Please help my JasJar is dead

I tried to flash WM 6.1
and then Give me Error and now i have a black screen
any one can help me please!!!!

i treid to upgrade to windows 6.1 , while i'm updating gives me error and i tried to restart my mobile but nothing at all even i can not access the bootloader

Is your computer recognizin' your PDA. What happens when you connect it to the USB port ? Also, try after removin' SIM and the SD.
P.S: And you still need to tell me, what error msgs do ya get ?

I am so sorry what i remeber it was error code 101 , do you know i think the version that i tried to upgrade was not to universal

I presume that you are tryin' to install the ROM designed for Universal

try this, or search xda-developers usin' google, you may find the solution.
Error code 101 is actually connection error.

no XP SP2 , but as i told you i think i installed rom not for universal

also my screen is dead nothing at all only black no serial or usb on the screen

Oh man,
you have screwed up your phone big time. Post a thread in General Discussion> Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking. Someone there might b able to help you out on this.

i have a similar problem, but it just stucks on 7% of flash and then gives me an Error 112, i think it is the rom, and maybe it can be fixed with an eeprom flash or not? if it can be, can anyone give a how to do it?

hey bro, error 112 actually denotes ROM update error.

follow Method 2 , if it doesn't work, then follow Method 1, mtty may prove useful in this situation.

ok that methods doesnt work.. im stucked not in bootloader... i can exit bootloader but the system doesnt start... when i press the reset button it just keeps white screen (w/o backlit) and nothing happens.. if i connect the phone in that state just unrecognizes it and if i press the light and power buttons (without resset) it starts the bootloader.. its not reading the rom

every time that i try to flash a rom on it just fails, and it gets the error 112, on every 7%... how can i fix it?

I have the same problem. I mistakenly flashed the wm6.1 rom meant for BA. I dont think there is any remedy for this problem because the unit is not coming on and so cannot enter bootloader. The only sign of life is the red led which means the unit is not seeing the power supply ie it does not recognise that a battery is instaaled. No one has ever come up with a solution. The unit is bricked fullstop. I am already bidding on another unit on ebay.

i did chat with imate support and they advice me to go to any service center and they will fix it.
i tried many kind of solutions but it does not work so my last choise is to send it to imate service center.

Dutty's ROM locked my phone?

So...I've been using an older version of Dutty's ROM, but I haven't updated in a few weeks.
Tonight, out of nowhere, my phone will now only show a screen saying:
"This concludes the beta test of this software release. Thank you very much for your time and effort in helping make this a great product for our customers.
To obtain a newer release or further information, please revisit the web site that you used to obtain your current beta release."

I tried downloading the most recent version of Dutty's rom and loading it, but the computer says "Cannot connect to your PDA phone..."
What's going on here!?
I have tried resetting the phone via the reset button (under the stylus), and I have tried restarting the phone via soft/hard reset, but nothing works!
Everytime my phone turns on, it goes immediately to this white page saying the "This concludes the beta test of this software release..."
How can I make my Diamond work again?!?

i did a hard rest.. didnt fix it.. plus i lost all the stuff i had on there.. but it's ok

step by step instruction would be great

I think you must put your diamond in "bootloader mode". and you will reflash your phone with a new rom, or another rom...
Booloader mode (usb) = Volume down + reset
In the screen (down) = serial, and if you connect with usb you can see "usb" and now you can reflash!

how can i reflash? i'm VERY new with this smartphone stuff my first smartphone so i donno a lot of stuff..
does it need HSPL 1.24? cause if it does i cant seem to run DiamondCustomRUU after my phone went black screen

Same for me on Dutty 2.3, but did hard reset and let phone set up. Do NOT change the date, I left mine as September, and phone will continue to set up and start. Now what I need to know is if I flash with latest rom will that allow me to set current date?

You put "volume down" and, in same time, you put "reset" (you hold these 3 seconds) => and you enter in bootloader, then you connect your diamond to USB and launch installation...
i think you don't need a HSPL if you want flash with the same rom... but you may use another HSPL for another rom...

OK - so i just started in Bootloader mode as suggested...
after that, i plugged it in to my computer vis USB.
then, i opened the most recent rom updater (supplied by dutty...see the thread in this forum).
it is currently updating, and everythign is looking good.
so, why do you have an experation on your rom's dutty??? what's up with that?!?

but let say i want to flash the SwithBL Rom.. it's not the one i used b4.. do i still need HSPL? if yes how do i install so i dont get the black screen and it actually works?

