Hello i have a question.
I never use my Blackstone over GPRS alot because i use everyday WiFi and today i decide to chek out the GRPS all is fine i make the settings and everything work i try with Opera and few other apps im able to surfing in the Net over GPRS but when i click on the weather in TF3D Update ... the weather start to Updating i mean is trying to Update but NOT Update at all also not writing any Error or anything just don`t wana Update!!!
Im Using NRG ROM Wm 6.5 with Manila 2.1 like from my signature so do anyone have an advace and know WHY i can use GPRS to Surf in the net also i update my Weather NON STOP over WiFi without a problem but when i want ti update it via GPRS not working?!

I would suggest a hard reset and if that dont fix it check if others who are using the same rom are having the same problem, if so report it to NRG.
Thank you guys i already post in under ROM section and hope someone to help with this.
did Hard reset few times... but this not working so what i think... is the Weather Work without a problem and i can update it via WiFi i never had a problem with my location or my weather also on the same time the GPRS work fine and like i say im able to surf in internet with Opera or other browser and i can do almost everything via GPRS but only the Weather can`t Update over GPRS so i think that this problem is somewhere in the registry and i need somehow to enable the weather to be able to use GPRS also not only WiFi...

Hallow.
I have upraded my Vario2 to the following settings:
IPL-1.04, SPL-2.10.Olipro,
with Radio V-1.41.00.10 and WM6 pro Black 3.0.1 ROM .
The upgrading went perfect with no problems.
The device boot properly.
The only problem is that the data connection stays on GPRS where I know there is a 3G connect.
T-Mobile support dont want to help solving this problem.
Any Idea anyone?

Weird, I have the exact same config and i´m not experiencing no problems!
I live in Overijssel and have in Zwolle 3g (UMTS).
I have also the Vario II
Do you have installed other software... maybe you van install bandswitch manager (you can find it in the developer forum, use search please) with this progrom you can easy control your band settings!

How did you fixed the Tmobile operetor settings after the apgrade ?
Did you follow the T-Mobile site ? or you used a cab configuration file?
Maybe I have a faulty operetor settings, but I repeat that I do have a GPRS reception.

Try say "BBconnect Trinity" or "Blackberry Trinity".

Graytraveler, try .84, 90 did not work for me with a stock Tytn II, but 84 did. Or I used Dutty's latest ROM from Xda-developers.com and .92 worked fine with that.
Hchickers, you can try this:
1. Hard reset.
2. Change device ID, from Start -> Settings -> System -> About -> Device ID to HTC_P3450
3. Install a registry editor, such as Resco (www.resco-net.com) or Total Commander (www.ghisler.com, I use 2.5 beta 3). Then edit
HKLM\System\Versions\AKU key, change whatever in there (like .0.0.3) to .0.4.2
Then soft reset and install Blackberry Connect. This method worked for some people (they weren't using 750, but still). It might work for you as well.

even if this isn't any help for people getting started with BBC on there trins, all new BBC updates get posted there.
p.s. If u dont have bb service from your network before!!, then bbc will never work.

what rom are you running? most roms these days are capable of getting b and g standards of 802.11
schaps 4.31 wwe full, stable and speed rom , but only wireless b , i have try crcinau rom and he have consist g (coping file with resco file explorer on mapped drive on my desktop PC (file size 100MB) speed is 300-400 KB. on schaps ROM speed is 80-100 KB (100MB file).

I experienced that on both Jasjam & TyTn with WM5.0 OS. It seems that I cannot get any fix but when flashed with WM6 it works and much better after I flashed with WM6.1.

you mean your wifi connection is there but u cant surf the web....
please check the connection (settings/connections/connections and set the primery internet connetion.) i am using the HL2 rom and i am checking my mails on the wifi...
on others acces points everything is working. I need wifi firmware update
I have the same problem. It's because of WPA security, on WEP internet works propertly. Also you may turn GSM off when you're using wifi, that should work.
Some new wifi drivers solve that bug.
I had the same problem, and found out that Samsung have released a patch for wireless, and got every thing working since =)
just go to official Samsung website and download that patch =)

i tried all radio roms update and also full rom update but no luck.
rest all function is ok even wifi is ok.

Ok first of all there are few service provider cab you can find for your country... well i had problem to get GPRS working tried the customer service but no use... then i installed the cab (for me it's optus, Australia) and i didn't need to touch settings at all .. it just connected automatically to GPRS... so best option will be to find the appropriate service provider cab for your country and install...

but the issue is not with settings , i just want to make sure whether it is some hard ware issue, all functions are perfectly ok and it is a friends handset and we have used gprs some time back also.

Bro it's really hard to tell weather it's hardware isuue or not from such a little information... but it should not be hardware issue in my opinion... well try different service provider and try to install the cab and see... it should work...
