So when I go to the market website and click on My Apps it only lists apps up to the 'M's... anything past that I can't see.
I use this page to re-install apps when changing devices / after resets.
Is there any way to see a listing of all of my apps?
Don't know if this helps, but if you install the newest play app (i posted the apk here somewhere), it has the same kinda page now (an all apps installed history), you could install from there?

Thanks, I will check that out! Although I think using a KB/Mouse on my PC would still be more convenient than finger-scrolling and tapping on the phone screen :/
At least that should get me access to everything I'm missing.
My suggestion is,
1. delete market data and cache
2. From settings > sync settings > select google deatails > remove account
3. reboot
4. create your google account again
5. from market, check it again.
Hope this work.
Question - are you using market unlocker?
He's having the problem with the online version of the market, on his computer, not the phone app.

My bad kingdazy.
I've just checked out to find the installed apps from PC.
It seems like there are two ways.
1. from the market home page > My Adnroid Apps (from there we can reinstall the apps) - alphabetical order
(this one shows the history even the apps are uninstalled, those are there)
2. Google account dashboard > Android Market > installed applications (most recent first)
So, if you compare these two lists and if you find anything missing, then you'd better to contact Google support team. If both are the same, maybe there're gonna be none who can help you.
My two cents.
The first list is missing everything after the M's...
The second list has them all though... I'll use that for a work-around for now
I'm having an issue with apps on sd not showing up after a reboot. I have to clear data to get them to show again. This new market is annoying.

is it possible?
I am in the UK on the orange network, and i am already having some low space issues so i want to delete the demos that were bundled onto the phone when it was sent to me. However, unlike any app which i install myself, i dont have the option to uninstall the ones which were pre-bundled. Anyone know a way of doing this?
thanks
is a known issue that the orange rom comes prebundled with a load of tosh
many people here rooted their phone and put on the stock htc rom
an orange update has been released btw, make sure you have the latest version
You don't have to root to load the generic RUU.
thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately ive customised my phone all too much now with the apps i want and email accounts etc to now go and delete it all and load a new rom...guess im stuck with these stupid demos filling up my phone storage space!
how do i go about getting the new orange update? do i need to phone them?
thanks

And no, you can't remove the branding. It's a bit crap. Now I keep getting told there are updates to the facebook app, even though I have no interest in Facebook. They've remoted the google talk app, but left the service running, wasting battery, cpu and data.
Google Talk you can turn off - load it once and then adjust settings.

I can't load it - Orange doesn't include it in their rom!
Try this
Install the google talk app. That'll give you access to shut it down (uncheck automatically sign in in the settings). Then delete app.

Hmm. Not showing on the Market - I'd have to find some .apk file or other. I think i'll stick with 1) ignoring the service or 2)killing it whenever I reboot.
You must have the app surely if it loads? Certain it isn't among the apps icons?

Carriers customize the phones. Orange adds icons for IM, internet etc, scenes etc etc. You can't remove it. They've removed google talk (I'm not imagining it - google for it) but left the service running.
Bizarre! Hope you get it sorted. Complain!
Hi all!
There's a way to sync market between phone and site?
The problem is that I have uninstalled some apps ( on device )but they continue to appear in "my apps" section ( on both device and market.android.com ).
This is frustrating cause after a full wipe, the market reinstall them automatically even if they were not installed before the wipe!
Thanks in advance for the answers
No one?
I believe they should auto sync. Maybe u need to refresh it. Go to remove app option, find the market app and select clear data. Do not select remove option. This clears the list of installed apps and searched words. When u go into market again it should refresh the list of installed apps.

Is there a chance that the apps that still appear in Market are ones you have purchased? Because paid apps stay there. You prolly realize this, but worth a shot. Also, you should consider using Appbrain app market, I thoroughly enjoy it.

I am trying to update an app that I purchased a few months ago (Where's My Water) on the newest ICS leaked ROM. When I go to the market and try to download it, it says purchased, and when I click download, I get an error message saying "the download of 'Where's my Water' was declined because you haven't purchased it."
I tried uninstalling because I assumed there might have been an issue when i restored the app from Titanium Backup but even after uninstalling I get the same error message.
Any ideas?
I'm guessing you didn't purchase it on Androids Marketplace but perhaps on Amazon? I ran into a similar issue and that;s what it was.
I bought it from the android market

I tried installing it from the web. It says purchased on there, when I sent it to my phone, nothing happens.
I bought one game (the $6.99 N.O.V.A. 2) and it does the same damn thing. I guess its karma for all of the apps I got by other means

i have had this happen to me on several items i purchased, did everything them back, then i finally said screw it and got them "from other means"
If you have multiple Gmail accounts on your device make sure your signed into the one that purchased it from the market.
One thing you can try is to delete the app whether it be through TB or not and then reboot the phone. After startup then try installing. Hope this helps.
Try 4shared or aptoide.. you'll find your app..

