try droidwall.

Update: So, I checked my Google account, I did not have a profile photo. Uploaded one and it gets saved to my Picasa albums. Hit Refresh in Gallery (sync off), there goes the Picasa albums in Gallery again. Stupid. :banghead:
I updated my phone yesterday to jb, I did a factory reset to started fresh.
