Please sign in with a different account."When I go "My Market Account" and click on settings the following message appears "There are no Android devices associated with this account."Reading from help you get"You're not logged in with the primary Google account associated with your device.ORYou haven't accessed Android Marketfrom your device recently."I am logged in on my primary (and only gmail) account and have recently within the last 15 minutes downloaded applications from the markers on my phone.Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue.

No reinstalling...Just exact what J3M say: wiping cache & Dalvik, reinstalling market...It is not firmware reinstalling procedure.
Regards
I also have a problem with the new, market, I can't purchase apps. When I press the purchase it will say item not found.. Any ideas?

I had the same little bug today. Experience no others. Flashed LeeDrOiD fresh after full wipe.
I don't have it right now, not 100% sure. Wiped market cache, boot into recovery and wipe dalvik. Still no good.
As I am in Thailand, don't have access to market paid apps, so used market enabler to fake, opened market / accept (cache wiped) / my apps /apps / all apps / just in
Worked, no more force closes
I have restored my settings through market enabler, and even rebooted, don't know if coincidence or what, but all good now.

I have a rooted Note 2 LTE with Multi Windows Manager installed. Recently, I realised I could not search names or access my groups in facebook. I either get the error message "connection lost" or "trouble connecting". I've tried clearing cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling but none worked. My cousin who's using the same phone has no problem. Anyone has the same problem or any suggestions?
Try factory reset

Happened to me after flashing a ROM. I blew out the ROM, reflashed and reset my Google ID. That fixed it.

Google was down for 3 days. i think it got hacked.
This fix worked for me...find it on another xda forum.
Log into your Play account online with a web browser, go to your devices and give them nicknames. Anything will do. Somehow that magically fixed my download and update woes.

Method 1: Delete and re-add your Google account
Method 1: Delete and re-add your Google account
Go to system settings>> Accounts>>Google>>Remove your Gmail account (the account that is synched with Google Play Store)
Now from settings>>Apps>>All> Force stop, Clear data and cache for Google Play Store, Google Service Framework and Download Manager
Reboot your device.
Now again go to settings>> Accounts>>Google>>Add your Gmail account
Rerun Google Play Store and update or install your app.
I have been having an issue all day after installing a new rom where after an app downloads from the play store I get an "Unkown error code during application install -24" and the app fails to install. This in persistent through different roms, ones that worked before, and different gapps packages. And yes, I did try the suggested solution here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1992241 but it still doesn't work. My phone is basically just a phone now. Is there any way to fix this at all? This happens with every app I try to install, 100% of the time. Even apps I have never before installed on my phone.
Anybody? I went as far as formatting my device and restoring it to stock and I still can't install any apps!
Hmmm...problem is still ongoing and you are 100% on a stock, Google factory image?

Yes stock google image. Every app follows the same pattern, the first time it says the package file is invalid and every consecutive time I get the unknown error -24. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing works. My phone is just a phone now! haha

I'm baffled. And if you tried the method in the thread you mentioned and it still does not work, then I would suggest contacting Google for tech support. They should have an answer for you.

You need to clean data and cache of google play app, and then force close. After that, run the app and it must let you download apps.

No. I have done that MANY times. That does not work.
If that happens in every Rom and every gapps..... the problem is in your account, so contact with Google....
Hi all,
I have a 10.1 tab and for the past week or so I've not been able to access the play store. I've tried clearing the cache, rebooting etc but nothing I've tried works.
Does anyone have anything else I might be able to try?
Thanks.
Is your tablet an original one ?
Solution
This problem has occurred to me on many devices before.
Some of the most common reasons are:
Date and time are incorrect
Device is not original (playstore manually installed)
Google play services corrupted
Try seeing if you have any of those reasons above.
Date and time is the most common for me. Also if these don't work please root your device and install a custom rom with playstore pre-installed.
Go into "Manage App" and uninstall updates from the Play store.
