I have reseted my watch and now it’s on tizen 4.0.0.2 and it tells me that I have already installed the latest software. I have tried to hard reset it but it didn’t solve the problem.

Hi. Is there anyway to install the original stock rom on the Moto 360 like how it was when you first bought it? Mine has been turning off by itself. Can't even use it after these updates. already tried factory reset like 10 times. No luck.
I've a strange issue when I charge my MotoZPlay.
If I pluggin (with the original turbocharger), the phone simply says Charging (on the battery screen), but the battery icon on the status bar has no change.
But If I reboot the phone, it charges normally.
Stock rom, on January security patch
Any idea or suggestion?
Already did a Wipe dalvik cache, still the same issue.
I think it's due to System UI tuner.
Disable it and check.
If the problem still exists, perform hard reset.
It's a software problem and can be solved by a reset.
First, update your device to latest version(April Security Patch).
And then Hard reset it.
Cheers!

Sorry for the late response.
As you said, its a SW issue.
Tried upgrading to aprils patch, with hard reset and nothing happenend, the problem was still in there
Upgrading to 7.1.1, hard reset and same, the issue was still in there.
A week ago, installed Lineage, and now everithing it's ok.
My galaxy has been acting up lately and I wanted to reset it but not just the standard reset where everything gets deleted, I want to re-install the firmware as well. I know you used to be able to do it with Kies 3 and Smart Switch but when I tried it a few months ago those options were disabled
Use Odin for that.
Or sent the phone to service to get a "official" reflash.
new owner here..
I just received the S4, installed some apps, searched for updates, got the november update, installed it and it did a complete factory reset!!
Something wrong with the OTA update??
All I did was the update, it never asked me anything about a full wipe
common problem?
I read about this problem in spanish forum but we don t understand if it is a ota problem or something else.

I just checked my Tab S4 and it only has the Sep 2019 update and says that is the current update. No factory reset when that update was installed.
The november OTA caused factory resets for some users and isn't available anymore (lots of posts in german android-hilfe.de). I guess a new version without this problem will be available soon.
Spanish version here... For me, a recent update did a factory reset. I was really angry about that, but I think that was in September.
I didn't get a factory reset but I'm experiencing touch screen problems since the november update. Sometimes part (or whole) of the screen becomes unresponsive. Reboot fixes it so I suspect it is a software issue.
Mine to here in the states...anyone have any suggestions, not trying to reset
Happened to me.
yes, he did it to me in three firmware I tried....

Hello, i have a Galaxy watch 42mm and suddenly all my sensors have stopped working, i have tried everything, reset, hard reset, but nothing has worked.
I am thinking to downgrade the firmware just in case is a firmware bug but i cannot find any site to download it from.
Does anybody have any idea where to find an older version for SM-R810?
Thank you
