Here is a list of downloadable and flashable ROMs (providing you have Diamond Hard-SPL).
You may also post links to a ROM that you wish to have signed here.
Currently uploading a couple of ROMs as we speak, will be linked here within the next hour and a half (crap upload)
DIAM140 Users: Please note that stock ROMs are currently not fully compatible with your device and therefore are not recommended for flashing unless you backup your current ROM first.
DIAM300 Users: We need someone to test these ROMs, so any guinea pigs please test but first backup current ROM.
Everyone else: have fun!

Flashing WWE ROM did not succeed !!!
I managed to flast HardSPL 1.30 OliNex.
I have originally a Dutch ROM.
Now I try to flash the following RUU_Diamond_HTC_Europe_1.35.401.3_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.26.25.09_0.93.25.26_Ship WWE ROM but it does not go further dan 0 %.
What can be the reason?
I tried a few times but everytime the same result
I had the same problem, Its because the rom must be signed with the certificate same as used for hardspl, If you use this rom witch they signed with the same srt it will work,

Do you not bother to read or are you just stupid?
download one of the two linked in the FIRST POST of THIS THREAD.
you'll find that one of those two is the one you're trying to flash.
more will be posted as they're made public, but so far, we've signed the only OSs available for Diamond.
@ diamond section: thanks for closing http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=397566
Anyway, Ive got a multi-language Diamond, so I dont need to look spanish rom again thanks
Strange, I managed to install this ROM without Hard-SPL. I did try to install hard-spl, screen went black like it's supposed to, but then I didn't know what to do and did a soft reset.
Then I ran the Europe ROM update downloaded from first-post in this thread. It installed beautifully, I got congratulated, and my phone is a lot faster (thanks for that!)
My boot screen doesn't say Olinex, so apparently hardspl isn't installed.
How is this possible? And does it have any consequences for my phone?
Obviously you have already done hard-spl but you don't know that...
In boot screen it doesn't say Olinex anywhere, but you will see that if you put your device in bootloader mode.
If badflower is the one i think he is, then he doesn't have the Olinex bootloader screen!! He has the original bootloader.
Have sign requests for 1.37.707.1 and 1.37.405.1 been made yet?
Waiting for 1.37 signed ? when ????
Soon... it's up to Olipro and cmonex. Be patient.

then i guess
1) he's a moron for not reading the instructions for hardspl installation
2) he just flashed an original, completely unmodified HTC rom

Yeah in a few days or so there will be a rollback SPL
stock SPLs - only for warranty reasons
here's the stock SPLs... 1.23, 1.34, 1.37, 1.93.
EDIT: I uploaded 1.35 later because people couldn't understand there was no real difference between 1.34 and 1.35. so it is now in the second attachment in this post.
new: also uploaded 1.93 now.
if you have unsigned hardspl, you'll need to use the SSPL package (i.e. the same package that is posted in HardSPL thread to flash the hardspl), just replace the NBH file with one of these stock SPLs.
if you have signed hardspl, just go ahead and flash with normal RUU process (no overwrite protection in that one, as it is already only accepting htchackers signed files, there was no need for that).
also,
STEP BY STEP HOW TO RETURN TO STOCK SPL - FOR WARRANTY REASONS ONLY!
0. be sure to first restore stock OS, and stock radio. stock SPL is always to be done last!!
1. download the stock spl package from this post (pick one of the attachments) in this thread.
2. also download the RUU-SSPL-withoutNBH.zip from the attachments in this post.
3. pick the SPL you want to reflash to (ONLY FOR WARRANTY REASONS), it's a .NBH file, put the NBH in the extracted RUU-SSPL-withoutNBH package.
4. run the RUU (or if needed, run SSPL-Manual.exe manually, then run RUU when it goes to black screen), it goes to 100%, reboots, done.
+5. to verify, volume down + reset, see version number on tricolour screen.
that's it.
Those who have troubles with other HardSPL versions can give the attached 1.23 (shipped), 1.24 (mfg), 1.34 (shipped) HardSPLs a try.
To flash any of these, first establish an activesync connection via usb. Then run diamond-sspl.bat and confirm execution on touchscreen. The screen will turn black. Now run DiamondCustomRUU from either the HardSPL-1.23, HardSPL-1.24 or HardSPL-1.34 folder.
I have tested these versions on my diamond and did not have any issues with them. I prefer 1.24 because it is a mfg spl. A mfg spl includes additional commands for the manufacturer (htc) to test a device as opposed to the shipped spl which is installed on stock devices.
A particular spl may fix bugs, may be needed to support new hardware (e.g. lcd or touchscreen) or is required to optimally support a particular version of the OS and/or radio. Only try another spl if you have issues with your currently installed one. If you have no issues then don't flash another spl.

Hi man, happy to see you here ( i still owe you from radio from hell!!!)
i have a noob question: whats the difference between this hardspl and Olinex version? and do i hjave to change it?( i already have olinex developers edition)
Thanks jocky bro..!
It works just fine
i installed 1.24... it works although i can't see anything special.
@JockyW2001
Can this HSPL be overwritten for warranty returns with original SPL or it also must be signed by your special certificate first? I am referring to OliNex-unsigned "back-to-original-SPL" method.

You can flash any signed spl with this sspl. Which signature is used doesn't matter: self-signed, olinex, or htc it doesn't make a difference.
works thank you

I am confused which one to install?
What is mfg?
Which is better?
Sorry for all questions at once but i am really confused.
BTW i have olinex 1.40 dev edition.