I was having this same issue too, got in touch with Google, and after them telling me how to do things I already knew, and explain how if you don't purchase an application you can't download it, I showed them a few pictures and they responded with this:
Thanks for taking the time to contact me today. Have you installed an Android operating system on your device that has not been authorized by your device's manufacturer? I can troubleshoot your issue to the best of my abilities, but please be aware that unauthorized operating systems (custom ROMs) may have limited functionality due to the compatibility of the device. For best results, I recommend using the authorized Android operating system provided by your manufacturer that can be obtained from their website or your carrier.
http://www.samsung.com/us/support/
However, I realize you may have browsed around a bit in our help center and tried a few troubleshooting steps already, but please make sure you've done all of the following to resolve the issue:
- Cancel and restart the download(s)
- Reboot your device
- Sign in and out of Google Talk repeatedly to restore connection to our servers:
1. Go to your device’s app launcher, and press the Talk app
2. If you’re already signed in to Talk, press Menu, and then touch Sign out
3. Launch Talk again to sign in (if you are unable to sign in, please let me know)
- Clear the cache of the Google Play Store app (Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All > Play Store > Clear cache)
- Clear the Download Manager cache and data (Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All > Download manager > Clear cache and Clear data)
- Ensure there is at least 20MB of free space on your device
- Try your download(s) using both WiFi and network (3G/4G) connections
- Try to initiate your download from play.google.com instead of the device
- Ensure firewalls are not blocking access to ports required for Google Play (TCP and UDP 5228)
- Confirm that there is strong connectivity on your device, and contact your mobile service provider if you aren't connected
- Uninstall updates to the Google Play Store app by visiting:
Settings > Applications > Manage Applications, selecting "Play Store" under the "All" tab or filter and touching "Uninstall updates"
If you have any further questions or concerns, or if the issue persists after performing all the troubleshooting steps provided, and reverting back to an authorized version of the Android operating system, please feel free to let me know.

Thanks for writing in and for your patience while I've been taking over your case for [omit]. According to our records, you never purchased the app Root Explorer (File Manager) on Google Play using Google Wallet, which is why it won't let you download the app. If you purchased the app using a different app store or directly from the developer, you'll need to re-download it from that store.

In other words, "go away, you're bothering me, I don't know why it's doing that, if I feel bad for you I might help you later.
This may be covered in another thread, but i just received this from google support regarding my continued ***** about not being able to delete unused, uninstalled, non working apps listed on the play store granted.. they still show up on the web but now its not on my GSIII any longer.. Thank god... it took google too long to address this issue: :good:
Thank you for contacting Google. At this time, there is no way to delete records of old apps from the Google Play website (play.google.com).
However, if you're running the latest version (3.9+) of the Google Play Store app on your device (to find out the version you're running, launch Google Play, then tap Settings > Build version), you have the ability to remove apps from your My Apps list. At this time, the latest version of the Google Play Store app is slowly being released to devices around the world.
To do so, open the Google Play Store app > My Apps > All, tap the gray circle on the app you want to remove, then tap OK to confirm. You can select multiple apps to remove from the list by long-pressing an app, then tapping more apps in the list.
Note that you will only see the gray circle for apps that are not installed on that device. Removing an app from your My Apps list will uninstall the app from any other devices associated with your account. To get an app back that you've removed from your My Apps list, you must re-download the item from Google Play. If you remove a purchased app, there's no need to re-purchase that app - simply visit the app's details page on Google Play and re-install it.
If you're still running a version of the Google Play Store app below 3.9, you will not be able to remove apps from your My Apps list.
Regards,
Danielle

No they do not. They are also removed from the PC version when you log on from there. It makes it so much easier to try and an app and then delete it for good out of your list.
Nice to be able to finally batch delete...now if only we could batch install...
Sent from my SGH-I747M using xda premium
Well..you can now...the downside? Batch remove isn't available anymore.
The list doesnt refresh anymore thank god. It was so irritating when each time you erase the app from the list you have to scroll again to the point where you stopped before removing the app from the list. And I just got to know that you can actually select multiple apps from that list and install them at once instead of going to each app and pressing intall. COOL!!!
Hi,
I have a problem with premium SMS (shortcode numbers).
Somehow, I block this option (one I try to sent SMS on short number, I chose "NO and remember" or something like that) and aafter that I can not sent any message on any short number.

I saw in some other phone models, it can be set or reset in Messages app settings, byt I have not this option in my phone.
Phone is LG G3 - D855, Android 6.0
I try tio sent mail to LG support, byt local technical support (Croatia and Serbia) - they dont know!!! ???

Messaging/Settings/General settings
but still no work!
I dont find "Premium messages" anywhere.
Maybe it's a setting in your carrier settings? Do you have an app placed on your phone by your SIM card?

I said to look for the Setting in all the apps I listed, not to start clearing the cache.
The setting on Android 7.1.1 can be found in the Special Access settings for apps from the Settings menu.
So it's setup as a permission, as opposed to app setting, as was in previous versions of Android.
Just type SMS in the search of the app.

Yes in Android 6.0 the setting is in a different place but it is still somewhere around.
Just type SMS in the search field of the Settings app.
There is no point in reinstalling the app, you already cleared your cache which means there is a setting saved somewhere that is overriding the behaviour, reinstalling the app won't help in that case as said setting will still be there.

Sorry for the late answer. Seems like my memories of Android 6.0 are hazy and the menu is somewhere else as I mentioned.
Seems like quite a few people can't find it since the Setting is burried deeper than usual: https://www.google.bg/search?q=andr...ndroid-google&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8