U guys MUST have HardSPL INSTALLED on ur phones BEFORE trying anything of this out...
I Suggest u use HArdSPL 1.40 Unsigned (Its in the RAR file)
AFTER u have installed HardSPL 1.40 Unsigned
Unrar and go to step 2 folder and run -> DiamonCustomRUU.exe
Just do what it says and update.
After the phone restart copy DiamUnlock.exe from the step3 folder on to your diamond
(Anywhere) and run it.
The DiamUnlock.exe closes itself very fast, i have sucessfully made it by first launching the
program and quickly and several times press up button and touch the screen
if you'r lucky the screen stay and you can sim-unlock your diamond!!
the problem that phone came in step 2 after 100% write , it show error 262

I am not sure you can.
Does it go into bootloader mode? If not, might be JTAG is your only option.

When you say 'totally dead' do you mean you get absolutely nothing when you try plugging in the usb cable ?
Logically as soon as you plug in the cable it'll power on into the tri-colour screen.
It'll do this even if you remove the battery.

JTagging can be done using QMAT, if need be.
Before that, can you put your Diamond into the Bootloader or not ??

Serves you right for using a leaked unlocker program - Should have gone here . thanks to Olipro as the leaked version was buggy.
I do hope you get this fixed though. (I would help if I could really).

i found rom in some website and i flashed it to my phone
but now it dead

Just this **** happened to me too ... because I did not read carefully ROM-destination, but we resolved the issue after a couple, three hours of bloody despair ...
Be sure before you get to work, you already have prepared a full ROM image (....nbh) for your Diamond, that is to contain radio too. If you do not have a full version, download a full version first and make sure that contains both ROM and Radio.
1. Take cover behind the phone
2. USB link cable to the computer and phone
3. Open the phone
4. Enter bootloader mode as follows:
Keep the volume down key and click with the stylus reset button (red button which is located behind the device ) for 3-4 seconds in the same time with the volume down key, then you can get out your stylus, and continued to keep volume down key, until the bootloades screen appears, now you can release the volume key down too.
And now, just simply launch DiamonCustomRUU.exe to start your flash, using a file manager, and is ready ... you have a new phone!

[Q] HELP!! touchscreen not working!! can't remove HardSPL!!!!

Hi!!! i've got a serious problem!! i own a HTC Touch Pro 2. The TOUCHscreen stopped working for i don't know what reason! i need to remove hard spl for warranty reasons....but i cant!! because i need to tap on the screen the YES to allow installation. Tried already with keyboard but i can't. I tried to install registry editors but i still need the YES to confirm the installation. So in conclusion i need to find a way to remove windows' confirm on every damn thing!!!!! thanks guys! i'd really appreciate your help!

have you tried using Mymobiler? It will allow you access to your device thru your pc

I had a bad USB port and used the SD card to flash to the .87 SPL, which is what T-Mobile uses. I think it was just a matter of putting the correct file on the card and going into bootloader.
EDIT: That was a few weeks ago, IIRC, I had to push the UP Volume to confirm the load.

Hey, It's always me, "americano91"! I'm having Internet problems at home, so I'm writing with my friend's account... anyway, where can I find "the correct file" for rhodium? Because the only way to get back to the 0.79.0000SPL was the .exe file (RhodiumSPLRelocker_079SPL.zip, from the Hard SPL release thread) that has to be executed from PC. So the question is: do I have to find another file to put on the card? (just on the card, in the root, in some specific folder or alone in the whole card?)

Pick the other stock spl from the thread and that one you can flash from your SD.

to show you the thread i'm talking about i'll give you the thread's name since i can't link it (it's a thread by xda not another forum): Hard-SPL Unlocker for Rhodium (AT&T Tilt 2) Released! Important Update for new users!. The only other stock spl i see is in note 3 (sspl manual rhodium) can you check it out please? Thanks

It seems that it is a little more difficuilt then I thought.
Read this if you want to restore spl from your sd card.

thanks but i used to have 0.79 spl so i should install the 0.79. Is it ok if i install 0.84 spl or the htc support will notice that i had 0.79?

If you want to install 0.79....
1. Go into bootloader (hold volume down + hold power on)
2. Put your usb cable in your pc and your phone. You should now see USB in the bootloader.
3. Run the 0.79 on your computer.

Make sure you flash a stock rom + radio first that's all.

Screen problem
hi all...been a while now with this problem. My xda mini II only gives me a white screen. I can hear a startup chime, as if it is ready to be callibrated, but only a white screen shows. I have tried soft reset, bootloader, and even physcically resetting the screen under the case.

[Solve] Flashing Formatted Diamond

i have problem... i trying to flash my diamond friends, and i use mtty(test29), but i don't know his diamond is not already had HSPL, and its too late... the phone already formatted, and stuck @ Touch diamond... but still can access bootleader.
i solve this with trying to flash with original ROM,
1. enter bootloader, connect to PC. and the PC will detect it as Qualcomm Device/HTC Device or else.
2. run the original RUU, then its flash even though the activesync not GRENN
3. after flashing, do the basic setting, connect your phone again via activesync
4. run HSPL
