Hello,
Can you tell me how to upgrade my XDA O2i Rom.
I tried English one (Xda_IIi_Upgrade_v111171.exe) it says Country ID Error.
I tried Himalaya (HimaUpgradeUt.exe) it says there is an error occured if default.
This is a handheld of General Director Of our Corporation Bought by me in Russia. It shows Black screen now I have make it working before it is possible
i tried Taiwan they dont pass me to download page because of my IMEI.
What to do?
Help me please!
For your information, XDA IIi also known as HTC Alpine! You can check at Alpine section for any kind of help! About the upgrading ROM, checkout at this link! It was under Alpine Upgrading etc. section

Hi there,
When I run xda2unlock.exe (v2.2) it states that it going to perform the magic, then says read :9, ***Errorr*** and says systems failed, and states the repair was unsucesful and suggests I try here for help!!!
Cheers in anticipation,
A Puzzled Mitch!
I bought an XDA II over Ebay.
Super deal, Everything cool.
Then, **** SIMLOCK!!!
I worked my way around that (would love to get rid of it).
Here is my problem,
The XDA II has the software on it from Austria. It's ok (German) but i would very much like to use the original O2 Germany Software.
I downloaded the O2 Update from the website. Installed it an got:
Error 120 Country ID Error!
Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue.
Do I Need a ROM? Were might i get it? How can i get the right software on it for my land.
Is there another version (tuning) out there better than the service partner version?
Please help me!!!!
Tim
