Hello,
I am frustrated with Oneplus 3 bluetooth issues. It often has trouble connecting to newer devices and connects sporadically. Right now it connects to my car radio and disconnects automatically after sometime. I can see in the car radio settings the bluetooth going from connected to paired to connected again. It also had a lot of trouble connecting to heart rate monitors. Is there a way to see bluetooth logs in a way that it can be easily understood what is going on with the bluetooth connections in lineage os. I understand that there is a bluetooth HCI snoop log but that is pretty difficult to understand.

I just started going back to the gym and I use Bluetooth headphones with my note 2. I'm debating on buying a Bluetooth heart rate monitor to use with a couple of workout apps to track my calories being burned.
I'm wondering.. will I be able to connect both devices simultaneously?
In the car I connect to my head unit, cobra iradar and obd2 scanner. So I don't think you should Have a problem

how....as far as i know....one connection can be made at a time; as soon as you connect one BT, the other got disconnected.
just like wifi and hotpost; your phone either is on wife mode to get internet connection from other or your phone is on wifi-hotpost mode to provide internet connection to others

You can simultaneously connect and use the devices only if they use different BT Profiles. For example, I routinely connect the Note2 to my car's BT receiver for phone calls (Hands-Free Profile, HFP), MP3 playback to the car's speakers (A2DP), and navigation using an external GPS device (Serial Port Profile, SPP). Works fine.
So I'm running cloudy G3 on my D850, but this doesnt seem to be specific to that ROM, since nobody else has reported it.
My issue is that once I connect to my car radio, it connects and works perfectly, but once I turn the car off and it disconnects, the saved bluetooth connection disappears and I'll have to go through the pairing process all over again. Anybody have issues similar to this? I know the bluetooth stack in 5.0 is buggy and I'm sure its related to that.
Bluetooth on the LG G4 is driving me mad.. I am for example connected to my UE Megaboom and listing to radio. Then, my partner starts our car, which is just outside the house, with Bluetooth and it connects to my phone because I was the last one connected to it.
Now I have to manually disable that connection and if I'm lucky, media connects back to the UE again and then I can start my radio app to resume listening again.
Can this dreadful behaviour be disabled? I would be very happy if I just all together could disable auto connect in Bluetooth..

Hello, I have some problems with the bluetooth connection to my Seat Leon (2016). Pairing worked fine but once I return to my car only the A2DP profile gets connected. In the car menu media control is working correctly but the phone part is shown as disconnected. The bluetooth connection state in the phone settings shows "connected (no phone)" then.
To fix this I have to manually disconnect and reconnect bluetooth on the phone - afterwards everything is working as expected. This is very annoying though and I had no such issues with my previous Nexus 6P (stock 8.1).
Any suggestions? If there is no solution I try to fix this with tasker, however I'd clearly prefer a "native" solution.
Thanks in advance.
Seems like it's working with the app Bluetooth Auto Connect, will test it more intensively in the next days. But I'm still wondering why it's not working out of the box...
Hello
I'm facing the problem that the bluetooth connection to my cars multimedia unit is a big mess since 2020.
But not only when connecting to the cars BT. Every BT connection will randomly asks for permission to the contacts or messages...
The phone will not store this information correctly anymore. My car is an 2020 Opel and sometimes it says that the bt connection can't be established, but it actually plays music over this connection and phonebook is also transfered.
I have the pixel 3XL since it came out and it is completely stock non rooted or something like that (I'm to old for this stuff as a daily driver )
So, did google mess the driver up that it will not work correctly anymore? Or does someone know what's going on in the device?

Have tried different ROM's on this Pixel 3 XL so I completely understand the Bluetooth issue. Have grown to rely on turning off Bluetooth before using the passcode; kind of helps with the new ViPER4Android FX,
Since using ScorpionROM, haven't had any Bluetooth issues. Maybe give it a shot and see if it helps
