Just found!
It's good thing because many users complained about FD24 and I hope FD26 solved many issues on FD24.
Update - download sfhub's FD26 Rooted Stock one-click odin package from here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1623684
Scrolling - Scrolling is just fine but too fast! As result of that, hard to read/find what's moving during the scrolling (just for few millisecond, there's image overlapping - same image displayed twice - one is moving ahead and another one is following, echoing effect?)
Camera - I see that camera app has not been changed. Please report if you see any issue
Bluetooth - please test and report
Wifi wakeup issue - for any users having wifi wakeup issue, please report. Be sure that you don't have any battery saver app activated. Lots of times, batter saver app causes the problem on wifi (for example, wifi shows it's not connected but it's still connected, etc...)
Chrome browser users? Try with downloading newest version!
*New*
*Fixed*
.flac works with sound player (by kobridge)
scrolling is better than FD24 (by many users)
.wmv playback seems to work again (Kingdazy)
some people reported that bluetooth connection is better than before
.flv playback and ramdom menu showing while watching videos fixed (Omar04)
*Still Issue*
Social Hub widget issue?
when using stock ics launcher and you choose a Twiz Wallpaper it always shows zoom in (Omar04)
*Owesome*
some people reported that 3G/4G is better than FD24 or previous version
*Garbage*
i know complaining about getting updates will get me shot, but i'm am getting tired of it hah, just want it to come to a final already. thanks for the info
So,
kc, agat, sfhub, calk, who's going to be a first guy at this time?

Agat from what I have seen usually pulls from SFHub or Calk unless I missed something? Calk and SFHUB almost always have the same builds around the same time but then there is that mixture of Sextape in the past that fragmented that a little.
Yeah im totally waiting on a PM about "files up" lol it happens when i go to bed.

That's true. It looks like kc_exactly also got the source access. So, he could be the first one also if he just pull out the original and release it.
As you've seen, Sextape moved to Gnex. So no hope for him...

didn't someone post a log a little bit ago of testers responding re: bugs and issues?
I would guess there would have to be OTAs for each, for distribution to the testers. (ie, whomever they have testing that doesn't live in the labs. )
D'oh. Too soon. I like to savor a build for about 4 days before the next.

I wanted to really start from scratch so I went through some of the Samsung open source code and found that there were some unnecessary modules being loaded. That could be what's causing some problems (although I haven't had much but think it's signal related or Sprint's towers being updated), but with no overclocking and the changes, it could solve everything? Dunno still.
So I tried my best to trip the bloat-code out and try to keep it as stock as possible (no overclock), perhaps some of you can test this out for me.
Changelog
v.1
- CWM 4.0.1.5
- Superuser 3.0 + fixed su, now installs in /system/bin, you can update the binaries with SuperUser app.
- init.d support (/system/etc/init.d)
- Bootanimation support
- fixed Airplane toggle
Things to test:
- LOS?
- Video out? - sorry my video out adapter is still being shipped, I think I enabled it but can't really check???
-Airplane toggle should be fixed
Things I am working on:
- Boot splash logo? Still working on that, if anyone knows how to change it, please let me know.
- Recompiling CWM from scratch, add external SD support, fix wipe issue
- Add infrastructure to wifi tether and USB tether?
Devs, u r free to steal my stuff, or stuff I stole I really don't remember from taking too much energy pills, taking a big white line from Stevie Jobs, "Good artists copy, great artists steal.".
If you have some knowledge to share, plz don't forget to email me at zedomax [at] gmail.com
If this works well, I will build off it or otherwise I will keep optimizing until its fully stable.
Thanks guys, you rock!

Flashed fine over 4.1beta. Seems to be working well, airplane mode working. Under 4.1 I seem to suffer routine LOS when on the road but not when at home, so it may take a while to fully test but so far so good.

great work zedo! i'll test it out once i get back to work. somehow i left ALL my micro usb cables at work like an idiot.
I had the LOS today, had to restart my phone three times in the span of three hours. So, being frustrated, I booted in to CWM, wiped my davlik and flashed back to v1.1. Then I wiped davlik again, flashed back to v1.2 and rebooted. Haven't have a LOS issue since. So far so good...

