[Q] Stopping at Bootscreen with any ROM

hi there,
right now i'm kinda helpless. I tried day's and day's to flash some new ROM's to my HTC Desire. But every ROM I have tried so far stops booting at the Bootscreen

- it have waited from 5mins to 5 hours. The ROM does not start.
I have tried following ROM's:

Alex ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=872464

and so on....
The only rom which worked was Cyanogen Mod 7
My Phone:

HBOOT-6.93.1002
HBoot Stock/CM7
Radio 5.17.05.23
What can I do?

I had the same issue on some roms to... but I found the solution :

[Q] Unknown Problem HTC hangs on splash Screen

I was flashing Cool-Sensation-v6
Was not succesfull. The phone got stuck on AlphaRev screen for an hour.
So i tried to flash again, same problem...
Now whichever ROM i install the same thing happens, except for CynogenMod 7...
Does any1 know what might be the problem???

[Q] I caused CID and Model ID mismatch / need help

Hi, I woudl be very glad if someone can help me on this:
I have following situation:
INFOmodelid: PC1011000
INFOcidnum: T-MOB010
I have S-ON and I think almost bricked desire Z.
It was caused becasue I flashed wrong PC10IMG.cz for G2 to Desire Z when I had S-OFF.
I assume I would need ROM with PC1011000 and T-MOB010. It that correct?
So question is, can I somehow modify phone or ROM, so finally ROM is accepted?
Currently all stock ROMs are rejected for CID or Product failures when trying to flash an update.
Any hints?

i already read the troubleshooting thread but didn't work for me since i can't create a goldcard because mi htc desire doesn't turn on correctly, im stuck on those screens : /

If you're S-ON it eliminates the possibility of you having a custom bootloader, and the only possibility now is that the RUU was corrupted or you used the wrong RUU for your device. Therefore, for this process you need a goldcard.

How I can return to Marshmallow stock version?

My problem with the Desire Eye is that I used this ROM to install Android Marshmallow 6.0 (europe) from the xda forum:

It supossed to be the official OTA for HTC Desire Eye, but when I power on the smartphone, this red warning appears on the screen:

I have TWRP 2.8.4.0 too.
The problem is that I want to sell the smartphone but the shops don't want it because is rooted/ don't have the original ROM.
Anyone can help me to return to stock ROM (Europe) without this red letters? I investigated but there aren't many information about HTC Desire EYE.

You need to flash original stock rom and then original recovery and then relock the bootloader. U can find guide about all this in the forums