Thanks for the quick answer. It explained everything that i needed to know.
so many hard-spls, so little time
k sorry this sounds so noobish but i've never seen so many hard-spl's in one forum before ha..
so you're basically saying if people are having trouble flashing with the other hard-spl (do you have any explanation as to why this is?) they should just try each of these and see which one works?
i guess what i'm wondering is why would 1.23hard-spl work better for someone than 1.34? what i'm guessing right now is, 1.24 is MFG so should work better in most instances, but technically the best 'fit' would be a hard-spl based on your shipped spl?
hi guys
to save my sanity the orignal thread on this has become so long with so many serparate queries.
I am currently running signed olinex 1.30 but need to upgrade to signed 1.40 so i can upgrade the radio

I have made signed radios available here:

Will work fine with your signed 1.30 Hard-SPL
hi
thanks
are you sure though as in the guide it says
Do not proceed to flash your Radio without Hard-SPL on your device! You can follow the guide here for more info. Currently, there are no signed Radio ROMs so you must have unsigned Hard-SPL to flash one (at your own risk!)
mine is the signed 1.30 olinex

hi, sorry for reviving an old thread but i gotta know, if i want to upgrade my 1.30 signed to 1.40 or .193 unsigned, should i just run the ruu or jump spl first? thanks!
Everything in the Wiki http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Diamond_ExtractedRadioRoms tells me to put : Diamond HardSPL OLINex v1.40 to upgrade my radio on the diamond.
I've gone through every thread i can find mentioning v1.40 but couldn't find it. I've managed to find every other 1.23, 1.24, 1.34 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=415191 and 1.38 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=400402
Can anybody point me towards 1.40 ? please don't answer telling me to search the forum as i'm tired of doing it for past 3 days. Just give me the link to the file please
hope this helps

QUOTE=rorydaredkign;2313205]It means you can only install signed ROM's, i.e ones form HTC, Carriers, or ones signed by Olinex and the other people in Elite Team. And they won't sign ranodm crap, so gives you safety- if it's signed, it's ok to flash it.
Unsigned means you can install any random ROM you like, cook your own easily and install it without any fuss.[/QUOTE]
Here is the answer on your question
hi
i can´t change from 1.24 to 1.40
the update is processing and the device is restaring but it shows always 1.24
please help
You probably have to use SSPL to install another SPL.
See here for more details: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=416211
thx - it worked
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2412201&postcount=1
i made it with this tool: diamond-sspl.bat from the 1.23 & 1.24 package and after black screen on my diamont, i started ruu from 1.40
I am happy for you that it worked.
Have fun
Hey guys.
Second time I have went with a cooked/modded ROM on a TouchDiamond.
The update process has been 100% sucessful each time.
But now I am trying to get back to the original Telstra ROM - Telstra_WWE_1.38.841.5 on the Asia HTC eClub website. This is also the original ROM on the unit when it shipped.
Using the guide located at:
http://modmydiamond.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=22&Itemid=26
I installed Hard-SPL 1.40 Olinex SIGNED – Once this was installed I was under the impression somehow it would allow me to go back to Original ROM if needed. As I though the Hard-SPL was a backup before messing with ROM.
I was then using Elite 3.0 – But need to get the unit back to the Original ROM before it is sent away for work use.
I am trying to run the Telstra ROM RUU Installer but receive an ERROR 262 - This occurs when the unit still show 0%.
Any ideas on what I can do.
Also – thank you, as your help and time is much appreciated
Brett
Hi, install the unsigned hard spl developer edition then install that stock rom.
hi sumitescp,
is the SPL 1.93 unsigned referred to as unsigned hardspl developer edition?
You'll either need to get the ROM signed for HardSPL, or use the unsigned HardSPL.

I believe that with the term "unsigned hardspl developer edition" we reffer to the unsigned olinex 1.40 hardspl.
It is the first attachment in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=400950
That is the recommended one.
But I think 1.93 unsigned SPL would work too, but first try the recommended one.
First Install the ROM, and then downgrade the SPL. (Is this for warranty return?)

Yes for warranty return
Do you have a copy of the Telstra 1.38 SPL? I didnt think the Original reloads back the SPL?
This isn't actually for a warrenty return. I have had the phone for 2 weeks and been reading quite a bit about it on here - and thought i'd give the Elite v3.0 a go -
Love the speed imporvement of it - The unit just responds so much quicker. But i have then realisied i need the telstra MyPlace apps - My Account, Sensis, Foxtel etc..
So am deciding to go back to the original ROM.
Anyways - So i can re run the Hard SPL installer with an unsigned HardSPL installer and it will over right the exisiting one?
Then this will allow me to install the original ROM from the HTC Site? Is this correct.
In the above guide (as i mentioned the the first post) they reccomend:
"Hard-SPL 1.40 Olinex Developer Edition-unsigned" as the HardSPL Unsigned tool to use.
From there i have the choice of 3 HardSPL installers:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=400950
Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex.zip (1.92 MB)
HardSPL_Olinex137_Unsigned.zip (137.4 KB)
RUU_Signed_1_93OliNex_HSPL_UnsignedEdition.zip (136.6 KB)
Which one do you reccomend?
Once again - thanks for all your support on this issue. I very much appriciate it and your time.
Brett
RUU_Signed_1_93OliNex_HSPL_UnsignedEdition
is what I am using on the telstra diamond.
The others left me with some flickering in TF3D
I installed this one over the Signed Hard SPL without any issues.
Hey guys.
Installed the Unsigned HardSPL and then was aloud to install the Original Telstra Rom v1.38...... hate it - but o well. I'll live.
Thanks once again for your help and time
Brett
