Sense CFS HAVS w/ Interactive Governor - EVO 4G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Just wanted to know if any devs had anything like this since aosp roms with interactive governors give me the best performance/battery life..but I have lots of 4G problems on ALL aosp roms

Sense Kernel

I've been looking around for a good GB Sense Evo kernel that has both Smartass and Conservative governors.
Also, what Sense kernel/ROM has been giving you guys the best battery life?

MikG v3.0 + Chopsuey 9.2.7 and also Tommytomatoe's Classic v0.0.5 + More Freedom gives me great battery life. Usually keep it at 998max 128min with interactiveX governor
Awesome. Thanks man.

Tiamat kernel for ICS

Anybody else running it? So far I've been using it for a day on Andromadus a12 with smartassv2 as my governor without issue, curious about the experience of others.

I'm using it too, with Smartass v2 and 1.2 GHz max. Overall I think it's a bit snappier in some games that used to stutter, ICS is pretty smooth anyway. Didn't see much difference in battery life. All that might be placebo effect though
No problems so far.
I'm using the virtuous oc daemon. Screen on is lagfree governor (300-1000mhz). Screen off is smartassv2 (300-600).
My battery drain seems slightly lower, though I'll have to do more testing.

Anybody interested in using tiamat w/ ICS can check this out. It's a thread I made with a few ICS specific tweaks for the Andromadus ROM.
This goes in general not questions and answers

CPU governors.

Alright this will be short and to the point.
can you add governors to a ROM?
i prefer using "Scary" but most ROMs ive flashed only have a couple govenors, and non are the one i wish to use.
Question is. how can i add the "Scary" governor to my ROM.
i literally know nothing more about governors other than what each one does.
so if you can elaborate a bit.
No. The kernel has the govener. Find out which kernel has that, and flash it to your Rom. Make sure if your Rom is sense, only use sense kernels. Same for aosp

Scary governor is WIP. It will give almost the same performance as conservative right now.
So if you prefer that governor, just select conservative. You won't notice the difference.

Most stable overclock on stock inc2 kernel?

I haven't seen any posts about the stock kernel on inc 2.
I just recently rooted and s-off'd, and installed PAC rom which has LOTS of options and customizations including overclock. But I didn't flash a new kernel yet and was wondering if anyone has recommended cpu settings for the stock kernel, making sure it's stable. I've only been testing for a day but I've found 1.2ghz to be stable and I'm going to continue to increase it until it becomes unstable.
Usually 1.4 is nice, with vr or sio or bfq and smartassv2 is good

I had some lags on 1.4 , but smartassv2+bfq definatly best choice for overclocked device.

How's battery life with this?
i have evervolv kernel ,working with 1.7GHZ
my inc 2 work with 1.7Ghz no panic,no rebooting
Stable OC
I've had good success with 1400MHz Max. with SmartassV2. and 768MHz Min. I've used these settings with several different ROMs and various Kernels. They always seem to provide stablity, decent performance and only a minor hit to battery life.

[Q] Kernel scheduler

There's no bfs kernel for our device? Since hadidjapri made it for ics, i dont see anyone of kernel developers make kernel with bfs scheduler again, it always used cfs.
