[Q] Unknown Problem HTC hangs on splash Screen

I was flashing Cool-Sensation-v6
Was not succesfull. The phone got stuck on AlphaRev screen for an hour.
So i tried to flash again, same problem...
Now whichever ROM i install the same thing happens, except for CynogenMod 7...
Does any1 know what might be the problem???

i already read the troubleshooting thread but didn't work for me since i can't create a goldcard because mi htc desire doesn't turn on correctly, im stuck on those screens : /

If you're S-ON it eliminates the possibility of you having a custom bootloader, and the only possibility now is that the RUU was corrupted or you used the wrong RUU for your device. Therefore, for this process you need a goldcard.

As the title says, has anyone else had phone like this? CIDNUM = NONE...?
I just had the GF's phone to tinker with it for a while. Fired up fastboot and this is what I get.

Also noticed that baseband says NONE. Is this normal? This is a Vodafone AU Tegra 3 One X.

Which rom to install (Functional with operators in Brazil) and how to install ?

Hello, I live in Brazil where there is no support for HTC devices, I have a Desire Eye bought it with root, I want to install an original rom (stock) that works with Brazilian operators (Unlocked), can someone help me to know what to install and how ?
Note: I bought the device with rom viperonem8 6.1.0 yes M8 :confuso: , I do not know how to install correctly, I tried the installation by HTC program but it does not recognize as Desire Eye, I think I should download .rar and install by TWRP
Please help

[CLOSED] Does anyone have HTC Desire 816 a5ul htc_asia_tw firmware?

Does anyone have the firmware for HTC Desire 816 a5ul htc_asia_tw firmware? Because I want to install a custom rom, but I need the stock rom to re-flashing it if my phone is got bootlooping or bricked. Cuz, I have been searched more. But all of them just show to me the Europe version, not the Taiwan version.
And also the radio: 1.101.111011.20.0123_10.28.4149A.00L
