Dear all buddy, i want to know where can i get a lastet version of T-mobile MDA III, becuase my boss just bought one from T-mobile but a WIFI alway got problem to connect with WEP require router.
so he asking me to see have any new version of ROM for this.

Hello everyone,
I'm new to this board and I read nearly all threads about XDA unlocking. I tried out the different methods but nothing happend. I got into bootloader mode and tried to read out the code at the command line but the process stopped and wrote something like "Error at 0x303ff". Then I tried the new xda2unlock programm which I only have to upload onto the MDA. But it also failed. I don't know what I did wrong or isn't it possible to unlock my MDA? I hope I can find some help here on xda-developers and I can use my MDA also with other SIM cards. Thanks a lot for every comment,

afaik there are obnly unlock tools available here for Wallaby (xda i / MDA i) & Himalaya (XDA 2 / MDA ii) devices.
For a Magician to unlock (MDA Compact = iMate JAM = Magician) you will have to buy a code from your service provicer or check www.imei-check.co.uk (not exactly sure on that adress but its in some thread here)
BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU RUN NON-MAGICIAN SOFTWARE ON YOUR MAGICIAN, YOU COULD WRECK YOUR DEVICE
MDA Compact does not open HELP!!
Hello everyone,
I'm new to this board and I read nearly all threads about MDA. I bought my T Mobile MDA Compact 2 weeks ago from Germany. Yesterday while I was trying to change its language to English its locked. I installed Windows 2003 SE then device restarted but not open anymore. Now I can not open it. What should I do? I need immediate assistant, can anybody help me to make my MDA Compact working again?

I have a t-mobile MDA PRO(Qtek 9000 or Universal).
I want to download the new CU 2 Rom german, but i have troubles.
Download at Qtek.con do not work, because my t-mobile IMEI number do not allow access.
Download at the ftp.xda-developers.com do not work, because the first
german Qtek ROm is corrupt. Download stops afte two minutes, the other
Qtek german Rom belongs not to MDA PRO, but to MDA III.
Can anybodyx give me a working link, or a OMEI number for QTek homepage or give me a working ftp link ?

does anyone have WM6 upgrade for MDA as I have tried few but they all get stuck at 95%, pls help

problem is you not the roms,read the wiki first and refer to mr vanxs upgrade guides,they are the hermes upgrade bible.also ensure device is plugged directly into usb port and not via hub.

Make Sure your Phone Is Super CID unlocked And upgrade your
UnLock Bible
Also Makek Sur eLik ethey Said above. No hub connection USB and also Turn Off your firewall When uploading New rom.

I have one MDA Vario 2 and i think it's the clone of Tytn.
I want to know if i can use Hard spl (Hard-SPL-V7) Tytn for instal rom wm6 (HTC_TyTN_FRA_3[1].54.256.2_103) ,and if it's ok, is it possible to reinstall "qwerty" ?

Its better to go to the Hermes forum for those questions because Yes its the same device as the Tytn.
And yes Hard SPL V7 works good on your device there is even a newer version V9