CWM probably can't cause issues since it's in recovery, it doesn't fire up unless u r actually in recovery but CWM we all using right now have issues as they are based off SG2 CWM binaries. Someone has to compile a CWM for Epic4GT from scratch or at least hack it. I am gonna try that soon but compiling kernels is just taking too much time, I've been 24/7 compiling for like a whole week, get no other work done, i seriously need to go out to a rave and get f--ed up for couple days. Then my head will be clear, compiling will be fun.
For those wondering:
I flashed Calk's Stock EL13 ROM with the EK02 kernel. At first glance, it appears the dreaded "soundpool" bug which causes several games to crash without notification may be gone!
I tested with Plants Vs. Zombies, which had crashed consistently on the same level on EG30 and EK02. I've been playing for a half hour without crashing.
This may be preliminary, but for those waiting on the fix for this problem it certainly seems promising.
Subject is a little misleading.... I thought that it actually had the issue hahah
Download one if the Nintendo or Snes emulators, run a ROM (game), if it closes within 5-10 minutes its still there. The emulators are where this bug really shines.

I've been using Calkulin 2.0 (based on EK02) along with Rogue Stock 1.1.1 (also EK02 based) and I have yet to crash playing pocket legends. I would always crash ~5 minutes in on anything EG30.

EK02 sorry. I haven't tested the new rom yet.
Great to hear that this is probably fixed. Unfortunately, I won't be using EL13 as it seems it brought back LoS. Or at least some bad signal issues where you basically lose service when Wifi is turned on and you leave Wifi range.
Does anyone know if Swype was updated again? The last update in EK02 that fixed the spacing bug introduced a new one.
You could always flash the radio or modem that gives you the best service

True, it's worth a shot. It's not entirely determined by the modem, though, so it may not work. LostKernel on EG30 and Rogue on EK02 each get rid of LoS, but I'm still on the EG30 modem. I'll keep an eye on things, if it seems like using the EL13 system alone won't cause the issues, I'll try it out.

What modem are you using with the EL13 rom when you get the LOS? Are you using the EL13 modem or a different one?
I'm not on EL13, I'm just reading the threads about it. Multiple people starting at post 68 have the issue: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1389874&page=7. I'm about to ask, but I'm thinking they are all on the EL13 modem.
I'm on ek02 stock ota. And I played wreck less racing for like an hour yesterday without even thinking about it. So I don't think the latest leak has anything to do with it....
MOD EDIT/NOTICE: You all accept the risks of flashing this - anyone caught complaining, flaming or idiot posting will receive a 24 hr ban. Off topic will also be subject to the same.
Here is the system dump & custom TAR of the ICS XXKP8 ROM that was leaked for the international version. This version will boot on our phones but without a CDMA kernel, there will no data, wifi, CWM, etc, so this is meant for DEVS\POWER USERS ONLY to play with.
DO NOT TRY FLASHING THESE FILES UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, DON'T COMPLAIN IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO REVERT TO A WORKING ROM AS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
GT-I9100XXKP8_4.0.3_IML74K.7z - System dump plus zImage
GT-I9100XXKP8_4.0.3_IML74K.tar - Flashable through ODIN
interesting, thanks for this. how far do you suppose we are from a somewhat functional ICS build?
ninja edit: first!
Oh man, thing's are getting hot in the kitchen.
So just a quick question: Why wont this won't brick our phones? Why have their been so many people with bricked phones for flashing international ROMs?
Other then that, awesome work. Just saw your Stock EL29 repack. Youre on fire !

This is a good starting point. We need to someone who can hack the 2.3 kernel to run Android 4.0

Because this is just the kernel & system files. If they flashed the complete tar(modem, bootloader, etc), then they definitely will cause a lot of issues
When you get that one bastardized kernel, it'll be good for all international ports to use for awhile til we get source

It has it's issues, front cam doesn't work(main cam works tho), rotation is inverted, no data, no wifi, etc but at least we get a feel for what the official ICS update will be like once it's released. If we get a working kernel, then fixing those issues wouldn't be that hard as I have fixed them before on the EVO ports but until we get a kernel, I'm not even going to start trying

Yep, although if you wait for it to unfreeze, you can then move around momentarily, before it freezes again...so far I can see that it DOES NOT have the face unlock, and other than settings, popup\menus and the Gmail app, which you can notice a difference right away, even without emails in it, it looks pretty much the same being that its TWIZ and not AOSP!

For many many reasons, not least of which was no significant progress towards ICS (which at that point needed CM7 as a prerequisite). Hopefully with the system files maybe someone can drag up that kernel and see if they can be made to work together but I think it is a CM kernel and I'm not sure that could be made to play with this...

