I think I screwed up this EVO Please Help

So I just got the EVO 3D and I wanted to unroot my EVO 4G. I tried running an RUU on it like I usually do to get it back to stock android and it said that it had encountered an open file error and to find a complete RUU and now when I boot the phone I get this screen.

How can this be fixed?

did you flash s-on first? Did you try redownloading the ruu?

I believe that is diagnostic mode; do a battery pull, download a 3.70 PC36IMG ruu, then flash that in the bootloader.

curious to see how u made out on this! ive never seen that screen before

[Q] Unknown Problem HTC hangs on splash Screen

I was flashing Cool-Sensation-v6
Was not succesfull. The phone got stuck on AlphaRev screen for an hour.
So i tried to flash again, same problem...
Now whichever ROM i install the same thing happens, except for CynogenMod 7...
Does any1 know what might be the problem???

firmware update

So I updated my firmware from 3.28.401.9 to 4.16.401.10
I checked the build number, it's still 3.28.401.9
but the bootloader shows 3.28.401.9[4.16.401.10]
is it ok?

Flashed the firmware twice ? I think not.....flash it another time exactly the same way as you did......and even if needed a second time after that

I did it and now it's just stuck on the black screen with the silver logo

adb reboot-bootloader
and check the OS number again. Did the flash says OKEY at the bottom ?

The os is still 3.28.401.6 (4.16.401.6)
when i tried to flash again its just stucked.

recovery
s-on

the HTC wont work
just frozing in HTC word and the red text
i do :
up+power the text gone but its not start
up+down+power reboot the HTC
down+power go to download mode
i cant flash RUU because i cant do s-off the htc wont start
pls help me i cant life with out HTC

Hi guys hope you can help I have s one m9 that I bought off eBay supposed to have been refurbished and I'm having problems it won't update as it says the software is modified and also the GPS won't work it can find my location no problem but won't track my movements, please explain as simply as possible thanks

Flash the stock firmware zip via sdcard method. You'll be surprised what it can fix!.
