when you plug in the usb, the bootloader screen should show 'usb', your pc will not show anything. start the ruu and it should work as normal

Install Hard SPL V7 then use sd card method.
try this
put the phone into boot loader mode (power off press and hold comm button and ok buttons at same time and power on the device)
screen should say serial, plug in usb, screen should change to usb, then run the rom (ruu file) on your pc

no active sync connex after flashing rom

what do you mean by "i tryed to put manual in bootloader modus.. nothing happened. "?
Did it enter bootloader? If so, don't look at ActiveSync, it won't show you anything, just run ruuwrapper and flash your baby
hmm?
yes, it enter in bootloader modus, but if i try to run wrapper, same error than without..
active sync stay connected until arriving to verify the device.. after that.. error coz cable unplugged or not correct connected..

The same error happened to me quite often.
use the SD card method, its way better.
rename the .nbh file to hermimg.nbh and put it on a smaller than 2 Gb SD card formated to Fat32, then enter bootloader (power, ok, reset) and wait till the device asks you to press power button to start upgrading.
i try
oki, i will try it and let you know.. btw... jade is FANTASTIC...
never a problem after flashing with olinex hard spl..
thanks for the help..
i bring him in bootloader, but stucks there.. what now?

Hello,
I tried to flash my diamond (GSM) and everthing went well until when I was doing the MTTY procedure. At the final step (after the disconnecting usb and holding down + back) it blocked on a loading message and stayed ther for 20 min. when I reseted it it failed to pass the htc logo. I can still enter boot loader menu (Hard SPL 1.30 Oilnex) Can Anybody help?
after doing mtty procedure, you need to reflash again..
Already tried that but doesn't work...
If you can go to boot loader then you are laughing...
Plug in your device....it should go from serial to USB.
Then load the rom of choice via RUU_exe.
Keep me posted....
