motorola DC800 AD2P transceiver - General Accessories

Anybody know how to get this thing to automatically connect with a BT device whenever it's it range? I have to do it manually from my phone which is a bother.

I have that same unit and that's just what you have to do.

8020 bluetooth problem, handsfree not starts automatically

Hi, I've a problem with my qtek 8020 with 2.2.32.23 rom.
My smartphone doesn't recognize bluetooth car handsfree (metablue) automatically, after a pairing and a connection (that run perfectly) when I turn off the handsfree or the 8020, and put on, the connection doesn't start automatically, and I must cancel the connection and re-pairing again.
The handsfree runs perfectly with a symbian phone, therefore it's probably a bluetooth stack problem of my 8020.
Please, has anybody a solution?
Thanks all.

Broadcom 1.0.0.3500 A2DP & HandsFree in Parallel

I've been using a Parrot CK3300 car kit which uses the HandsFree profile for many months. Finally it appeared that I could use the new Scosche A2DP-based receiver to eliminate the need to use a headphone jack. Of course there always seems to be a catch : Every time I connect to the Scosche it disconnects the Parrot. Likewise, when I connect to the Parot, it disconnects the Scosche.
Anyone have enough understanding of the Broadcom stack to shed a little light on my dilemna?
EDIT> I have confirmed that I can connect to the Scosche A2DP device and a Motorola HS850 headset (which uses HandsFree) at the same time, so it appears to be related tothe Parrot CK3300.

bluetooth dongle

So i bought me a pair of motorola bluetooth headphones, and a bluetooth dongle for my laptop.
I can connect the headphones to my phone just fine, but i cant seem to be able to connect my phone or the headphones to the computer. I can, however, transfer files over bluetooth from phone to pc.

Anyone know whats up? The computer finds the headphones, but when i go to connect to it, it says "detection of service failed".

[Q] Bluetooth Stereo Issue

http://www.amazon.com/BlackBerry-Remote-Stereo-Bluetooth-Gateway/dp/B00170KUM0
I use this Blackberry Bluetooth Stereo Gateway to stream music to my car stereo. I've used it with an HTC EVO, Droid X, and Droid X2 with no problems.
I just upgraded to the Galaxy S2 EPIC 4g Touch and it will not find the adapter.
The Stereo Gateway goes into pairing mode for 30sec. when you first turn it on, and the S2 does not find it when I turn on bluetooth and search for devices.
I've tried it on my other devices with no problems, I've re-paired the stereo gateway with a brand new LG Optimus S, with no problems. I know that the Stereo Gateway is functioning.
I am guessing that because the S2 is equipped with the Bluetooth 3.0 specifications that this would be the cause of the problem, BUT i thought it was supposed to be backwards compatible with older devices.
Anyone have any input or can help me?
I use the phone which is paired to my Scala Rider helmet sound system with the stereo working fine. The Scala system is Bluetooth 2.1. My phone actually works better with my Scala than both my old Gingerbread phone and my iPod touch. Both of those ALWAYS had to be manually connected and they'd both occasionally lose the connection from time to time. With my Ep4gt, it ALWAYS automatically connects when both devices are on, and its never dropped the connection.
Is there a way to update your car stereo?
Does anyone know of anything that I can replace the Blackberry Stereo Gateway with? It needs to be removable and connect to a 3.5 headphone plug.

I use my Epic 4G Touch with my Blackberry Stereo Gateway. Only thing I had to do different is when I first paired it I had to do a manual scan on my phone. On my EVO as soon as I would start my car my EVO would prompt me that the Gateway was try to pair with my phone.
Edit: You know if I remember correctly it seem like it took forever for it to find it the first time I searched for the adapter, but it did eventually pair.

Frustrated with bluetooth problems with Oneplus 3

Hello,
I am frustrated with Oneplus 3 bluetooth issues. It often has trouble connecting to newer devices and connects sporadically. Right now it connects to my car radio and disconnects automatically after sometime. I can see in the car radio settings the bluetooth going from connected to paired to connected again. It also had a lot of trouble connecting to heart rate monitors. Is there a way to see bluetooth logs in a way that it can be easily understood what is going on with the bluetooth connections in lineage os. I understand that there is a bluetooth HCI snoop log but that is pretty difficult to understand.
