Hi! Same issue here...
Could be a solution to downclock the CPU to 1ghz? Someone tried that way?

Of course it would, but that isn't really a solution, it's a workaround with sacrifice of speed.
I highly doubt anything will melt inside the cell phone. They must've tested it and all, I'm sure they noticed it gets hot. Otherwise there's always warranty and stuff
I changed a few things and it work for now, u dont need to undervolt or anything..I downloaded Ram manager Free on google play and then set it on Balance..it a daily use option (u have other options too) so now the cpu is at 1400mhz only when my phone needs that much, and when I do other stuff is at 1000mhz sometimes even lower. It's not slower or anything, it just saves your cpu for when you need it.
Pls hit thanks if I helped!

It's not a stupid question, however it is misplaced.
Thread moved to Q&A.

54 ° is very a high temperature no? in my arc s the max temp is 42-43 ,when playing ,and its 33 ° while it's charging ,without using it off-course
It is due to heavy OC. If you dont want lower your OC value.. there are few steps to keep your phone
normal while charging!!
Dont play games or use heavy aaps while charging.
Switch off WIFI / 3G during charge.
If you just let your device sleep during charge.. it wont heat up!!
The only problem when it get's really hot is when your charging and playing games at the same time, the touchscreen is really very hot.
I had the same on CM9 nightlies. Stock ICS based ROMs don't heat my Anzu.

Bad battery life liquid smooth 2.1 stable n7105

Hi I've got liquid smooth as above on my phone. Since installing I have bad battery life. Losing 10% In 2 hours while sleeping. I dont think I have a wake lock I've checked battery stats and it looks like its sleeping. I have run battery calibration and done 3 complete charge/discharges so I'm at a loss. I've also under clocked to 1200 MHz and using Pegasus governer. Any ideas thanks

Well honestly, I've had the same issue ona completely didn't device but same ROM. Cannot figure it out for the life of me buti think it might have something to do with signal strength...
Get rid of the liquid.try slim bean...its good...fast and battery friendly in combination with neak kernel.
If you dont want nesk...redpill is another option...just to make sure..these 2 kernel...have the best sound quality.
If i helped you...plz hit the thx button

Did you try to undervolt Memory Frequency?

Hi,
we also talk about CPU/GPU undervolt but i never heard someone who tried to undervolt the memory RAM/ROM ? In order to increase battery life.
I'm afraid of triying because no one tried yet, isn't ?
Majority of power goes to cpu and gpu and display. So there is no point on undervolting memory.

Hi
Are you sure? If you look at Stweak example for Cpu at 800mhz you have about 1015mv and memory get about 1000mv so it's around the same volt. I conclud that memory drain some battery ??
Thanks
You can undervolt memory, just take a look at the Memory/Internal section in STweaks.
You can but you will have hard time figuring out stable values

Did anyone tried to do this? ??

Do u have it overclocked?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
underclock it can save you. for me i underclocked it to 245mhz - 1113mhz with lulzactive
Ya, try underclocking it... Once, i put my phone's Max Freq to 1.5GHz and it heated up real fast till i lower it down to 1.2GHz... U can feel the difference in heat loss If u have lags or anything, SmartAssV2 and sio shld do the trick!
I'm back to OneOfAKind v21
ok. I will try underclocking
thank you very much

This is because you are using it while charging. You battery is charged and discarged at the same time and therefore stressed twice. It´s getting warm when charged and it´s getting warm when discharged, so both at the same time and it´s getting hot and it´s lifetime reduces dramtatically.
Underclocking and undervolting will help a bit, but not a lot, because it´s not the CPU that drains most but your screen while using it. Simply leave it charging and use it after it´s charged.
