I just installed LeeDroid 2.4.1 (wipe and install via CWM 4) and it worked just fine. I had it running for a day and even rebooted twice just fine.
Then I flashed (just install via CWM 4) a little ROM from UOT that should have only changed the battery icon. After the flash, it froze for over 20 minutes on the HTC logo while booting.
I tried booting into recovery (CWM) and install LeeDroid again, but still ended up stuck on HTC logo for over 20 minutes. I tried wiping cache and Dalvik cache, then installing LeeDroid again, but still stuck.
Last attempt: wipe cache and Dalvik cache, then install LeeDroid. Been going for over 30 minutes and still running. I'm hoping it's just taking longer than usual and will work soon.
Edit: Flashing another ROM (CM7) also didn't work, but a Nandroid restore fixed everything. Now flashed CM7 successfully after that and working like a charm.

Hi,
I've searched a lot for my issue, but seems to me that im not getting the solution probably because this is my first android, my first root, and my first custom firmware install.
I rooted my HTC Desire with Unrevoked 3 and tried installing the Oxygen Custom ROM RC7. Rooting went okay. I tried installing the Oxygen ROM and it gets stuck in a loop at the Oxygen Logo.
Now, i did notice other people having the same troubles but there were no solutions to offer for that. Also i think a part of the problem may be the jargans, nevertheless i tried to search for a solution but could not find one.
Was really looking forward to Ginger bread. Any Help ?
Do a full wipe (data/factory reset, cache and dalvik cache under advanced) and flash again. Also keep in mind that the boot up time is longer than a normal boot. (not more than 5 to 10 min)
when i booted the oxygen rc6 the first time it got stuck too... after almost 20 min. i just removed the battery and booted again and it worked

Heya,
Installed CM7 latest today, booted it up fine without gapps, but then went back re flashed CM7 and added GAPPS, now it gets to the 'welcome to desire hd, touch android to begin' sits there for a couple of seconds then goes back to the CM7 boot animation over and over and over...
tried wiping all caches, data resets.. no good.
Any ideas?
Cheers!
wipe cache, dalvik cache and reflash the rom, also check the MD5 of the rom you loaded in case there was a corruption in download or on the host side.
I believe that is due to wifi set to ON at the first boot (without reboot) but the issue solve +-2 weeks ago at cm7 nightly.
All you need to do is just do a full wipe, flash rom .. reboot ..
on first reboot do not on wifi, reboot into recovery , flash gapps , reboot ..
then setup again .. hope it will work.
So I decided to root my DHD yesterday. Everything worked fine until I installed CyanogenMod 7, that went on a boot loop so I went in recovery tried to restore the phone (restore to last backup and even factory settings) but now I'm just stuck with the HTC bootscreen and I don't know what I can do.
Any advice?
Thanks.
P.S I'm pretty noob at this
Can you provide some more information about the process. Which version of CWM are you using?
Reboot into CWM, do wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, and wipe Dalvik cache, then install CM again...
Well I've restore the phone with a new RUU file. What happens is now when i restore my phone through clockwork, my phone gets stuck on the HTC boot screen, making me have to restore the phone with the RUU file.
Hallo
I resently tried to change rom from CM7 to Leedroid. This is what I did.
Changed partition table to stock by placing PB99IMG on SM card and starting phone with volume down.
Right after this I went into recovery.
Whiped everything
Flashed alignment-ext3.zipaccording to instructions for Leedroid.
Flashed Leedroid 3.0.6 R2
All this went without a hith.
I also wanted to flash the latest radio recomended by leedroid. I did this stright away.
I flashed the radio through the recovery.
When flash was complete it told me to reboot so I did.
When rebooting the phone got stock at alphadev splashscreen.
What can be wrong? Can I remove the battery and try again. Its been like this for more then 30 min now.
Please helmt me fast! ;'(
Either just flash LeeDroid again with no flash or wipe the cache and dalvik.
Ive just installed the Leedroid 3.0 Sense add on. It installed fine but now its stuck in a boot loop. Its just keeps booting up. Any Ideas on how i can resolve this problem?
1. Wipe Dalvik Cache and cache - if fails, then:
Wipe Everything and flash LeeDroid ROM again.
It's stated you should do a Nandroid just in case, so if you did one, then use it, if not - reflash.
Or Post some logcat, maybe you'll get lucky and you don't have to wipe.
