Orange Diamond Hard SPL problem

Guys,
Currently stuck with 1.37 orange ROM on my orange HTC Touch and want to replace the ROM with one of these new up to date ROMS but I have a problem :-(
Have downloaded HardSPL_Olinex137_Unsigned.zip to flash the phone but when doing this all I get is the phone sittong at 0% and doesnt process the update!!!
Have followed all the checks before updating but just wont move from 0%!!!
Any ideas would be great!

I had this issue and so use the 1.24 SPL and have had no problems at all on my Orange Diamond

1.24 Works Fine On Orange
you do mean touch diamond...and not a touch??????

HardSPL also comes with the software unlocker hspl v1.23 or 1.24. so if you have done the software unlock, that means you have already upgraded to the best hardspl. if not go for the unlocker, very easy to use and comes with complete instructions.
problem you are getting might be due to bootloader or usb problem

just tried running v1.24 from the above link given by liamhere and is still just sitting at 0% when running update.
which part is the unlocker? Sorry just a newb to the HTC ROM updating

1.24 didn't work on my orange (stuck on 0%). 1.40 worked fine.

If I remember correctly connect diamond to PC adn then double click on diamond_sspl and follow the instructions, then run the RUU in the 1.24 folder by double clicking on it.

just tried a few of the ROMS and really liking the Shine On 1.5 ;-)

Is my Diamond bricked?

Hi evreryone, i have a wm6.1 FRA (1.93) Diamond, and with some flashs i turn it to wm6.5 21000. the process success with using available tools in XDA.
my diamond become a: HardSPL Onilex, with wm6.5 21000 FRA (RUU_Topaz_l3v5y_09071504_N_FRA_5.2.21925.5.3.0_2.06.502 exactly)
BUT, with the new wm6.5.1 version released, i want to get it into my ppc.
the only release type i found is Here.
They talk about new style kitchen. blablabla
i found it too difficulte to build a NBH rom, as u know, im not a good cooker
the first attempt failed (error 244, model id is wrong or something like that)
after some research, i use NBHUtil to change device ID.
OK, after building and changing ID, i ve got a "ruu_signed.nbh"
I use DiamonCustomRUU.exe to flash. ---> everything OK ---> Rom successfully Flashed.
Unfortunately, when i reboot my diamond, the device brick after the HTC animation (Dark screen ) (yes the bootloader is fine, but the device STOPs after playing HTC animation)
As i saw in some threads, i have a chance to revive my device.
Can you please help me by posting ur opinion or solution ?

Then Flash another rom

I would suggest the same as this should work fine.

@Fadelovesky: Everyone here will say the same thing; Reflash with a known working ROM.
I am personally going to add my own recommendation to you & everyone else that reads this: {Please Do Not Take Offensively}
Stop trying to upgrade the ROM to the newest version. Especially if you don't know enough to repair what's wrong with it.
What is the point anyway? If you have a ROM that does what you want it to, then why even change at all. Newer DOES NOT mean better. Hell, in the world of Microsoft, Newer means more bugs, more useless crap taking valuable real estate, less reliability, & lots more memory consumption.
Next time the device may be Perma-Bricked. You're lucky you can still enter Bootloader. Thank the Gods for Hard-SPL {Thanx Olipro (LOL)}
If you want the Newest, Latest, Greatest, Bug-infested, Not designed for your device build {even tho you don't need it}; Then sit back, relax , & show a lil' patience. If there is a new build out, the real cooks will soon port it for our device.

{ROM} HTC official 6.1WM rom

hi guyz hope that everyone is fine. i need a bit of favour from u all.. i got my htc from sweden and then upgraded the rom from htc site and got sweedish language all over.. no i am looking for the latest wm 6.1 WEE rom.... i have tried the roms in the offical roms thread but after installation it says its corrupt thanks to hard spl i didnt brick my device....thanks anyway...

Ok, here's:
_HTC Touch Diamond_MRII_RUU_Diamond_HTC_Europe_2.03.401.3_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.51.25.26_1.09.25.23_Ship
It's the latest HTC stock rom. It's in WWE Language, downloaded from HTC website, and I've edited the .nbh file with NBHUtil so it will flash to your device. Also, only the OS is included in this .nbh, so it won't change your radio version, SPL or Splash screen. I recommend flashing from Internal Storage. It's the fastest and safest way. If you're unsure how, search the forum. You'll find a guide on how to do this. And remember to hard reset when it says Update Successful!

A serious problem,help me !!

ROM: Windows Mobile 6.5 Clean Basic ROM [SENSE 2.5]
I have flashed the rom .it works well ,but i find when i click the phone botton(Dial panel) ,machine has no Signal,it will search again and then Dial panel coming.
Can anybody solve the problem for me ?

Problem is not serious. Have You try MTTY, hard reset after flash? Maybe just try another ROM, something like 6.1 with sense 2.1

Problems with Hard-SPL

I was tryiing to update my Diamond p3700 to hard spl in order to run a customized rom, but when i update my SPL, the progress bar jump form 0% to 100% in a minut or less and the device just reset with the original SPL and Reseted... with all the stock configurations on it...
I tested many HSPL versions.. 1.3 olinex 1.4olinex and nothing changed... always tha same result...
If someone can help me... it would be great... I dont know what to do anymore...Tx all