The kernel we compiled for that does not work with this. Were going to see if we can get it going though.
This thread is meant to be used to help with the progress of the FB17 and FB09 leaks. Thanks to everyone who has pooled together.
--------------------------------------------
FB17:
Working: 3g, 4g, Wifi, Bluetooth, MMS, SMS, Face Unlock
Sketchy: GPS (not working for all), No root, No recovery
MANY PEOPLE are having issues with .zip file, so it is recommended to use the .TAR files for FB17. Flash at your own risk, as always!
All needed files are here: http://forums.acsyndicate.net/showthread.php?4961-Samsung-Epic-4g-Touch-FB17
--------------------------------------------
FB09 (OLD):
Working: 3g + 4g, Wifi, Bluetooth, Face Unlock
Not Working:
MMS (Workaround, use GoSMS from the Market).
CWM Recovery (Workaround, use ROM Manager to install CWM on a GSII (not E4GT) and you'll have a permanent recovery to make backups, flash other ROMs, etc...).
Loss of Service (Wordaround, keep your 4g on - even if you don't get 4g coverage - this seems to stop LOS from occuring).
GPS (No known work around yet)
Download from http://forums.acsyndicate.net/showthread.php?4951-Stock-Deodex-d-pre-rooted-FB09-4-0-3
---------
Some tips:
Keyboard Issues? Go to settings > input & keyboard > default keyboard and change it to Swype to start. That will get rid of the laghag that Samsung has delivered us. Then you can grab a keyboard from the market or sideload one. Or just stick with Swype as it's working fine.
If you want ICS looking icons until a theme is released, download ROM TOOLBOX PRO and you can switch out icons.
EL29 seems to be working best for most, so I'd recommend using that when coming to this ROM.
GO SMS works for sending MMS as a work-around for the time being.
Need to go back to stock? Try a different kernel? All located here: http://115media.net/scarmon25/Epic4GTouch/

*THIS IS A STOCK BUILD...with all AT&T and Samsung software UNTOUCHED*
*IT ISNT WORKING WITH THE T989 JUST PERFECTLY YET. But it boots and is pretty functional. Seems far more stable than last leak. *
The purpose for it is to be used in development.
I took it, extracted it from the oddball ODIN oneclick package (<3 win hex) added su and busy box and that's it.
UPDATE
Flash these three fixes after flashing this ROM but before booting:
Auto rotate fix
Root fix - Ignore the error after flashing this...then just go into Superuser and update after bootup
The attached UCLD2FontHotfix.zip to fix Facebook and Samsung keyboard
Run Fix permissons after flashing the above 3 fixes ^^
Netflix works perfectly over wifi
Video recording perfect
Browser MMS and Email much improved
ROM is very smooth
Shutdown works
Didnt have anywhere to upload it so I made a torrent.

I will, downloading now.
About to try the echo myself
Anyone want to make a phone call?
It's 4:40AM in the morning here so nobody's awake

Would you recommend we flash a tmobile modem as a possible fix just in general?

Don't think its the modems fault actually.
I've been using a Telus modem on ICS this whole time and have been told many times that the caller echoes. Fairly sure it has to do with the audio libraries.
I'd love to try it right now but I have nobody to call
UPDATE:
Tried one caller
Call echo exists for me =(
I'm going to try blending audio libraries from the Note in the morning
Too tired for now

thanks for this leak. i am downloading now and i will seed it to help out. shouldnt take long since my internet is pretty damn fast. also does data and everything work expect the call echo issue? jw thanks
Thanks for seeding. Bigger thanks for the original leaker
Yes, data works. Phone calls work too. I'm quite impressed with it. Auto rotate and call echo are still broken. Auto rotate can be fixed with my patch...

no problem. yeah bigger thanks to him but i would have never found the rom if it wasnt for u posting it here. its a bit slow right now but once its done i will just let it seed. idk how long that normally takes though. yeah i tried only one ics rom to see if i had the echo issues and i did so i went back to gb for now till its fixed. but still good job for fixing the auto rotate though.
Thanks
And especially thanks for seeding
Hopefully this fixes a lot of other issues.
no problem. it will be awhile before its done since its downloading at 90kb/s lol. yeah i hope it helps all the developers out. im gonna crash out since its 3:15am here in cali. i will let the download seed over night. later
4 hours left...

thank me.. please
Rate should go up soon as my comp back in Chicago is about to start seeding this, and the download is almost complete for a friend who was kind enough to seed
im at 62% and it says about 30 mins. if im still up i can upload it to my account over at hotfile.com and share the link. its the free account so i can only upload 400mbs which is perfect for me. idk how fast the rom will download using that site but its worth a shot.
Edit: 91% getting there lol
So far this feels very smooth.
Haven't removed any bloatware yet. Going to give this a trial today and tomorrow.
MMS Email and Browser are all much improved
Video recording works perfectly out of the box. Very fast.
Netflix works perfectly over wifi
No problems with shut down

ok yaldak, here is the link to ur leaked rom but on hotfile. hopefully this will help if the torrent is to slow. if this helps at least one person, then it was worth trying lol.

Edit: it says it will take 18 mins to download the rom from hotfile. so its not to slow lol. if u want u can put it in the OP.
