Please can anyone help....
I made a stupid mistake by trying to unlock my spv m2000 by running xda2unlock.exe tool. After reading the first block, the application automatically closed. I disconnected my pda to find that the pda wont switch on, even after a hard reset. Please can anyone help?

I need an urgent help here! Halfway while trying to flash my Treo 750v, I accidentally unplug the USB cable (dun ask how it happens, it just stupidity...) and now my Treo 750v is stuck at the bootloader screen. I tried to retry the flashing and even try to use the mtty utility but it just seems to stuck now at the bootloader screen. Can anyone please advise how I can reload the ROM?

I need urgent help with my Dell Axim x50v. I was trying to upgrate to WM5 A03 ROM and everything went as stated in the original thread but after doing a hard reset i dosent want to come back up. Is there any way it can be fixed. I was using this AXIm as a GPS and now really need to get this back up and running. I am a student and cannot afford to buy a new PDA.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I take it you are using (or have access to) Windows XP? If so, try rolling back to WM2003SE using this Dell utility: http://ftp.us.dell.com/utility/R115117.EXE
You can then stick with WM2003SE or try upgrading again to WM5 A03 (by following the directions from the beginning for upgrading to WM5 A03). For the future, never try flashing your device unless you have a "plan of escape" *BEFORE* you begin flashing incase something goes wrong.
Thanks Cavyman for the quick response. yes i do have XP but my X50v dosent come up at all. The only time the power light comes on is when i place it in the cradle. Otherwise it is brick. not even the power light comes on. the utility i downloaded also continues to say please connect the device.

If you do the SD Image Loader button combination, can you get to the SD Image Loader?

Can anyone help me with this:
after 5 or 10 minutes, or even at the splash screen, my device automatically restarts and does it for several times.
When i try to put it into bootloader mode i see usb,..... but only for a minute. after that it goes out of bootloader mode and starts the OS again...
So i'm a bit worried that when i flash it, the bootloader mode will go out and the device will try to restart.
Any known sollutions to this problem? Any help would be appreciated!!
ps: no answers in the wiki nor in the forum.

I think your battery is given up or you have bad connection so that you dont get enough power.
Try first to clean the battery and device connections(best to use contact spray for PCB boards) if doesnt help then you need to have new battery

I just got it back 2 weeks ago and they installed a new board in it... i made them send it back and fix it (i blamed them)
they also putted french rom and AZERTY keyboard in it so they can fix that to (i had englis OS and Qwerty).

Restarting Problem - PLEASE HELP!!!

I have an Orange SPV m5000 that I rely on for to carry my contact address book and send text messages (I know other phones would do it but I really like my Uni).
Recently mine has decided that it's going restart itself every few seconds. I have no idea why it's doing this, but the shop I bought it from are not helping me at all.
I've hard reset the device and that hasn't worked so if anyone has any ideas then please let me know, or if you know of anywhere I can send it to be repaired (I'm in the UK).

Hey guys.
Im trying to upgrade my O2 Atom life from WM 5 to the latest O2 official 6.5 WM ROM.
When i tried updating normally by connecting my phone to computer and running the rom setup... my upgrade process gets stuck at Stage 4 with 0%.
If i put my phone in bootloader screen and then upgrade, i get Customer and model ID error.
After reading this forum I tried changing Pass.32 file properties from WWE to CHT and still i get the same customer and model ID error.
I even tried uploading those two files al1.dio and ext rom to a mini sd and upgrade through bootloader that doesn't seem to work either.
Can someone please guide me what else can be done step by step.

hey sorry. yeh i have read that page... nothing helps me there... ok so i got my phone upgraded somehow to the latest 6.5.... but i'm facing same problem.. whenever phone turns off or restarts it goes straight to DSUU white screen.. and the only way to come out of it is by ressetting the phone to factory by pressing record + power button n pressing the hole.... to restart.
not sure whats wrong with it.
Have you asked on atom section?

Wonder if anyone may give me a hand on my issue.
About two weeks ago, my diamond started freezing on the loading screen, and cannot enter into the wm from there on.
Wonder if anyone can provide some advice on this issue?
I was thinking to do a rom flash, but not a spl flash, wonder would that solve the problem?

But your screen it's broken or just freeze?
Because if freeze, probably, it's your hard spl
if it's broken the screen you must download mymobiler, for use phone with PC
i had the same problem but this worked for me:
press both volume buttons and then hit reset, this will allow u to enter the bootlader mode
now connect ur precious diamond to a pc and ur ready to flash a new rom
its js a freeze, first time it happened.
I know this sounds quite noob, but greatly appreciate if someone may explain the procedure of flashing the hard spl for me.
I think it is the hard spl problem too, from consulting with some ppl.

You can enter in bootloader with vol down + reset.
