Yippee!
Install this sucka and enjoy your HULU PLUS account as you should on your device, trouble free.
If you do have trouble with the never-ending buffer, as shown in attached pic, unblock ads via host files.
Just open up Adfree and click revert. And there go you ;] took me a day to figure that out hehe.

Credit goes to jase33 for this Titanium Backup method if the apk does not work for you. Just extract into the Tianium Backup folder and restore =]

Correct, TB needs root to operate. If you want the best way to root, completely stock with root, and keeping your own kernel,

I'm rooted and have super user running but it says not installed also. What am I doing wrong?

Got it to work. The Hulu.apk did not install. If you have super user installed and Titanium working properly then do the following:
Extract the 3 files in Hulu Backup-1.zip to the location of your Titanum back ups and then restore.
I had to use the task killer to kill titanium, it was stuck in the restoring screen. Hulu is working like a charm!

Yup, just extract the files into the titanium backup folder in your SD and search for it inside Titanium.
I got it launch the app after using the restore method. However, when I try to watch anything it says buffering and then after a bit it says that I am having network issues eventhough I am connected via my wifi and browsing hulu to find the show I want to watch. Any ideas how to fix this?

The restore method worked perfect for me also. The buffering is caused by the ad block on your phone. You will need to delete the hosts file in system/etc.
Do you need a certain rom?? I can't download it from my phone and I downloaded it to my computer end then to my phone and can't do, any thing from thst either....

Hmm fresh wipe of what, data/cache/dalvik? Even if you had adfree before, blocking ads, it would still be blocked without having the app because the host file is in /system so anything short of factory reset/Odin wouldn't change this.
Download again adfree and press revert.

tried the apk from that thread.... made some progress, now i can watch movies that have no commercials. oddly enough, tv shows will play the commercials and then crap out when it comes time to load the video.
I had a stock hulu apk working with a stock/rooted rom, no such luck after moving to a custom rom.
Wait, I thought I flashed the landscape version, reverted ad free and it was working...let me double check

so an update in case anyone is wondering. After clearing cache/reflashing the bare 2.8.1 calks rom i installed the stock apk (from the link I posted above) and it works fine now.
I am running the latest Blazer rom and after I install Swype beta it doesn't open when the keyboard is suppose to.
Any ideas?

I pushed the Swype from syndicate ice rom and all of the sudden I had the same problem I used root explorer went back to the apk and installed it again and now it's working again hopefully this helps?
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda premium
Use titanium to uninstall, then try again. For some reason I had to do it twice though.
After uninstalling with Titanium Backup, reboot the phone then install the Swype Beta. Works for me every time.
Ah the reboot is probably why i needed to do it twice. Thanks.

Another option
Another thing to try is use Root Explorer to delete the libswypecore.so file from system/lib/ I had to do this and then install the new beta and then it works.

Backing up contacts? Those should be with google good friend. If you're saving them to the phone instead of through Google, well, I don't know why you would do that.
Did you use Titanium Backup at all? That will probably help with apps and their corresponding data. And no, there is no way to get back to your old nandroid without a PC. You HAVE to use Odin to go back to EC05 and from there, after you one-click root, you should be able to restore your nandroid assuming you're still using the same version of CWM you made the backup with.

If you are using the EpicMTD CM 7.2.0 RC0 Rom, I had the same problem. You need to go here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=20784134&postcount=1
Scroll down till you see GAPPS and download that zip file and flash it in CWM.

Just one more question about this rom
To get a theme I just download any regular theme from the "themes" forums? Or is there a specific place to get themes for this rom?

Go to the market and search CM7 themes. There are tons!
Just install one and then go into theme chooser and apply it! Simple as that!

I accidentally erased my stock calendar (running Stock FD26 ROM). When I try to re-install the calendar apk (TW and not the Stock ICS calendar that can be found on CM9/AOKP), it will not work.
Many people on xda and other forums have said to copy the apk via root explorer to system/app, check all permissions then reboot.
I copied and pasted the apk to system/app, checked all permissions, and reboot. Nothing happens. This also happened with the voice recording app. Can anyone give me some advice?

I am sure someone can help you but personally to be quick about it shouldnt Odining over a stock build replace all the system apps? Certainly would undo other things you have done. Sfhub one click odin the same version use the no data one.
So i disabled it when I was on FC24. I used sfhubs no data wipe to get FD26. I guess I could try again.

Whenever you flash the FD26 OneClick, it will reinstall all the apps that came with FD26. If you flash the NoData, it'll keep your existing data partition.
Therefore, if you flash the NoData version, the calendar apk should be put back in place.
Ok so my messaging absolutely refuses to open. Nothing I do can make it open. Any ideas? Really not looking forward to reflashing it again but I will if necessary.

Try pulling the mms.apk from the original ROM, push it to system/app over the old one, set permissions and reboot.
Good luck!
