My Lenovo P2 won't start. When I press the power button the Lenovo logo appears and after about 10 seconds it vibrates and the screen turns off and then on again and tries to start again.
i am using stock rom, oem is locked
1-) Recovery menu does not work, it just says "Boot mode recovery" above, but after 10 seconds it flickers and shuts down and tries to start normally.
2-) When I press the Volume Down and Power keys, I can enter the fastboot menus.
3-) Recovery menus do not work,
4-) I installed Rescue and Smart Assistant on the computer. and when I enter the Rescue menu and type IMEI, I get a "device not supported" error.
How can I solve this problem please help.

I tried to install the gapps aplicataion , so I enter to recovery mode.
then I entered accidentally to 'wipe cache pratition" and then I turned off the phone Immediately (its just start the action).
After that I try to turn on the phone and this stuck on this screen (first iamge).
So I treid to back to recovery mode and when I enter to recovery boot in the bootloader its restart my phone and now its stuck on this screen (second image).
when I try to click on the power button and the "+" its show me the three image to a sec and the back to blink with the screen on the second image.
please help me to solve it
When entering BOOTLOADER are you able to press volume down and see NORMAL BOOT, POWER OFF, RECOVERY MODE, & RESTART BOOTLOADER? If so have you selected Normal boot instead of recovery mode?
Also try booting in safe mode.
When power is off:
1. Long press power key to boot.
2. When ASUS logo appears, press and hold volume down key till home screen appears
3. “Safe Mode” reminder appears on the lower-left of home screen

I have the exact same symptoms, though I didn't do anything to trigger it - the phone just failed to boot this morning.
Did you get this fixed or is it going to be yet another warranty claim?
hi, I have the model ze500cl, turns on but remains stuck on the screen "asus in search of incredible" and turns off after a minute, I tried to get into recovery but does not work, I tried to get into fastboot but does not work .if I connect to the PC in the device Manager appears for a few seconds "Cloverview" but after disconnects immediately. is there any hope to restore it?

Are you using the correct steps to enter recovery mode?
1. Power off your phone
2. Press and hold the volume up button, then press and hold power until the phone vibrates
3. Let go of power ONLY
4. Use volume keys to select recovery mode on the next screen.
5. If you have stock recovery, it will say "Error". While holding power+Vol down, press and release Vol up.
Updated out of the box device to latest android.
Tried to unlock the bootloader by adb method.
typed
"adb reboot bootloader
fastboot -i 0x2b4c flash unlock unlock_bootloader.img"
and then the command screen showed " [waiting for the device] "
As i was waiting i scrolled through the options by volume keys.. they are like "Restart" "boot to recovery".......
Accidentally pressed power key when it showed something like "Boot to ffb" or "Boot to fbb"
now struck in a screen which has some options like..
"1 SYSTEM INFO
2 KEYPAD BLACKLIGHT
3 LCD BACKLIGHT
4 LED RED
5 LED GREEN
6 LED BLUE
7 FLASHLIGHT
8 KEY
..

Looks like u messed up during unlocking the bootloader.. Try flashing the stock ROM by QPST method... then again try to unlock the bootloader from the guide available at XDA ... For flashing via QPST... go to this link

my device is only being detected as a CD/DVD that too after installing Zuk USB drivers.
I am unnable to switch it off if it has any battery left..
it will only switch off at 0% battery..
and the options on screen are not working
EDIT : I got to know i'm stuck in "all auto test mode"
Even telling me the key combinations to reboot into normal or some other mode is appreciated.

press and hold vol up+down(whole vol button) and power button than you'll get the recovery mode screen for a second than touch on reboot.

Wow this really worked bro I was stuck in this auto test mode for a whole day I did as I said (pressing power button + volume up+ volume down together for about 5 min and loaded into the stock recovery, I will try to repeat the same by booting into the auto testing mode and going back to the recovery by holding the buttons, will report afterwards.:good:

Have you tried booting into edl mode the hardware method?
As long as you are in edl mode and your phone appears in port 9008 in com ports ,you will be good to go and install the stock rom via qpst .
Just google, booting into edl mode zuk z2 plus

you booted into some bffm or anything mode, I was also stuck in this, try different buttons combination and you'll be able to boot to your ROM, recovery, bootloader or anything
My realme 3 was working normally since I got it, but one morning, I woke up to it stuck in a boot loop state- unexpectedly, of course.
I went online to search for solutions, but all of them required me to enter recovery mode/ fast boot mode. When I try to enter recovery mode- by holding down the volume down+power button- it will say, on the lower-left portion of the screen, "recovery mode>". But, it will then start its endless boot loop cycle once again.
I have tried going into fast boot mode- by holding down the volume up+power button- and it just goes into a black screen for a few seconds, then starts its endless boot loop cycle once again. I also cannot turn the phone off by holding down the power button, but by pressing all three of the physical buttons (both volume keys+power button).
What can I do?

I see Redmagic logo and then screen turns off (edload). I can go into fastboot mode, recovery mode. I did try flashing official firmware zip from recovery mode, it completes everything but again after restart go into edload.
i tried Miflash method which completes the flash process. Restarts the phone > red magic logo appears and for a brief moment i see WHITE background Redmagic logo with some loading bar and then it restarts and goes into edload mode.
whatever i do the first messege remains constant that boot loader is unlocked and afterthat goes into edload
please suggest what can i do.

boot the phone into fastboot mode
connect the phone into the computer and open cmd or powershell
go to where you have the ADB files and type fastboot flashing lock
reboot phone and the message " The Boot Loader is unlocked and software integrity cannot be guarenteed ... Press power Key to Continue" will not show up again, you might need to use the the [Tool] Nubia Red Magic 5G Unbirck Tool to fix other booting into edload part.
