running xda2unlock.exe on spvm2000 - problem..HELP!

Please can anyone help....
I made a stupid mistake by trying to unlock my spv m2000 by running xda2unlock.exe tool. After reading the first block, the application automatically closed. I disconnected my pda to find that the pda wont switch on, even after a hard reset. Please can anyone help?

Upgrade-Device stays blank.Is it dead?!Pls help!

Hello,
I wanted to upgrade my JASJAR to the latest OS.
While running the upgrade program, the device disconnected itself and now when turning it on I only see a blank screen with Serial v.0.60 written on it.
I tried to hard reset but I would not get past this screen. Also the PC does not recognise the JASJAR.
Is there anything I can do? Can I throw it away??!

Urgently Need Help!!! Imatejasjam

Hi, i have just bought a new imate jasjam and uploaded the windows mobile 6 as per your instructions. Everything was going ok, then active sync kept stuffing up, i reinstalled it 3 times and only sometimes works, i have limited to no connectivity in my LAN, and my imate takes 2hrs to do anything once i touch the screen. i have tried hard resetting etc nothing! i have searched and searched for everything and found nothing, i eally hope someone can help me, i am at my wits end!

Try putting it into bootloader and flashing hard spl and flash a new rom after that.

i just tried to do that and it said error please connect the usb to the phone etc..and it is..
if this helps anyone- ipl 1.04 and spl.2.10.0lipro?

Goto to the usb settings under communication and remove the tick from advanced usb fuctionality. Maybe unplug from USB first before doing that.

Thanks, have just tried that but it didnt work, still got the red cross on the icon and limited to no connectivity thru the LAN. i am so lost, i should have just left the phone as is ;-(

have you tried loading into the bootloader and then connecting the jasjam to your pc?

once connected just run the offical update from telstra (which is a damn good rom btw) and it should return your jasjam to normal. The latest Offical update can be found here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=348436&highlight=telstra

edit; should have read first post. hmmm. try uninstalling activesync and reinstalling it, or try on another computer. i had this problem awhile ago, can't remember exactly how i fixed it, but it was a combination of new activesync, bootloader and hardresetting

ok, i have reset it- is the bootloader screen the one with 3 colours with ipl etc on it?
i connected it and it then said usb on the screen, but activesync can't connect it?

When you get to the bootloader screen with the 3 colors you need to reflash with a new ROM

Guys, please help!
I just went to flash my ROM (have 1.40 olinew unsigned) and I got an error message and now when I try to start my phone it gets booting to the colured bars/olinex screen.
How do I get out of this and flash a ROM?

If a hard reset will not work, just plug in the USB cable while in the bootloader screen (tri-color screen). You should then see 'USB' at the bottom. Run the RUU on your PC and you should be able to flash from there.

Hard reset did not work, am trying to flash now. I'm crapping myself! I hope I have not bricked it...

If you get the bootloader screen, you most certainly have not bricked it.

Excalibure Hang always

Hi guys
I got a T-Mobile Dash phone. its befor always hange on T-mobile Logo.
Then i unlock and flash Kavana Rom.
Then it working perfect, then it stat to Stuck again when i go to camera or inter net via wifi.
and its very difficult to switch on always hang on HTC logo.
Then i flashed to RUU_Excalibur_WM61_Kavana_Rickys_v24_Opera
but still it Hang.
very difficult to connect computer and very difficult to flash the phone to other Rom
what should be this problem? any one can help me.
Please i need step by step solution. coz iam new to this phone.
