Hello,
I flashed my O2 Xda Orbit some months ago to B&B 4.0 and it was running until yesterday.
The day before yesterday I wanted to flash to a newer ROM with USPL from Vista.. but there seemed to be a problem and it stopped (i didnt flash a new ROM only the CID unlock stopped).
So and after that I did a reset and it was still working, but yesterday in the evening I wanted to make another reset... but its freezing at the Black & Blue 4.0 Logo.
What can I do?
Problem solved
I run it into Bootloader Mode with the Speech Button hold down while pressing the reset... and the data cable was not plugged in far enough (until you see a "USB" on the left bottom on the screen)
... but then I installed factory ROM... and thanks I know that I have to CID unlock it first before I put another cooked ROM on it.
Thanks anyway.

Hi there, i got hold of a Hermes yesterday and since that moment i've been trying to flash it to a decent wm6.1 rom.
but i ran in some problems.. first i flashed HardSPL 7. then i flashed the radio to 1.4x and even 1.5x and some roms. the last ROM i tried is the latest TNT.
but for some reason i keep getting crashes, missing shortcut links and when i reboot at that moment it keeps stuck at the bootscreen picture. this happened serveral times now and its getting on my nerves..
i already used MTTY with the info 8 command. and it only returned some "Reversed" blocks, none were bad.
Can someone please tell me if i am doing something wrong? or how i can solve the issue?
i already tried leaving it be for 5 minutes, remove battery, and did like 30 hard-resets already..!
help?
happened to me once
have you done a manual hard reset? at least i think thats what its called. where you hold both soft keys(ones above start/ok) and press the button in with your stylus all at one time till the white reset screen comes up..then just press R and SPACE on the keyboard.
now once it reloads and is finally done...flash vg3's at&t wm6 rom..once its all done flash your 6.1 rom of your liking..
its something to do with the memory i dunno but i just flash vg3's at&t wm6 rom every single time before i flash to another 6.1 rom and i've never had that happen to me again and trust me it happened a lot before..it never happens now
Yes i did do the hard-reset manually.
i will try the vg3's rom first thing tommorow.
I'm using a Titan 6800 unlocked w/ olipro SPL 2.4
To exit bootloader I flashed the Titan Radio 3.27.20
So then it loads up and freezes, because the stock ROM isn't compatible with the new Radio. I've overcome this before by entering bootloader and Flashing a WM6.1 GPS enabled ROM by either DCD 3.0.4 or Key's v1.3.2 cleaned.
Except this time, my PC gave me greif with active sync, and half an hour later when I finally tried running enter bootloader my Titan 6800 went out.
Soft reset will only make it vibrate as if it's rebooting but the screen never comes on and it seems to never load, "camera + ok + sr" does the same thing, hr does the same thing, battery out and back in does the same thing, and obviously active sync won't recoqnize it anymore.
Basically I can't get it to respond beyond reboot!
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Hello, i have a new P3300. The first time i opened it it started installing some basic stuff/programs and then worked quite good. Then i turned it off and when i turned it on again it shows the first splash screen with the htc logo, shows IPL and SPL versions on the left top side (like it should do) and then it instantly turns off. I have tried installing the official WM6 ROM again and again but after the installation finishes the problem remains. Also, when in confirmation dialog for the ROM to be installed or not when it shows the old and the new version, the old is completely blanc.
P.S.: Something else, when i connect it to charger (or USB cable) the orange light keeps going on and off about every 30 seconds.
Any help would be highly appreciated guys.
Send it back to your vendor for warranty...
Cheers
After many tries i managed to install some older official ROM but again after the initial screen calibration and the other stuff some customizations started installing and when PDA rebooted the problem appeared again. But tomorrow I'm getting it to service (and getting my Qtek 8310 back which by the way got a repair although unlocked ).
HI all,
I'm having some fun and games with my Orbit today.
I previously had an old version of black & Blue on there. SO today decided to update to have a go with some manilla based ROMS.
First I Tried YuE_v11.3_3.15.20755_Lite_M2D_WWE
Which seemed to work ok but after a while applications were being very slow.
So then I tried to reflash oop, but that seemed to fail.
I Tried to flash love, but it wasn't ever getting to the progress indicator on flashing, so did an SD flash of YuE which worked.
So then tried to flash Love from that minimal YUE and the device is being really slow, like gets to the calibration and takes about 5 mins to swap between screens.
What's the best way to totally clear down the rom and start again on this?
Thanks
I've now flashed the Official UK O2 WM6 ROM and still having problems. Flashed succesfully, but when it boots up, it just sits on the "Windows Mobile" screen and beeps a bit
Current State after O2 flash :
IPL : 3.04.0001
SPL : 3.04.0000
GSM : 03.06.90
OS 3.4.0.0
Any help gratefully appreciated.
Thanks
Hard reset the device, and while you're in the config wizard, plug in your device and flash to new rom. That way it's completely formatted and you'll have a fresh new install... hope it works mate
I did a hard reset, still no joy, hangs on the welcome to windows screen
I can access the Bootloader, but can't find a way to flash a rom from there, all seem to want it done once you've made an activesync connetion
flash YUE back via SD card flashing
I already tried that, flashes fine, but becomes unresponsive soon after
have tried flashing O2 WM5 + WM6 from SD, but still no joy.
It just flashes, loads up WM(5/6) then hangs there, beeping sometimes. Pressing the green button brings up the calibration screen. I sometimes see bits of apps, today screen, but that's about it, it's generally unresponsive.
Any suggestions?

A little update incase someone can help?
I left the battery out of the phone all night last night, and this morning the phone worked great.. for about 2 hours, then it froze. I hard reset, and it's back to freezing after OS loading now
What's up if you remove your MicroSD card ?
That makes no diff, i've tried flashing with + without the SD card (it's currently out), flashing from windows + flashing from microSD, all ends up the same way, with an unresponsive device once the OS boots.
Dear all,
I need help in repairing my Asus p525. I was trying to flash it to WM 6.1, but suddenly update failed. After that i started getting asus Blue Screen, and nothing more. I cannot hard reset, neither turn on the PDA. When I take out the battery, I can, by pressing CAM REC JOY and SOFT RESET button to get to USB loader.
I used USB loader and reinstalled my ROM and Boot Loader to Official Release of Asus. But this didnt help and I still get only Blue Screen, and after that nothing - unless I take out my battery for a while and return it.
Can anyone help me with this problem ?!
Greetings
